Home completely updated with all new furniture and upgrades, perfect set up for fun time in Old Town. House has 4 bedrooms, plus a game room with sleeper so actually could be used as a 5th bedroom. Home has Large Screen TVs in all rooms, Game room with shuffleboard, golf video games, 4 large TVs for Sports bar like environment for watching games and sporting events! Home has tons of fun stuff including pool table, corn hole, shuffle board, Jacuzzi, etc. You can also check out a few of our other listings... Listing numbers are 1541802, 2239735 and 1292714. Relax inside with this beautifully remodeled four bedroom three full bathroom house with private pool! There are 10 large screen TV in this house including 65" entertainment system in Family Room. The family room, kitchen and dining room are large and open for a great entertaining space. Home also has custom Game room with (4) 55" large screen TVs, tons of fun!! The backyard also features a large swimming pool, outdoor dining table, fire pit, BBQ, Jacuzzi, corn hole game, and of course large screen TV! Our place is good for couples, business travelers, families, and big groups. The bedroom layout is as follows: Master Bedroom: 2 Queen beds with Ensuite Bathroom; large walk-in closet and 50" TV 2nd Master Bedroom: King Bed with Ensuite Bathroom and 43" TV 3rd Bedroom: 1 King Bed few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV 4th Bedroom: 2 Full Beds few steps to the hall bathroom and 43" TV Game Room: Pull out queen bed in Game room and (4) 55" TVs, blue tooth Sound Bar Extra Sleeping: Pull out queen bed in Family Room and 65" TV, Blue tooth Sound Bar Pool Heat – Pricing is $60 per night to cover utilities *Need 48 hour advanced notice. Set to around 83 degrees* • Early Check-In and Late Check Out (if available) - $200 each • Pack & Play and Highchairs - $25 each This premise is equipped with an exterior cameras system. Cameras are installed primarily for theft deterrent and for security of the guest and the property. Security cameras are not monitored and should not be relied on for personal safety. Great location near Old Scottsdale. The house is nicely set up for enjoyment. Game/TV room is great with 4 screens Pool and spa were awesome. Host was extremely attentive to our needs. Would sleep 8 very easily.

This house was perfect for our trip to Scottsdale. We had 9 girls and we fit perfectly with room to spare. The host was great with communication especially when I needed to arrange checking early. He checked in on us and the house throughout the trip which was very considerate. The house was clean, AC was working, plenty of towels and a good distance from Old Town. We came during one of the hottest weekends so the only downside was the spare game room bedroom was not sleepable as it is in the garage and was much hotter than the rest of the house. Thanks for a great stay!

We had a great time at Dave’s place ! He was easy to communicate with and very responsive ! The place was very clean, well appointed and well situated ! Only thing to mention from our group of 12 is the pullout in the games room does not have AC if you have a larger group planning to stay . Thanks for everything , we would stay again

Truly the perfect house for a girls weekend. Even better than it looked online!! Amazing location, perfect layout for our 10 person group, super clean, great little amenities, etc. Would 100% recommend this house and would definitely stay here again.

Incredible place to stay for a large group! We were 12 girls and it was the perfect size house. Everyone had plenty of room and enough space to all hang out together which is hard to find! I’d highly recommend this house and would go back in a heart beat!

The house was exactly as advertised! Although the weather wasn't great during our stay, we still had a great time thanks to the awesome media room setup and the rest of the great house layout. Would definitely return to this property and also recommend to others.

We enjoyed the house. Really liked the main family room and backyard. Hot tub and pool, plus corn hole, were great to have. Fantastic water pressure and close to the stadium, golf, and bars and restaurants.

Rental property was cute and in a good location for what we wanted to do in Scottsdale. We were visiting for my bachelorette weekend and it slept 9 girls well. The one king bed I stayed in was not very comfortable for sleep. The most disappointing part was the house advertised a hot tub (which was one of the main reasons for booking this house especially this time of the year)… but upon arrival it wasn’t working at all. Instead of a reimbursement, the owner offered to “heat” the pool at no charge which wasn’t effective because the pool was still too
cold, especially at night. The pool heater is extremely loud and obnoxious. Regardless, we still had the best time in Scottsdale.

Well-appointed ranch style home with everything you would need. Minor issue with kitchen faucet handle falling off (they are waiting for a part to arrive) but otherwise everything was in working order, with modern technology, fun games, updated decor and comfortable furnishings 😊

We stayed for our sons graduation at ASU. The house easily slept 11 of us during our stay. The beds were INSANELY Comfortable!!! House was very clean. The yard is smaller than we thought upon arrival, but after an hour we realized it was absolutely PERFECT!!!!! Corn hole, pool, pool table, catching some rays, smores, hot tub, swimming and playing board games all at the same time! When we had questions at all, the owners were VERY prompt in their response time. We highly recommend this home! Would stay again!

FABULOUS HOUSE - Entertaining Dream!
We stayed for our sons graduation at ASU. The house easily slept 11 of us during our stay. The beds were INSANELY Comfortable!!! House was very clean. The yard is smaller than we thought upon arrival, but after an hour we realized it was absolutely PERFECT!!!!! Corn hole, pool, pool table, catching some rays, smores, hot tub, swimming and playing board games all at the same time! When we had questions at all, the owners were VERY prompt in their response time. We highly recommend this home! Would stay again!

this rental was great for a large bachelorette party this weekend! the home has everything you need and more! we didn’t utilize the game room and our gals opted to sleep on the couch inside instead. we used the pool and jacuzzi which were both great! we decided to not heat the pool as it was 85-90 degrees outside and the temperature was brisk but refreshing! we did see a few critters running outside in the backyard a few times but it didn’t bother us too much. the home was overall really great!

This is a great property that is super close to old town Scottsdale. If you put your walking shoes on it's about 1.5 miles. Got a lot of use out of the backyard! The heater was unfortunately not working on the pool, but at least now I know how Jack from Titanic felt jumping into that Ocean. Luckily, a quick jump into the hot tub and you were good to go. The main table seats about 10 for dinner, and the "man cave" garage was great as we came during the first weekend of March Madness. Would highly recommend this location!

Perfect Friends Trip Spot
This is a great property that is super close to old town Scottsdale. If you put your walking shoes on it's about 1.5 miles. Got a lot of use out of the backyard! This is a great place to stay. Neighborhood felt totally safe. Beds were comfortable. Once booked the owners had great communication via email. Super easy to check in and out. About 3 minutes from a grocery store, Starbucks, gas stations. Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans etc to cook.
Owners have thought of everything to make your stay comfortable.

Great Golf Weekend
We came out for a golf weekend from all over the US and had an amazing stay. The house is super well furnished and close to everything! We were able to make some great food at the house and enjoy the great restaurants nearby. Sports were on TV the entire weekend and wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. Would definitely love to stay there again!

It was just so perfect. We were so grateful and appreciative for such a sweet space. They have done an exceptional job and this place is just fantastic !!!!!!!!! We totally loved it and everyone continued to say how cute the place is, even after being there for a few days. Thanks again!!

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Dave is a great owner, very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as advertised. We traveled with another family and the house was the perfect size for the 9 of us. Great location right near Old Town and the Fashion Square and only 20-30 minutes from hiking in the McDowell mountain range. We would stay here again and recommend to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this location. Dave is a great owner, very responsive and helpful. The house was exactly as advertised. We traveled with another family and the house was the perfect size for the 9 of us.
