This fantastic location is nestled on 1/4-acre property, surrounded by coastal pines and just one block from Coquille Point & The National Wildlife Refuge at Elephant Rock Beach. Take in the sweeping views of all that the Pacific Ocean has to offer, sea lions, whales, seagulls, and more wildlife, right from our large second-story deck or under cover inside one of our home's four covered enclosed/porches. While most of you may be visiting for the world-renowned golf courses at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort just just miles from this home; others may be interested in just relaxing beach walks, collecting agates, and touring our famous Coquille River Lighthouse. Additionally, Bandon's Old Town area offers many wonderful restaurants, art galleries, and shopping along The Boat Harbor only one mile away. Enjoy the wonderful outdoor space with an enclosed private side yard, a gas grill, a large paver patio with a private hot tub, and an outdoor firepit overlooking the fairway. Inside, you'll relax in an open-concept living space with a big-screen TV and DVD player, a wood-burning fireplace, a pool table, and a well-equipped gourmet kitchen with all the amenities for preparing holiday or vacation meals for your large family gathering. The main floor primary bedroom has its own private covered sunroom porch for enjoying ocean and wildlife viewing without the noise of family or the cool wind or weather. This is a super quiet morning coffee/reading nook space all to yourself. Follow the custom built, Mid-Century modern staircase and nostalgic colorful decor to the lower floor hangout area to enjoy playing board games, puzzling into the evening, cornhole tournaments in the covered solarium, or poker games until the sun comes up. Both levels of this home have their own temperature settings (thermostats), two beds and full bath, family rooms, laundry, and kitchens, perfect for two families to share or a four-person golfing crew with their significant others in town. Also downstairs, roll up the grand solarium's glass-framed garage door to open up to the brand-new concrete "Sun-Set" patio and beautifully hard-scaped "Wave-Garden" back yard area. Please enjoy the Webber Propane Camping BBQ which requires you to bring a 16 oz propane canister to grill; outside only. When finished cooking, always roll the grill back under cover, and close and lock the garage patio door please. Things to Know There is free parking available in front of the home anywhere along the large, graveled turn around driveway and in front of the two main garage doors only. No parking out back for any reason, as the alleyway is a private road. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Really well stocked kitchen. Pool table made it fun. Lots of games and movies. Hot tub on a fairly private back deck. Close to downtown. Not really a walkable area but we did walk along the golf course path since no one was out playing.

We did not start the washer, only received that information after we had already left the home. Otherwise, a wonderful find! Thank you!

Our golf team had a wonderful time staying at this house. We played ping pong, pool and cards. The Barbeque chicken turned out amazing too. Loved the location and space. We will be back next year.

We chose this place based upon the details and representations in the Vacasa listing and were looking forward to our 4-day vacation. We arrived to some truly disgusting filth: the kitchen table was nasty with caked on food and “something”, the silverware was a mixture of clean and used (and not cleaned) items, and the dishes in general were about the same. The clothes dryer contained disgustingly dirty linens!? Yuck. We spent the first hour or so cleaning the place.
Then our boys ran to the garage to play ping-pong – one of the kay reasons we selected this property over others – only to find the table broken and completely unusable. Huge bummer.
On the last evening we planned a big BBQ. After preparing everything, I went outside to find a filthy BBQ grill, and prepared to clean it, too. But then I discovered it has a gas leak that I could not resolve so it was unusable as well!
My texts and emails during our stay, as we discovered problem after problem, were met with “Oh gee, we’re so sorry. We really should have done better. We will get all of this fixed for the future [guests].”
Needless to say we felt cheated because, well, we were cheated. We will think twice (or more) before spending our money with Vacasa again in the future; after all, there are many other great options available from companies who stand behind their word.

Close to stores and shops. Large well kept home with plenty of sleeping room. The hot tub lock was hard to get open, called manager who sent the maintenance person to open it for us. We tried using the oven, however it fill woth with smoke as it hadn't been cleaned in awhile. Otherwise nice place to stay.

Upon arrival we found the hot tub dirty and cold, the ping pong table, outside umbrella and one chair broken. Reached out to Vacasa with no resolution. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our group.

The house matched the listing (aside from it not having blue exterior paint, so I drove past it the first time). It was clean and accommodated our big group comfortably! Loved that it had AC!
The communication with the hosts was nonexistent though. Thankfully we didn't have any issues and didn't need to get ahold of them, but I messaged them multiple times and NEVER got a response back. Check in and Check out was easy though.
Also, the fridge was barely cold? Despite messing with the cooling temperatures.

We had4 couples that went to bend for a golf weekend. The house was great the set up was wonderful. Plenty of space for 8 people! The pool table and hot tub were amazing to relax after a long day of golf. Highly recommend this place. Go play pronghorn and tetherow

Disappointed with Vacasa property mgmt's lack of response to me not only calling the day before arrival to ensure the BBQ was in working condition but then to blow off my request to make the situation right after not having access to a BBQ there for 4 nights upon checking out. I will avoid Vacasa properties in the future as I did not feel treated like a guest.

Great House for Family Gathering
This house was perfect! Photos were very accurate. The only issues I had was I emailed ahead of time to ask what may be already in the cabinets as far as spices go and such. I was told to go ahead and buy whatever I needed and act as if the cupboards would be bare. But upon arrival noticed the cabinets were full of just about every spice imaginable. It would have saved us quite a bit of money knowing that ahead of time.

However, the property manager did contact me about the hot tub not working and I could have asked for some guidance. But again, we just didn't have the time to use it.
