LOCATION: Located just north of the famous Rehoboth Beach Boardwalk, you will be able to walk or ride your bike to area shopping, fine restaurants, or other area attractions. PARKING: Private driveway for four cars. AMENITIES: Gas grill, outdoor shower, washer & dryer, Wi-Fi, and beach equipment available for guests. There is an electronic keypad system for easy check-in and check-out. THINGS TO KNOW: Linens are not supplied. However, we do offer a rental package to guests. No pets and no smoking. All of the bedrooms are located on the 2nd floor. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
