It sucked all 4 nights.

Terrible customer service. AC stopped working at 11:30 pm. Customer service is only available through chat. They take a lot of time to respond. Then they say they will arrange for someone to come tomorrow because no one is available right now. Then they say they can arrange for a fan. Then they say they can move to another room. When I wanted a new room, they tried to send someone to fix the AC. This is 30 mins into the conversation. They were not ready to do that in the first place. Wasting my time and sleep. Then they say another room is not available even though they said they can move me. Then I ask them to move me to one of their partner hotels. Then suddenly there is room availability, probably because they realized that would cost them more. Terrible customer service. If you want to negotiate so much at midnight, at least have the decency to give the customer a call. At 1:30 am I got their new room. Absolutely unprofessional.

Good location. Safe. Comfortable rooms

The place in general is very good, the location is great and the staff was very helpful and friendly! We felt very safe by having security guards all day long in the building. With a plus about the free and private parking and a unique self-code to access the building and the room.

Unfortunately, we had some bad experiences during our stay: 1. On the first night there were 2 roaches in our bathroom. 2. One night we had a blackout in our room while I was taking a shower, but it was resolved quickly. 3. In one of the days the cleaning person didn't close our door completed and that day we stayed out for almost 12 hours so it was very disappointed to arrive and find our door opened with all our stuff there - fortunately nothing happened to it.

Locatie is top vlakbij Santa Monica Pier (met de auto of Uber/lyft) en vlakbij andere bezienswaardigheden in LA. De parkeergarage is lastiger te vinden de eerste keer. Zie foto voor een advies. First comes First beleid. Check in is automatisch check de instructies goed vantevoren.

Praticidade e conforto.

O hotel tem uma ótima localização. Perto de um Starbucks e iHop para café da manhã. Do lado de um ponto de ônibus que leva para os principais pontos da cidade. Quarto extremamente limpo, cama muito confortável. Você faz tudo pelo celular, check-In, check-out, fala com equipe, chave do quarto, enfim, extremamente útil. Recomendo muito se hospedar no Found.

Late check-in is not convenient, everywhere from 14.00.

The water in the washbasin didn't drain and the electronic blind on the window didn't work . There's no breakfast

Nice hotel, good price & facilities close to Santa Monica Pier.

Good location, parking included, good shower and big screen at room. Staff was friendly, there was a billar downstairs to play a game and relax. Close by car to Santa Monica Pier and Beverly Hills.

The rooms are not so good isolated, we were hearing someone walking above us during the night. Clean of the room is not included, it has an additional fee of $40. There wasn’t any vending machine to buy some drinks or food, although there is a comercial area for n front of the hotel.

Chambre nickel et service de chambre parfait. Très bien équipée, fer à repasser, air conditionné, belle salle de bain avec grande douche. Serviettes en suffisance. Parking gratuit

Bon Rapport qualité/ Prix et emplacement proche de Santa Monica

Cela ressemble d'avantage à une "auberge de jeunesse" dans laquelle on se sent bien plutôt qu'à un hôtel. Nous avons apprécié la possibilité de faire nos machines de linge.

Dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de petit déjeuner.

Not the best experience for this money

Close to Santa Monica and, check in and free parking(very limited).

Super noisy. Cleaning ladies were closing doors in the other rooms super loud at 6am and I was waking up every 10-15min. AC was broken when we checked in. We got another room with king bed instead of two queen… Carpets are pretty dirty, some walls had a water leak marks. Area outside the hotel is also very dirty. Bar is closed downstairs.

Excellent Hotel!

The best hotel we stayed at during our 3 weeks trip to US. The room was very cozy, the beds were super comfy, clean and pleasant environment. The young gentlemen with a curly hair from the reception has helped us a lot, he went extra mile to help us to resolve our situation which we had due to the personal reasons, really appreciate his swift decision making and kindness. Gentlemen from the security was also very cheerful and helpful. I wish all the best to all the employees of the hotel and thank you once again for all your help during our stay!

Modern and clean, convenient location

Good location, with basement parking. No frills, but our family room was perfect for a short stay.

Online self check in was not very smooth and I had to call the hotel at some point to move on to the next step, Since the is a member of staff in the lobby, I wonder why they request online check in.

The room was very good, splendid bed very comfortable. The fact of not having card hotel keys and a code at the door was very convenient (I'm always loosing the card keys everywhere) Nice shower. Good location, a step away from downtown Santa Monica and very close to LA as well

Staff. They were all not very nice and some of them actually quite rude. The security guys were WAY LOT NICER than the hotel staff. It's actually a petty that with such a nice hotel, the staff is a disappointment.
