Your quiet vacation home sits in the heart of downtown Boerne, conveniently located right off of Main Street. Enjoy all that Boerne has to offer such as boutiques, breweries, antique stores, coffee shops and more! Plenty of interior space for larger groups, and a large, fenced-in backyard with outdoor patio & BBQ grill. Your fur babies are more than welcome! The AC system is new. Comfy, hotel-quality beds, speedy Wifi, Netflix/YoutubeTV (sports, news, shows etc) on a 65” flatscreen HD TV, plush blankets to wrap up in, and of course, plenty of coffee! (2 Queen Beds, 2 Single Beds, 1 Air Mattress, 1 Couch, 1 Loveseat) ***The garage is not accessible. However, if you book a stay for 6 weeks or longer, you will have full access to the garage. If you're looking for your perfect snug home in a prime location- look no further!

The house is cute and arranged well. The location was perfect for us. It’s right in the middle between Fredericksburg and San Antonio. While the house isn’t really large, it was designed well for us. The house was clean. There needs to be one more TV though….maybe one upstairs.

My son & I have stayed at this rental for the past 3+ years. There is a fenced yard for my little dog to enjoy. The rental is approx 3 miles from the Bevy where our church convention has been held. We have been told we will return to the Bevy for 2024. We are happy about this as the rental is close to restaurants as well as Antique Shops.

House is so nice!! Very clean and extremely stocked with everything you need in a house from toiletries to cooking pans plates silverware etc!!! The owner let us bring our two Labrador dogs and the back yard is so nice with a table and chairs and shade trees and a privacy fence surrounded the yard. The neighborhood is so quiet and it’s a nice place to stay. Only one mile from main st in Beorne. The host Caleb was extremely helpful and so friendly. If your looking for a nice place to feel at home I highly recommend booking this house!!

Plenty comfortable for group of 4. Enjoyed the shaded backyard. Interest primary bath with step-down shower. Close to everything.

The inside of house is even better in person. It’s all set up and ready to go unlike other rentals we’ve stayed at in the past that had the bare minimum. We spent most of our time outside in the fenced in backyard when we were there. The neighborhood gets really quiet at night. Totally felt safe. Would definitely book again in the future!

The house is nice but could use a very deep clean. The photos of the listing are not inaccurate but the house could use some TLC. The grim on the doors and baseboards + the rotting wood (especially on the exterior) was very off putting. Would have been nice to know garage access was restricted prior to arrival. It’s a corner house with the driveway and garage on one street and the front door on the other, not the most convenient when having to load/unload your vehicle. Overall the house was ok.

2nd year staying at this house which was in prime condition & had 3 bedrooms to fit my party. We had a church convention @ the Bevy Hotel, 2.9 miles away. Close to Main Street where most of the shops & restaurants were located. Our rental landlord as before was very helpful.

Took my son on a golf trip. The house was more than adequate for the purpose of our stay. Would have liked a TV in the bedroom but aside from that it was a terrific experience overall.

My kids had fun running around the big backyard, stayed entertained with the board games and piano, then slept soundly on the day bed and trundle. Caleb was communicative and helpful!

I was there with my 3 sisters and elderly mother and we all enjoyed staying at this house. It’s a very short drive to all the great shopping! There was plenty of room for all of us. The bathroom in the master bedroom is a shower only, and a pretty deep step down into the shower. We gave our mom the master bedroom because it’s downstairs however she couldn’t use the shower due to the deep step down with nothing to hold onto. I would recommend making that bathroom more accessible to your older clientele by adding something to hold onto when getting into and out of the shower.

The house was great - just right for me & my son. It was close to Main Street & our various church activities or to stay home & watch TV/Internet if needed/decided on. Our landlord Caleb was great about answering questions/issues we had during our stay in Boerne.
