About this bed and breakfast
You will feel right at home in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath guest house / casita which is in a separate building with its own private entrance. In addition to the full-size appliances - refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher- the kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you need to make a meal. The bedroom has a queen size bed. The spacious closet has plenty of space and shelving to store your personal things during your stay. For additional sleeping space, there is a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room. We've attempted to include extra items that will make your stay even more comfortable - Keurig, hair dryer, extra pillows, blankets, washer/dryer, iron and ironing board. The outdoor space is delightful and yours to enjoy. The outdoor patio is equipped with chairs and brand new hot tub for you to lounge and enjoy the relaxing views of the Orange Tree golf course. The area is fantastic, providing easy access to nearby events like the Phoenix Open, Barrett-Jackson Car Auction, Spring Training, dining, entertainment, shopping, golf, downtown Phoenix, freeways, etc. Please note that rates vary depending on the days of the week or time of year you plan to visit. The guest house is delightful. It is immaculate, and in a very safe neighborhood. This property has every single amenity to make you feel that it is truly a home away from home. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location! Private little house, but nothing is small about this place. Easy private parking. Was worried about busy street, you don't even hear it. Borders golf course. Supplies all the consumables I often need to bring to rentals or buy such as coffee pods, coffee sweetner, soap, laundry pods, kleenex. There are plenty of towels for the hot tub, shower and in the kitchen. Located to close to food stores such as Fry's Whole Foods, Trader Joes and Costco. Thank you for your hospitality.

The guesthouse is beautifully situated on the edge of a golf course on a large, landscaped property. Although you essentially share this with the owner, we had zero issues with privacy and seclusion. The house itself is not so big, but plenty big enough for 2 people, we had some guests over for breakfast and still had plenty of room for everyone and everything. Their has clearly but costs soared, and no corners cut on the furnishings, everything was top quality, in excellent condition, and all very clean. The hot tub was clean and worked perfectly and was a great place to sit and relax on the cold evenings.
Overall, we could not have wished for more, and could not have been happy. We used the guest house as home base over our wedding, and staying here has helped us create some amazing memories.

This was an excellent choice for a weeklong getaway. When looking at condos vs this property, I went this direction. I’m so glad I did! Even though it is on a busier street, it felt quiet and private and the access to your own outdoor space and hot tub were perfect. Those are not things you get in a crowded condo setup. The place was very clean and well maintained with a great layout plus all the features that you need when you’re away from home. I had no issues, but the owner was incredibly responsive in the communications we did have. The location was easy to find and close to lots of food and grocery store options. I rarely leave reviews, but I told the owner that all of the five stars reviews were well-deserved, and that I was planning on leaving one as well.

This is a very cute well supplied comfortable house. Had everything we needed for our one week stay in Phoenix. The host was very quick to answer any messages. Everything was just great about this house! It all seemed new and clean!! Definitely coming back!!

Clean and hospitable
My mom and I are extremely particular about where we stay and the cleanliness of the environment. Kevin's guest house was spectacular. Private, quiet, and very clean. I was able to walk around without my shoes and my feet didn't get dirty (that's huge for me). Kevin was gracious, provided extra linens when requested and had all of the basics ready for us. We would happily stay here again.

February vacation
Stayed for a week, loved this property. It is completely up to date, decor is nice, bed is comfy, plenty of space to spread out. Especially enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings to relax. Property manager Kevin checked in to make sure everything was ok, and it was. Close to shopping, and nearby PV has everything anyone could want. I would stay again next time Im visiting family in nearby PV.

This is one of the best vacation homes that we have rented. Super clean, well organized with many special touches for the traveler. Great communication with owner. There was nothing that I would change about the place. Highly recommend.

Would definitely rent again! Location worked well for us and the place is spacious and very clean. One suggestion is to provide an additional lamp in the living area for us readers.

Great little standalone guest house, suburban neighborhood
This was a great place for what I was looking for. An old friend and I were looking for a base to spend a weekend catching up. We were comfortable - the place was super clean, Kevin was ultra responsive (even calling me when a lost delivery driver was showing up on his doorbell camera). We cooked in the kitchen which had all the basics. Hot tub for an evening relax session and jumped into the small pool to cool down on an 85 degree Phoenix afternoon. Really appreciated the place and would recommend.

Great experience, quiet and clean
I will happily stay at the guest house again- one of the best rentals I have been able to use on my trips to Arizona. My dad passed while I was here on this visit and the house was peaceful and quiet. Exactly what I needed. Thank you

Good location and easy to access from freeway. Clean and comfortable with easy access to the guest house thru the gate. Nice hot tub in the back! Kevin was easy to reach and responded quickly.

Great casita in Scottsdale
Great location and spacious up-to-date guest house for 2. The owner was great - there isn't a dining table (eat at the island) but when we asked for a folding table/chairs to play games, one appeared within the hour. The location is in the backyard of a private residence and backs onto a golf course.
