We are excited to share our bright and nicely furnished 2nd floor unit (top floor) that overlooks hole #4 on the Piper golf course. The unit is in a quiet, shaded section of Sea Trail Plantation. In 5 miles, you can have toes in the sand at SUNSET BEACH, NC. Golfers can choose from three 9-hole golf courses on the property: Sandpiper, Piper and Bay as well as multiple public golf courses located within a few miles. We offer kitchen towels, pillows, and blankets. We do NOT offer bath towels or bed linens. Please bring your own or we recommend a local and very affordable linen service, Angie's Linens or CARE Linen service at Sunset Beach. The kitchen opens to living & dining areas. There is a fabulous view from the large screened porch where you can enjoy the serenity or watch golfers and a variety of wildlife. The breakfast counter between the kitchen & living area seats 3 & another 4 at the adorable dining table. We offer comfortable seating, several TVs & outdoor dining as well. The split bedrooms allow guests their own space. The master bedroom with queen bed has a walk-through closet to bath with shower. The master bedroom and living room have cathedral ceilings which allows for a feeling of more space and light. The lockout mini-suite has a kitchenette, small screened area, a queen and full size bed, and a full bath. A queen air mattress adds another bed to accommodate up to 8 guests. Full-sized washer and dryer are located in a convenient laundry closet. Community pools: There are (2) pools and (2) hot tubs in the neighborhood and both are a short walk away. Calabash, known as "the seafood capital of the world", is a short 5 mile drive. It has multiple restaurants located on Calabash Creek and several cute shops. Ocean Isle is located 5 miles away. North Myrtle Beach and Barefoot Landing are 18 miles away, the very popular Broadway at the Beach is 30 miles and historical downtown Wilmington is less than 1 hour. Our condo is centrally located to lots of great restaurants, entertainment, and outdoor activities making it suitable for a family with kids or those on a fishing or golf outing! Bring your bikes as there are plenty of streets to ride throughout the resort as well as golf cart trails in the evening when the courses are closed. This is a full resort vacation destination and well worth the stay!!

So clean it doesn’t even look like a rental. Our family rented 3 different places to accommodate everyone. Ours was by far the nicest between the 3. It was a last minute decision for us and exceeded our expectations.

We cannot express how satisfied we are with our stay at the condo. It was very clean - exactly like the pictures and plenty of space to relax and hang out with the family. The neighborhood was fabulous with many amenities close by. The owners were very responsive as well. Will definitely stay again!

Even though it rained the entire time we were there, the condo was beautiful and so inviting. I would definitely stay here again! There was plenty of room and everything was really nice. I traveled with a toddler, 2 twelve year old girls, and 2 teenage boys and it was perfect for us. Thank you to the hosts for making our stay so nice minus the rain!!

Return trip to this property. Two Septembers in a row. Pierre was very flexible with check-in/check out timing. We knew the property was excellent and 5 minute drive from the beach. Unit was clean and stocked as promised. Extra mini-suite worked well for a daughter and family friend who came in for night. Weather was great and we will be back to Sunset - 10 years now over the last 15. Sand and surf - nothing else needed.

Cute little condo in a quiet golfing community. It’s just a short drive to the beach and some great restaurants like Coopers Tavern. All you need to bring is some food, bed sheets, and some towels. 10/10 would stay here again

Wonderful place to stay - relaxing, very near the beach, shopping, and restaurants. Quiet and comfortable place, right on the golf course with lots of trees and a great view from the screened porch. Love this place, can't wait to stay here again!

Struggled with the lock box, called both numbers and no answer but finally got a call back and got in the condo. Cold and raining so you can imagine the frustration. Other than that the place was excellent, clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Our 9th visit to Sunset beach but first without our (now) grown kids and first staying off island. Unit was exactly as advertised - clean and well kept. All the basics provided. This place was great! Extremely clean, decorated nicely and if you needed something minor like dry condiments they had it which was nice not to have to go buy just that 1 small thing. My kids enjoyed it so close to the beach, driving 5 min, with a place to park. Enjoyed the screened in porch in the mornings and at night!

The condo was very clean, cozy, beautifully decorated with every amenity. The hosts were great and responsive communicators. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, as the unit is in a quiet shaded area. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch for our morning coffee and evening cocktails, while watching golfers and the wildlife. We split our time between Sunset Beach and the lovely Maples Clubhouse and Pink Palace pools. We are familiar with the area, so we patronized some of our favorite restaurants in Little River and Murrells Inlet, places of interest as well as dine in some evenings. Our only regret is we had to leave, thank you for sharing your beautiful condo we will be back again.

The house was very clean, well looked after, and pleasantly and tastefully decorated. Everything was well labeled or easy to find. The hosts were good communicators and they have been very thoughtful in preparing the home, our stay was very pleasant. The screened in porches were wonderful. The condo is in a nice quiet location, in an area convenient to Sunset beach, Calabash, and a few other beaches and areas. The condo setup was perfect for an adult and teenager with the separate spaces and bedroom setup. Perfect if your family needs both space to be together and space to yourself.
