In the evening, walk over to one of the Village’s many fine eateries or put everyone to work in the huge fully equipped kitchen, cooking up Low Country Boil for the entire clan! For dessert hop and skip over to Moo Cow, the best ice cream on the island, just a stone’s throw away. Sassy Peach Cottage melds charm and space: 5 Bedroom/5 Bathroom (featuring two master suites), gourmet kitchen, amazing great room where the whole family can gather. There is also plenty of space for separate activities, send the kids to the 3rd story suite. The third floor suite has a family room with TV/fridge/microwave/games. All three levels boast private porches with ceiling fans. It is sooooo easy to relax, slow down and smell the azaleas on Island time. What is "Island Time," you might be thinking. Island Time is that that singular wink in time when your soul knows paradise is found. You know you’ve (inexorably and for the moment) left the rat race behind. You wake up to the soothing sounds of the surf and birds singing, rather than at the shrill shriek of an alarm clock. On Island Time everything is more vivid: food tastes better, laughs ring heartier, and time slows down to an enjoyable molasses-like drip, drip, drip. Spacious house with wonderful spaces for gathering - large kitchen, dining, and living room. Heated pool was awesome. Bedrooms spacious and plenty of bathrooms. Awesome home for our family reunion!

We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived and there was a decorated Christmas Tree that gave the spirit and warmth of the season. The home was spacious and well equipped for our family of seven. It was a time to reflect on our lives and give thanks to God for all his many blessings. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We were in SSI for our annual girl's trip. This house was perfect and fit our needs (each person got their own room), the beds were comfortable, most import to me! The location was even better... just park your car and walk.

The house is clean and roomy. Lots of space to stay close and hang out or spread out. We were excited to find out the pool was salt filtered due to a chlorine allergy in the group. We had a great time and loved our stay!

We have vacationed in several homes as a large family and agreed that Sassy Peach was one of our favorites. The owners were very easy to communicate with and the on line description was extremely accurate and maybe a little modest. This house has large bedrooms, large family areas, and a great location for our needs.
The kitchen was very well supplied, also. We definitely recommend this home if you are staying in this area.

6 adults, brothers and wives from cities around the state, found this to be the perfect place! Extremely comfortable, room to spread out, clean and just excellent for our group. Bigger than we actually needed as one couple ended up being unable to attend but still perfect in every way! The host couldnt have been nicer and more helpful. Purely outstanding. Had not been to St.Simons in decades and it is just beautiful. This house and location is great for families - plenty to do right out the door. Would highly recommend the Sassy Peach and definitely hope to come back.

Beautiful home, great location… close to restaurants and beach… perfect for my family of 10 to get away for fall break. Comfortable sleeping arrangements and plenty of room for all our activities. Quick response from manager when I had a question! Hope to stay again in near future!

A++ This house is fantastic. The layout is very convenient for both a large family and/or a group of friends traveling together. The kitchen was well stocked and the house was very clean. The location is within walking distance of the restaurants in the village and also to the beach.

We had the best week at the Sassy Beach Cottage! The location is perfect for walking to local restaurants, shops and the beach. The heated pool is such a nice asset to the property. We enjoyed the swing on the front porch in the evenings or sitting out by the pool or on one of the balconies. Would highly recommend this property!

Excellent spaces for a large group. Plenty of towels. The heated pool is a treat. Just two short blocks away from food and shopping. You really can’t beat this place. This is the second year my group has visited this property for Spring Break.

For those of you who have never been to St. Simons island, this is a must visit destination. And the Sassy Peach is definitely where you should stay. The location of the house is absolutely perfect! Just a couple blocks from the beach, as well as to a wide assortment of restaurants in their "downtown" pier district. And the whole vibe and feeling of the area is just a quaint, slow paced southern charm of a small island town. We will definitely return to St. Simons because of this charm, and we will definitely stay at the Sassy Peach because of the location, and comfort of the house. First of all, the house has two Master (or primary) bedrooms to choose from. Secondly, the house has an open floor plan where the Great Room opens into the kitchen, and the patio/pool for maximum enjoyment and ease of finding a place to relax. The pool is heated to 84 degrees, and so even on a chilly night it feels great. And all of your guests have plenty of both comfort and privacy in their own nice-sized bedrooms and bathrooms. I rarely give a 5 star review of VRBO, but the Sassy Peach deserves one because of the beautiful house, and the location cannot be beat! We would stay there again in a heartbeat!

This home was perfect for our large family of a variety of ages (2-78.). The home was beautiful, clean, and perfectly located near everything. We could walk to many restaurants and the water front. The hosts were the most helpful with timely and kind responses to our questions. We hope to come back in the summer so that we can utilize the outdoor area and pool better!
Our only feedback would be that the home could use some more bath towels as the home can accommodate large groups but we did not find it to have enough. A few of the TVs also need attention as they did not all work properly.
Those items were minimal and easy for us to work around and enjoy the home fully! Would highly recommend.

Our family (7 adults and 4 children) stayed here for Christmas. The house was clean and cared for. The owner put up a prelit Christmas tree and our kids were able to decorate it while we were there. The house is conveniently located to the pier, shops and restaurants.
We did have a major hiccup with the water heater however Brandon was very responsive/attentive to the issue and found a way to remedy the problem so that we didn’t have to move to a new rental. We would stay here again for a big family vacation

This property was perfect for a group of golfers. We had quick access to the courses we were playing, and could walk to many of the restaurants, as well as to the pier. Beds were comfortable and the common areas were accommodating.

The checkin process and communication with the property manager was very easy. The homeowners were so friendly and quick to act on a small plumbing issue that we discovered upon arrival. Overall bed linens need a refresh and we wish we’d brought our own pillows (very flat). The interior floors did not feel clean and the floor outside pool deck was rather messy upon arrival (pool toys left out in the rain and covered in leaves, etc.). But the location of the home was great- on a quiet, tucked away street. And overall the home was very spacious, plenty of room for our group of 8 plus three babies!

We had an amazing stay! The property was everything described and more. Our group was a total of 10! 5 adults and 5 crazy children! Plenty of room and more for all of us. I actually believe there was one room we didn't end up using at all during our stay. We loved how close to everything we were as well! The kids loved the pool in the morning and evening, and I was grateful for the pool toys and extra towels. 😀 Kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to make meals at different times during our trip with ease. There is a high chair and booster seat which was a pleasant surprise to find for our littles, as we didn't think about asking before hand, but it was there! We all had an amazing trip and will definitely be coming back to stay at the Sassy Peach our next visit!

My family meets in St Simons every October, and this house was fantastic for three families coming together. The pool was incredible for the kids, heated and everything! We walked to lunch every day, cooked in for dinner, and had a wonderful stay. Great communication with owner. Thank you!

Our stay at the Sassy Peach was wonderful. There was ample room for our 7 adults and 2 dogs. The kitchen was well stocked although we ate at the restaurants that were conveniently located with walking distance. We enjoyed the pool and the fact that the beach is close by. Also there is a park nearby for walking and playing with your dog. Can’t wait to return!

This house can easily sleep 10 people or more. There are three stories. The top level has its own sitting area, bathroom and small kitchen. The balcony overlooks the pool. The second level has three bedrooms with two baths. One bedroom has a nice sitting area where my daughter and I hung out for quiet and iPad play time. It also has a balcony. The main level has a master en suite. The living area / dining area is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped, one of the best we have stayed in. Communication with the owners was excellent. Any questions were answered immediately. The pool was clean and even had pool noodles and floats. So relaxing. There were plenty of chairs around the pool for sunbathing and relaxing. This wonderful home is within walking distance of restaurants, sunsets on the pier, and long strolls along the beach. I would love to stay here again.

Sassy Peach is the perfect getaway. Location is the best... walking distance to the Village, restaurants, beach, play ground. It's large enough for our family to spread out and the pool is great. Brandon and Kaiti have thought of everything you need to make it a very comfortable stay.

We had such an amazing time at this house! It’s the perfect location to everything and we even walked to the beach… with SEVEN kids aging from 2 months- 5! :) We had four families too and it was plenty big for us!
