Very nice roomy home. Been going to the area for years and this is by far the best. Easy access to everything. Clean, fully stocked, roomy bathrooms ect.ect. dont waste your time looking any further. Book it while you can!

This is the second time we have stayed in a rental unit on this street and we enjoyed our stay both times. The only recommendation I would make is leaving renters access to a garage door opener during the stay. We had a great vacation and hope to return again!

Located close to the main strip and close to all the fun stuff. The apartment was clean and actually looks as good as the pictures on the website. We didn't have any complaints would stay here again.

Beautiful home, well stocked with everything we needed and then some. Enjoyed all our meals on the screened in porch. Great location for taking our 3&4 year old granddaughters to Dollywood and Splash Country. Will definitely stay here again.

THE LOCATION WAS GREAT, CLOSE TO THE MAIN STREET AND JUST FAR ENOUGH AWAY IN A QUIET NEIGHBORHOOD TO BE PEACEFUL. THE PLACE WAS CLEAN AND ALREADY STOCKED WITH PAPER TOWELS ,TOILET PAPER ETC WHICH WAS NICE. MY FAMILY WAS VERY IMPRESSED WITH OUR OVER ALL STAY, NO COMLAINTS. WE WOULD DEFENITELY STAY AGAIN.

Our stay was awesome!. My sister, mom and I had a 3 day girls getaway to comfort mom on what would have been mom and dad's 56th wedding anniversary. We were able to relax with comforts of a home away from home which is what this property provided. We will be back.

This cottage was perfect for our weekend trip! It is so convenient to all of the dining & shopping activities, but far enough off the main road that it was so quiet! The cottage was so clean & was already decorated for Christmas with a Tree!! We loved our stay & will be returning!

Nice place overall but some hair left in a few places made us wonder what else might have been missed when cleaning. Towels could also stand to be replaced in our opinion.
Great location though if you want to be in the heart of Pigeon Forge.

We were in town a few days ahead of our group for an annual trip to the Smokies. We have stayed in this condo community several times before and they all very convenient to everything. The condo is very well kept, all the furniture is comfortable and the kitchen is pretty much stocked with what you may need. The beds are comfortable and the master bedroom is very roomy. . Will definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful home with everything you need and is very clean. The only problem is the master bed is some what hard and not comfortable, but everything else is exceptional.

We loved the location and the neighborhood for our family of 3. You would never know we were steps away from the Parkway as it was so peaceful. Highly recommended for anyone looking to be close. We used both the back and front porch for coffee and breakfast. A short walk to the pool made for a good start to the day. So clean and we felt right at home. We will be sure to book when we need a place in town again.

Many small issues lead to uncomfortable stay
We agree with many of the previous comments, both on this website and in the guest book. Including: Not very clean, broken recliners, broken and squeaky bed, no extra pillow cases, worn towels, broken can opener, no garage door opener, and more. However, we gave it 3 stars, because location was good, TV was just fine, internet was good etc. With not very much effort this could be a very nice place to stay. I hope the owners put in the effort for the future.

This stay we noticed the house was dusty! The recliner’s were not in good shape, one was actually broken, and our daughter flipped backwards onto the floor from a sitting position. Recliner needs removed before someone is seriously injured. The cooling system just didn’t seem to be cooling like it has in the past. The thermostat would read correctly but the temperature in the bedrooms were just uncomfortable! The air conditioning lacked to say the least! The towels definitely need to be replaced, scratchy and thin- many others made this same comment in the guest book, but it apparently doesn’t get reviewed by owners?? The location and spacious accommodations are the best part of this rental…in hopes the evolve group will make some MUCH needed improvements!!!

Good location
This is our 4th stay at this cottage, very quiet, spacious and centrally located to restaurants, shops, and attractions. This trip, however, had some challenges: the room was much too warm (90’s & muggy outside) and we were unable to adjust the air cooling system- VERY uncomfortable!! The bath towels have not been replaced in awhile, noticeably scratchy & not as absorbent as in the past. One of the recliners completely broke and fell backwards while my daughter was trying to recline! The rooms had not been dusted in quite awhile, and it was visible. While we enjoy Pigeon Forge area, this was disappointing to say the least…hopefully the owners/management team will take note of these things (other renters made similar comments in the guest book- apparently no one has taken the time to read it?). One last thing- no pillowcases available for the extra pillows (not sure why?). If you want a roomy place not too far from activities, this is it- if you can overlook these neglected items. If things improve, we hope to rent here again.

Great location, using neighborhood roads to get in and out of main road traffic. House has a nice screened in porch to enjoy the birds and geese flying by. Master bedroom shower, amazing!! Nice 2 bedroom house for long weekend vacation, look forward to renting again.

Very comfortable and clean. Very nice. Only problem was a carbon monoxide detector beeping because the battery was dead. No reply from management but the owner called and we resolved the problem

Our duplex condo was the perfect place to stay close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Our duplex condo was the perfect place to stay close to the Pigeon Forge Parkway. It was just a few turns away from all the attractions, and entered the Parkway at an easy traffic light to navigate in any direction without having to fight through lanes of traffic. The condo itself was close to the action, but far enough off the main drag to be serene. The neighborhood was quiet and the screened-in back porch was nice and peaceful. The interior was decorated nicely - not overbearing with the mountain decor. The kitchen was just the right size, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were just right, and the living area was great for relaxing. The added perk was a fully enclosed garage to park the car out of the rain. My family all said they'd love to stay here again.

Cons: Home is clean at first glance but once inside you begin to notice heavy dust on fixtures, headboard of the bed, baseboards etc. No dish soap available, only two dishwasher tabs. There’s only one tablespoon (lots of teaspoons) in the home and no way to wash it without dish soap for repeated use.
There is no garage door opener (or key pad to garage) so you have to park, unlock the door, walk in, open the garage and then drive in. Big inconvenience.
There is a two car garage as stated but there is a ping pong table in the garage with a sign saying not to fold it up, so in reality there is only a one car garage.
Home is managed by a company vs an individual as the other homes we’ve stayed in in that development and there was no personal touch. Slow to answer (if at all) to messages sent via app.

- location, location, location. Nice little neighborhood right off the parkway. I love how convenient it was to get to anything. No, and I mean NO mountain roads. Been there, done that….I like looking at the mountains, just don’t like driving on the back roads. No traffic on the road, very quiet.
- clean! No dust bunnies, linens were clean, kitchen was clean, bathrooms, acceptably clean
- has a garage that can be used. Only one space as there’s a ping pong table on one side
- big table to play cards/ eat at
- nice size primary bedroom walk-in closet for storage of coolers, suitcases, packages from shopping
- washer/dryer work great
- primary king bed was comfy

Nice, but could easily be much better
Great location. Easy access. Response time to messages is slow and non existent to one. Pros outweigh the cons but there are cons.
1. Home not cleaned sufficiently at all.
2. Not enough towels/dish towels
3. No dish soap
4. Only one tablespoon (plenty of teaspoons) but unable to wash the one without soap.

Great non-mountain road place to stay!

Very good but could be a bit better
Listing indicates parking for 4 but ping pong table in garage essentially takes up one of those spaces and note on wall indicates that one should not fold up the ping pong table so if you need parking for 4 vehicles.....
Some hair left behind on bathroom floor and towels as well as some trash under the bed, makes me question how much detail is paid to cleaning.
Location is great if you want to be in the heart of Pigeon Forge close to the parkway. Will stay again but hope attention to detail on cleaning is a bit better next time.

Great getaway location!
Had a great time here - house was well-appointed, comfortable, and close to everything. The trees were in full fall splendor, which made it even better! Great place - will definitely try and rent this exact house again!
