The villa and pool were clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy and the location worked well for us attending a friend's wedding; felt safe in the gated neighborhood. The kitchen could been better equipped -- could have used another fry pan, a grater, and more flatware and wine glasses. It would have been nice to have dishwashing liquid and a sponge provided as well to help with cleaning up. A few more D/W pods would have been nice too for a short stay -- didn't want to have to buy a large container for a 4 day stay but 1 was not enough. Overall, nice place and enjoyed our stay.

This place was a mess the pool was extremely dirty we couldn’t even use it the patio was dirty there was ants everywhere around the house and bugs it was disgusting

Home is beautifully decorated. Pool is refreshing and clean. My whole family enjoyed our stay. We will be booking to stay again this year. We stay in this neighborhood fairly regularly and this was one of the nicer and cleaner homes.

We booked for July 2nd - July 11. The house was amazing. Riem was very accommodating when we asked if we could book an extra night after we arrived and decided to wanted to stay a little longer. Me and my girlfriend of 4 years both traveled from Kansas City to come to all of the Disney and universal parks. We initially had planned for 6 people to come but that didn’t work out. This house was perfect for us even though it had more rooms than necessary. The drive to all of the parks was about 45-50min BUT I-4 is also under major construction so that might be playing into how bad the traffic was. The house and Pool were very clean when we arrived and we had the house access code before arriving. No face to face check-in, the house is in a guarded community which provides a great sense of comfort and security while staying somewhere 1,500 miles from home. Another plus to the house was the abundance of wild life which was really cool to look at while sitting outside. I would definitely recommend booking this house if you’re coming to Orlando.

Overall, we were not impressed with this home, and here are a few reasons why. When renting a home, you expect a few things to be supplied. Dish soap, washcloths, trash bags to name a few. One trash bag in each trash can and a FULL outdoor trash can upon arrival, didn't even leave us enough room for our own trash during our 4 day stay and we had to put their trash out to the road before we left. The pool had debris in the bottom upon our arrival and the water smelled gross. I read somewhere that the pool gets cleaned once a week, and that if you want it cleaned upon your arrival you have to call and pay more. That’s not sanitary or acceptable for a private pool. It should be cleaned between EACH guest, not at your convenience and/or weekly (if you have more than one booking in a week). ALL the places we have ever stayed had pools or hot tubs and that has always been standard practice not a special request. I found stuff other people had left behind, under the kids beds as I was cleaning up our things to leave. That was NASTY! The bed in the room in the front of the house feels as if it’s about to fall apart when you lay on it and simply turn over. We found some kind of bugs in a trash can from the master bath upon taking our trash out. That is also when I decided we were leaving early instead of remaining there our last night. The AC has a note on it that it can't be set below 73 and that doesn't keep the house cool enough in the Florida heat. We checked all the windows when we arrived (we have kids and wanted to be sure they were all locked) my husband had to work on one to even get it to shut. There was a pool alarm and kid proof lock for that door, that we did appreciate. The pictures listed on VRBO are outdated to say the least, they need some updates to show what you’re actually going to see when you arrive. The pool table wobbles, dart board isn’t even close to pictured , so called game room is overkill for what it actually is. Upon leaving the property early, we messaged the host to let him know we left early and some of the reasons why, and they responded by assuming we were trying to get a refund and threatening us that if we left a bad review they would leave us a bad review. Sorry I only leave honest reviews, and this was our first bad experience using VRBO.

We had a late arrival, which was not an issue. Everything was clean and comfortable upon arrival. Kids loved playing pool and ping-pong in the game room as well as dipping in the pool with their grandparents! Neighborhood is quiet and has a lot of shops and restaurants within a short distance. Clear instructions are left throughout the property for your convenience. All you need for a relaxing vacation. Looking forward to our next visit.

The property was wonderful and clean. The only downside is there isn't much to do in Haines City with a 4 year old, everything is further away. But the host and house was excellent!

The house itself is nice- open floor plan with 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. However, game room advertised but none of them were functional: no darts for the dart board, broken net and one broken ping pong ball for ping pong, and neither pool cue had tips on them. Beds and furniture are worn out. King bed has a lump in the middle. Not enough utensils for the number of people, no dish cloth or dish towels, no dish soap. no washcloths. No tissues or paper towels. Twin bedroom closet full of personal items- not useable. Queen bedroom dresser full of extra bedsheets and not useable. AC only allowed to 72 degrees - house was too warm for comfort. Pool not heated and option not offered on the listing to pay extra to heat the pool despite the house book mentioning it- water too cold to use. Washer and dryer were nice.

It was the first trip with our kids as a family and this was perfect! Our kids thoroughly enjoyed the gaming area and the pool when we were able too (chilly outside). The house had all the necessities and the surrounding area was perfect for grocery shopping (Walmart right around the corner). The kids looked forward to the treasure hunt and was happy to have found the treasure. 😊.
