Luxury two-story, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo (sleeps 6) in the exclusive Woods Spa & Resort. Newly appointed 'executive' decor - elegantly understated. Wood-burning fireplace (wood included), cathedral ceilings, luxury bedding & new, 'memory foam/Tempurpedic' mattresses, master bath w/Roman tub, private upstairs 2nd bedroom suite w/private bath, 32'' cable TV/VCR/DVD/CD (and TV/DVD in master bedroom), full-size W/D, broadband high speed Internet, and all household amenities. Beautiful & relaxing indoor pool with dual hot tubs, steam room, sauna, complete gym/workout center, and full European spa - all on site and steps away. Recently renovated clubhouse!! A 'no stress' home away from home' - grab some food & wine and relax... NOTE: The Association has DISCONTINUED the private SHUTTLE SERVICE to the slopes There is a standard 2-night min WEEKEND stay (Fri & Sat night only) or a 5-night MIDWEEK stay (Sun -Thu nights). Variations effect the per night rate as fixed costs are spread over the per night minimum stay.

This condo is just as described and was perfect for a ski weekend, just 5 mins down the road from Killington. Kitchen is well equipped for making meals, wood burning fireplace was great after a day of skiing, pool/amenities just a short walk away, and kids loved the big jacuzzi tub. Power went out during a storm and the owner reached out almost immediately (it came back on a few hours later). Clean and easy - no huge check-out list like many other properties we've stayed in, just run the dishwasher and take the trash downstairs!

We had a great time stay at Keith property, he is very easy to communicate with and the place is clean and quiet. The Spa in the wood is close by which is big plus, especially when the weather is not good , we can spent a few hours doing spa and swim there .

I’ve never used Vrbo before and it couldn’t have been easier. We were able to get our lodging at the last minute right across from where our son & his family was staying. Area is very safe and close to places to eat. Lots of room to spread out. I highly recommend. Thanks again, Keith!

Pros: Amazing jacuzzi in the master bathroom, a huge bonus for family with kids and people after workouts.
Internet is fast, no problem for zoom meeting.
Old-fashion way for check-in, you got a key in mail before setting off, but reliable. Never have to worry about being stuck in front of the property, which happened twice before with the high-tech electronic keypad.
After all it is a nice place to stay, definitely recommend
Plenty of spices in the kitchen.
Cons: no plastic wrap or aluminum foil in the kitchen. might have asked the owner, but since we stayed for only two nights, don't want to bother.
The second bedroom/loft on the upper level could use one or two doors to get more privacy and quietness as well as some kind of child-proof.

The condo is perfect for a quick ski weekend. It has everything you need and the pool complex is fantastic. Not a huge fan of the carpeted floors and the furnishings are a bit out dated but again it’s a weekend ski shack! What do you want?

This lovely condo was a joy to return to each day and exactly as described(and more!) Extremely clean and well appointed, we settled right in and wanted for nothing. The trees outside gave us beautiful views from every window. Easy check in, great communication, comfortable beds and furniture and the kitchen was perfectly equipped. Looking forward to returning.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. Keith is always great to deal with, and his condo is always clean and well stocked. The pool and spa are great. My wife has enjoyed many massages there while my daughter and I enjoy the pool. Do not hesitate to stay here, it’s great and just minutes from the mountain

We enjoyed our stay and loved Keith’s place it was very homey and had everything we needed. We especially loved the fireplace, spa, and close location to Killington. Everything was super easy and the unit was private and quiet.

The base lodges and grocery store are a short drive away (5-10 minutes depending on traffic).
Kitchen was in great shape and well stocked with utensils / dishes etc.
We didn’t use the club house with the pool but it was close by.
Keith the owner was responsive to questions over text message.
Overall a lovely place to stay.
Only nit item to be aware of: the second bedroom is upstairs in the loft space and does not have a closing door, so there is less “sound privacy” than you might find in a different two bedroom unit. Just know to set expectations.
Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a nice stay at the property. Spa was great and very convenient to location of the condo. The actual unit was a little dated but met our needs. Also, there is no AC and it happened to be 90+ the weekend we were there so that caught us by surprise a little. Overall good value.

Nice family Christmas vacation
Clean and comfy condo, our 7 yo loved having “his own floor” in the floor from where he could still take peeks of the TV after bed time lol. Short ride to Killington ski resort and even shorter to all restaurants. Great spa and gym!

We also wanted to experience a Hallmark Christmas in Woodstock and explore other nearby towns. We were not disappointed at all. This condo provided a comfortable place for us to return to in the evenings. The fireplace was perfect and all the wood we needed was provided. Beds were very comfortable. One word of caution, the upstairs bedroom is a loft and open to the downstairs. The way it is setup provided privacy and did not cause any problems.
If we return to VT, would definitely consider this property again.

Our stay was everything we hoped for - clean, quiet, relaxing, great location! The condo was well kept and exactly as described. We hope to return sometime in the near future and would highly recommend staying here if you're in the area.
