THE VILLA OFFERS *5 bedrooms *3 bathrooms *2 en-suite master bedrooms one with King and one with Queen beds, enjoying walk-in showers *Private 30 by 15 foot heatable pool and spa with extended decking area *Fully furnished *High Definition Cable TV (Spectrum Choice) - lots of channels *Fully equipped kitchen, including dishwasher, microwave, range, ice-maker *Towels and linens supplied *Laundry room *Covered patio ( lanai ) *Gas BBQ *DVD/ Blueray player with Netflix *Wifi and PC *Free high speed Internet *Free US/ Canada national and local phone calls *Cool tiled floors in living areas 'Carpets in bedrooms *Spacious walk-in closets *Zoned Air-Conditioning *Side-by-side stainless steel fridge-freezer with ice maker (crushed and cubed) and chilled, filtered water dispenser, The covered Lanai is the perfect place for breakfast or a BBQ, outside without being in the direct sun. The spa is a fun and relaxing spot for the big kids. Spa heating is free in the summer months (May through September). Pool heating is available if required, and includes the spa heating (fee applies). Pool heating fees: $30 per day, minimum 2 days. Spa only $15 per day, minimum 2 days. VILLA LOCATION DETAILS Indian Point is a beautiful and peaceful community, centered on a lake, and in wooded conservation surround. Conveniently close to Highway 192, with a Wal-Mart superstore just 1 mile away, and easy access to shops and restaurants. A ten to fifteen minute drive takes you to Disney world. Universal is around 25 mins drive, Seaworld is 20 mins. Enjoy the tennis court and children's playground, and lakes in the Indian Point community. Nearby are many Golf courses, Airboat Rides, and the famous Orlando Attractions. Fabulous shopping at The Loop (10 mins), the Florida Mall, The Mall at Millenia , Orlando International Premium Outlets, and many more. There is a large Walmart store conveniently located 1 mile away, and lots of shopping on nearby Highway 192. UPDATE MAY 2018: King bed in the downstairs master. GETTING HERE Orlando International airport ( MCO ) is around 25 mins drive, Sanford International is approximately 45 mins drive. Rent a car at the airport. Please note that pool heating is an optional extra (see above). Spa heating is free May though September.

Convenient location and lovely home. Beds were too soft/sinky, pillows were thin, and house was too warm for our liking, so we did not sleep well. Loved the pool and hot tub. However, we did pay for heating but I felt like the hot tub didn't get very hot at times. The heat is set on a 1hr dial timer so it was luke warm until you turned the dial and waited 30mins-1hr to fully heat up, then keep turning the dial hourly to keep it heated. The property managers were great at answering our questions and concerns and were very friendly.

We visited this location for my sons 6th birthday he wanted to see alligators so gatorland was the place to go! The house and neighbor was great. The commute from the MCO airport took a hour. The water didn’t get as hot as our liking when showering other than that my family and I had a great stay at this location! The children enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi spa.

First time renting a house, I didn’t know you have to pay for the pool to be heated. Going in Jan the pool was too cold for swimming so I suggest you pay for heating.

Lovely villa very close to all amenities and parks. Pool lovely as was the spa. Kitchen fully stocked with all the plates, glasses, mugs, coffee machine etc along with a larder style cupboard with all the little things you might have overlooked to bring with you. Very happy with our stay would definitely recommend

We loved this rental! Lots of space. Basically 3 separated bedroom areas. One son and his wife took the upstairs suite, we took the downstairs master on one side of the living room and our other son, wife and 2 kids took 2 bedrooms on the other side of the living room, leaving one extra bedroom we didnt need. Host provided great information before we arrived. Pool and patio were great. Dario, the property manager, was wonderful at addressing a pool issue very promptly and followed up to make sure it was fixed. We would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!

Check in process was a breeze. Everything we need to access the house was sent via email. The house needs a lot of TLC. The neighborhood was always congested with cars on the street, maybe it was Labor Day weekend. We check in on Friday and left Tuesday early morning. Seems like every street had more than 4-5 cars, some parking on the street where only one car can pass at a time. My husband and I stayed in the upstairs bedroom, where it was OK, the bed smelled like sweat, the bathroom vent made so much noise when it's on. The toilet makes a lot of noise even when not using, seems like water is running when not in use. The A/C works, but when sleeping there was always a ticking noise when the A/C unit comes on and I am a light sleeper. When trying to use the washer, it has a mold/mildew smell. We throw in all the dirty towels to be washed as requested on the morning before we left. The only part I would recommend is the spa and the pool.

The house has a really nice set-up but it needs a little tlc. The kitchen table was dirty when we arrived and the main bathroom was dirty, especially the toilet. The tile floors all need a good steam cleaning. We replaced the propane tank for the gas grill only to discover there was a full propane tank in the garage. Also, it was unclear what needed to be done when we left other than putting towels in the washer. The washer smelled horribly moldy and the washroom floor was dirty.

A nice tidy property with everything you could want . The neighbourhood is safe and mostly quiet .It was the easiest check-in process I have ever had with VRBO , the owner sent clear concise details , well in advance of time . I would be very happy to recommend this place to stay to anyone.

This was a decent property with a comfy King Size Bed and mice pool. We paid to have the pool and hot tub heated, but the hot tub never reach an optimal temperature. The property manager and owner were incredibly responsive about the issue and very nice each time we contacted them (approximately 3-4 times), but weren't able to fix this issue during our stay. We would stay again with a guarantee the hot tub spa worked. Decent area, nice driveway size (fits 4 cars).

Property was big and clean! Plenty of space for family and Check in was very easy. Only downfall was there was a lot of traffic on route to the parks.

Villa was perfect for what we needed - great facilities, location, and communication with owner was excellent. Quick responses from Suzanne in maintenance whenever we had issues. Only area for improvement would be to put the heating on in the pool earlier as it was cold in October!

The home was spacious and the owners provided towels for both the pool and home as well as hand soap. For a 7 person vacation it was the perfect size for everyone to have their own space and came with all the comforts of home. Other than a small hiccup with the spa early on our trip that was readily fixed. Pool was beautiful.
Close to both Disney and Universal as well as a Walmart and urgent care facility (all of which were visited during our stay) in a nice residential neighborhood. You have peace but still not away from civilization.
The host was very responsive and courteous. Highly recommend this property for anyone taking a trip to Orlando.

Our overall experience was very good, the location of the villa was easy to find, close to Walmart supermarket and all the parks. Journey times to the parks between 20 and 30 minutes and along the 192 there were several restaurants that covered a multitude of choices.

Our family had a great time staying here. Place was as described in listing. Very spacious. Great pool area. Convenient to Disney. A couple of minor maintenance issues which property manager responded to promptly. All in all, would recommend.

Quiet well kept neighborhood
House could've been cleaner with a better knife set as we had steaks one night and did not have more than 3 steak knives. All knives were very full as well. Pots and pans selection was excellent! Pillows and beds could use some updating but were serviceable.

The property was great. It’s in a nice quiet area and it’s close to a Walmart for those much needed essentials. It also has plenty of space and the pool and spa area was great. I felt like I was at home but had to realize it was vacation.

Rent at your own riisk
First week we were infested with bed bugs in our bedroom and had to move into the kids bunk bed room for 2 weeks while the bedroom was treated. We were finally able to open the sliding glass door to the pool,, but when Kathy tried to close at night the cheap handle gave way and she fell backwards hit her head on the floor and spent 2 days in the hospital for a concussion. next day door was taken off and new rollers were installed. We had to buy silverware, baking dishes, etc. any way, we were happy to get out of there. As all this was happening the owner was very silent. after all, he had our money so he was a happy guy!

The day of my trip 4 hours before check in time the owners called me stating they couldn't accommodate me. I had family coming from various parts of Florida and New York did my son's birthday. You can imagine the stress and how upset I was due to the fact I had 14 people coming. This experience was horrible! I was stranded in the middle of the highway with my son not knowing what to do or go. If they told me 24 hours before I would of understood but jetting me know just a couple hours while I was on my way there I felt was just wrong!!!

Lots of space. Just as advertised. Owners were very helpful and prompt getting back with us. We enjoyed our stay. Our only complaint would be the pervasive smell of cigarette smoke. It seems previous guests did not obey the non smoking guidelines. We had a great time and would recommend, and will try staying here next time. Hope the smell is gone by then.
