Superb

Seema and Gord were very nice and caring. The appartement is small, but very comfortable and well equiped. With a small fridge and kettle it's possible to prepare some meals for breakfast or dinner. The surrounding is lovely when you want to get to know Vancouver apart from the typical tourist sites.

Your choice to stay in Vancouver!

Our stay in this room was the best experience we could have asked for. Since the beginning you can tell that every single detail it's carefully considered to make you feel welcome. The bed was super confortable and everything was perfectly clean. Moreover, the house is well located, at walking distance of Kitsilano and Jericho Beach. The surroundings are gorgeous and public transit is handy, the bus takes you to Downtown in 20 minutes. Hosts are genuinely special people and willing to provide you with tips and tricks about Vancouver to make the most out your trip. We fully recommend this place!

A great valued location that made my trip extra plesant.

The room was very clean, and well maintained. The access to the laundry facilities was a great bonus for my trip. The communication from the hosts in advance of my arrival was wonderful, and they were helpful during my stay as well. The property was beautiful, and this will be my first choice for a place to stay in Vancouver again.

Comfortable stay

Location was good, within walking distance of quite a bit in terms of restaurants and activities. The room itself was great, very comfortable and clean.

A nice cozy home away from home in Kitsilano!

Cozy and comfortable room. Good facilities (coffee, tea, dishes, cutlery and cups, towels, etc.). Having use of a washer and dryer was excellent. Bed and bedding very good. Nice location in a quiet neighborhood if Kitsilano-Vancouver. Pretty backyard. Friendly hosts who responded very promptly to all questions regarding the accommodations. Great for a solo traveller.

A little difficult to get to the entrance from the sidewalk. Walls a little thin, you can hear a lot of noise from the rest of the house. Also a small night table next to the bed would be helpful.

Good easy parking available. Option for Street bus close by. Clean room. Washer dryer available. Hosts always available and accommodating.

Needed a few more options for hanging clothes.

Lovely room with thoughtful touches!

Cosy room with lots of thoughtful touches to make my stay more comfortable. Great communication with the host to make check-in easy, and provide advice on local sightseeing. Conveniently located to easily drive to sightsee.

Very pleasant stay. Hosts are very welcoming and responsive. Highly recommend.

The suite is very quiet and comfortable - thoughtfully appointed with lots of special touches (big umbrella, books to read, fridge, electric kettle and French Press, coffee and tea on hand, washer and dryer). The location is wonderful. Lots of street parking available. Great bus service.

Very convenient in terms of location. Unit was clean and tidy. Only complaint was room temperature. It was a bit cool but great for sleeping.

Exceptional

I loved all the little things about the place. There was a composer for food waste, jars for toiletries, a jar of milk AND orange juice. Tea, coffee. A little French press.

I would have liked a desk but the only reason for that is because I had work to do. So it was really my own fault

Nice clean place especially for going to UBC

Nice basement bedroom with private entrance and private bathroom with washer/dryer in suite. Bed was comfortable and shower very good. Close to bus stops. Good value for money!

Location is good for going to UBC but not the best to visit the rest of the city as a tourist (even though more than feasible by bus). There is no closet and WiFi Signal is not very good. There is no kitchen.
