About this condo rental
BIlly's Blue Heaven is fresh, clean and Pristine. We have updated the condo with all new paint, a new Smart Tv in the second bedroom, new additional living room chairs, new beds/linens/pillows throughout, all new flush mount ceiling lighting and all new wall switch controlled ceiling fans. Our condo Includes one private parking spot directly in front of the condo. Just a two minute walk to Duval Street and only 300 steps to the world famous Ricky's Blue Heaven Restaurant. The balcony overlooks Truman Annex 's lush landscaping and just a 30 second walk to the shared swimming pool. A short walk or bike ride to Fort Zachary Taylor State Park and Beach. One of the best beaches on the island. You are a moment from Mallory Square where sunset is celebrated every night with world class street theater. The condo is outfitted with a washer/dryer, fully equipped kitchen, pots and pans, towels, linens, central air conditioning, off street parking for one auto and pool with close beach access. This is a "Saturday to Saturday" rental and is non smoking. A unique feature of this property is our three bicycles so you don't have to rent! Key West is only two miles by four miles so nothing is too far away. Fly into Key West Airport and take a taxi to Truman Annex. You have THREE bikes and there's really no need to rent a car during your stay, as there's always the free trolley to get you around the island if you're not into bike riding! Big baskets on our bikes make shopping easy. Our kitchen has a blender. The bathroom has a newly remodeled freshly tiled walk in shower with dual shower heads and a rain water hand held sprayer. One bedroom has a queen bed and the second bedroom has two twin beds. Maximum of four guests at our condo!Gorgeous decor includes home theater sound system with Bluetooth, flat screen TV's, DVD, and a CD player. We had a great time at Billy's Blue Heaven the week of New Year's. The condo was comfortable (master bed especially so) and clean. The area was very quiet even though the bustle of Duval Street is only two blocks away. The location was great for all attractions in Old Town. We enjoyed using the bikes and the kitchen. Would love to stay here again someday!

Very good location. They both foreseen sites and quiet getaway. Accommodations were cozy, clean and comfortable. It was nice to have extra blankets and towels on site. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you for sharing your condo

We booked last minute and were so lucky to find this place. The unit was clean and had everthing we needed for last minute road trip from Pa. Steps from Green Parrot Bar and Duval Steet. Would definitely stay here again!!!

Awesome property. Close to everything! You can easily walk or ride one of the provided bikes to any desired attraction on Key West. No need to bring anything but your clothes and money for fun stuff. Condo had everything we needed. Beach chairs, beach towels, well appointed kitchen. Karma stations were great. We used a small cooler several times. Unit was spacious with its own parking spot. Complex has a large pool and is close to the free Duval Bus Loop. Nice on a hot day to ride in the A/C. We will definitely come back. Ed and Kerry made our vacation so easy!

Spur of the moment trip. Second floor condo is in an amazing location within walking/ biking to many shops, grocery store, restaurants, Mallory Square, Fort Zachary State Parketc. Bikes were provided which was greatly appreciated. Communication with host was prompt and efficient and the pool in the complex is lovely.

This was our first time to Key West and absolutely loved our stay. Ed & Kerry’s place was perfect for our stay. The area was safe and secure. It was clean and fully stocked with everything you we needed. Kitchen had everything you needed if you wanted to stay in. Plenty of beach towels and beach gear. We didn’t end up using the bikes as there were 4 of us and we preferred to walk everywhere. Perfect location to walk right in the heart of everything. Loved the Karma box and fridge such a great idea. We didn’t need to reach out during our stay but Ed provided us with all the details needed prior to our arrival. The condo was everything we expected and more! We loved the area, and the condo is so cute! The hosts were great to work with too. We would definitely recommend this condo and the area. Also loved the Karma fridge!

We just returned from KW. The location is perfect, close to everything, walking distance to the Zachary Taylor beach, about 15 minutes walk. We enjoyed the condo, could be a little cleaner especially the bathroom. It really needs a deep clean, not a big deal if you are not very particular about that. The condo has almost everything you need for cooking small meals if you feel like cooking. Overall we enjoyed our stay and definitely come back.

This is the second time we have stayed here. Property is clean with all needed amenities and only 2 blocks to Duval St. Bikes are included and great for exploring the island.

Great location, short walking distance to Duval!
Everything we needed and then some, it was nice having extra pantry items left by previous guests! We used some of those things and then left a few behind ourselves, it felt nice to leave things behind for future guests rather than throwing them away as we would in previous locations!

The Truman Annex is the simply the best location on the island! Walking distance to everywhere you want to go. Amazing that it is so close to all of the craziness of Duvall Street, but you never hear any of that from this condo (incredibly quiet at night). Condo has everything you need and is just as it looks in pictures.

Loved the condo and how close it was to so much in Key West. It’ a quiet haven to come back to except for the roosters who like to get up early. Appreciated all the info the host provided and the the response to questions.

We had a wonderful time! We arrived earlier than expected, and we’re still able to get into the place. Perfect location- beautiful, quiet, easy to walk almost anywhere on Key West. The owners were very responsive to questions and comments. We would definitely stay again in the future!

We have been going to Key West for years and our favorite place is Billy’s Blue Heaven. Why? A quick bike ride to the Zachary Taylor beach, a short walk to restaurants and nightlife, a great condo with everything you need, exceptional and accommodating hosts! We will be back again and again!

Loved the location. It was very close to the action of Duval Street and great places to eat. The condo was perfect for the three of us. Appreciated the washer and dryer. We were able to pack lighter so we could take home several Key West t shirts and souvenirs.

We greatly enjoyed the location and size of this unit. It was close to both Duvall and Ft. Taylor, Hemingway, and all the action but quiet for sleeping. The owner was responsive immediately to our one call for TV help and the rest of our trip was great for day trips to Bahia Honda, Ft
Taylor, and Marathon for beaching and snorkeling. Secure gated and free parking was a definite plus for this unit. We loved this trip even in warm season with frozen fruity drinks!

Great location! Can walk to all the main areas in Key West. Having 3 bikes made getting around extremely easy and quick if you wanted to venture farther or get there faster. Ed & Kerry's instructions, information, and communications were excellent.

Two decks make it nice to sit outside on either side of the apartment. The kitchen is small, but well appointed. Great sound system and a TV in each room with many channels on cable TV. Steps to the second floor are steep. Not a problem for us, but I could imagine it could be for a person with mobility difficulties. They really do provide most anything needed. Towards the end of our week, a tropical depression delayed many flights and Ed was willing to work with us if our flight was cancelled. Fortunately, it was not necessary to extend our stay.

Super location!! Loved access to the bikes and the "Karma fridge/cabinet", Bedrooms are tight so pack light but the in unit washer/dryer make it easy. Will definitely stay here again!

Nice quite condo community once you get away from Duval. 3 porches to enjoy evening or morning coffee.
