The location and we rented the unit to be close to our daughter and family in the next building.

The condo needed some attention. it did seem like it was freshly painted but it could be cleaner, replace rugs, replace mattresses from second bedroom, skimpy on towels, no bath mat , deep cleaning needed, toilets tanks filled so slowly we had to add water ( we called about that but it was hard fir them to get a plumber on a holiday weekend.
