rented for 1 week, only down side. is bunk bed, bottom bunk full size kept hitting head on top bunk when getting up, no ladder for top bumk, had push the persom up.

Our 2nd year staying with Tammy and it was as advertised plus she is great to work with. Thanks and we hope to see you again next season.

Tammy was great! She made sure we had everything we needed and was available if anything unexpected came up. The place was exactly as advertised and met our needs perfectly. If we make it back down to Land Between the Lakes we will be staying here again!

I thought the place was relaxing and we enjoyed how close it was to the boat ramps. Tammy was very nice and checked in on us. We thought it was more remote-further from neighbors-based on description however it could have been our misunderstanding. Nearest restaurant (Moon River Marina) was closed most of the time we were there which was a bummer. Overall we had a good time.

The booking process went smoothly. Very friendly owner. The accommodations were very clean and decorated so cute. Wonderful front deck. Close to a lot but quietly tucked away out in the country where it's quiet and you can see the stars! I hope to come back and I would definitely recommend to a friend.

We canceled our trip due to inclement weather and was unable to get a refund. The property owner worked with me and refunded the fees so it wasn't a complete loss. Very pleased with the customer service we received.

Clean, and charming..

The place was clean and we had a great time. The decor was nice. TV, wifi, and everything worked as expected. Tammy was very responsive and came right over when we had an issue and fixed it right up. It is a manufactured home so there are some aspects that were not exactly like a house but it works. The temperature regulation throughout was a little difficult but it was obvious that Tammy is working on improving that. The kitchen was well equipped and we made several meals while my family of four were there.

We went to Cadiz to see family for five days over the 4th of July holiday week. My husband and I arrived after 10pm on Wednesday night with our dog and 16mo old daughter. We had family joining us the next morning. We opened the door to a horrible smell (stale cigarette smoke and musty odor.) The listing is described as non-smoking, and we never would have booked a smoking home. The photos on the listing are old. The outside clearly has some wear and the decor is completely different. But, it was late and we had a cranky baby, so we headed to bed. One bedroom was very warm. It felt like there was very little airflow at that end of the trailer. We left early the next morning to meet family, so we didn't spend much time there. We did notice that the trailer was surrounded by poison ivy (in the flower beds), and the outdoor furniture was very dirty. Friday morning everyone got up to make breakfast and we noticed that several food items had been moved. Mice had gotten into most of our food, and the counters were covered in mice feces. We texted Tammy to make her aware of the severe problem. She texted back within a couple hours asking what she could do. We told her to bring over some mouse traps. Tammy did not show up that day, but an older gentleman walked into the trailer unannounced that afternoon. My husband happened to be there and asked if he was there for the mice. He said no, he was looking for Tammy and asked when she'd be back. On Saturday afternoon(4th of July), a single used mouse trap was dropped off outside for us. We tried contacting Tammy to tell her the conditions in the trailer had been unacceptable and we would require a refund. She said she was heading out to the lake and would get back to us. We never heard any more from her until Monday morning when we were loading our cars. She pulled up and handed my husband a one hundred dollar bill. When he told her someone inside would want to speak with her, she said she didn't have time as she was headed to work. We have since texted her photos of mice we caught in the trap, the mice feces on the counters and in the drawers in the kitchen, the dead bugs in many areas, with no response. We would have sought other accommodation, but as it was a holiday, there were none available. For five nights the cost to stay in the trailer (with pet, cleaning and other fees and taxes) was very pricey. I don't think a $100 refund comes close to making up for the serious issues at this rental.

We enjoyed our stay it was nice for the weekend. Only thing that was uncomfortable was the temperature. It never got below 71 degrees inside. I read the prior reviews and brought my own fan. Every room did have a fan but it just never was the temperature that I am used to. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay.

This was the perfect little get away for my family. We make trips here at least 3 x a year, i will be staying here again. Tammy was so kind. Always making sure we were ok. Highly recommend this location :)
