Went to check in at property and resort was very rundown. Parking spot was so far away from the villa, but to top it off the door looked like someone and tried to break in. I took a picture, called the owner and told her I did not feel safe staying there. I have been texting and messaging her for the last two weeks about my 50% refund she said she would give me. I still have not heard anything. She claims it was just cracked paint, but you can clearly tell that someone has tried to break into the villa. I would post the picture if they will let me.

Cute place! Close to everything and Myrtle was very accommodating

The property was perfect for our stay. It is central to most attractions and was easy to access. The place was neat and clean and had all the amenities we needed. Myrtle contacted us before our arrival, on our check in day and during our visit. I would highly recommend this place.

Myrtle's place is very clean and well situated. I liked there there were 2 bathrooms with showers, it made getting ready in the am very quick. We had a conference to attend and it was wonderful to come back to a home with a beautiful lake view in our down time!

My husband and I stayed here. It worked well for the two of us. The platform beds are low to the ground (my husband is 6'5" so it was really low for him) but they were very comfortable. This property is convenient to Disney and other attractions in the area. Nice lake view and could see some of Disney fireworks. We would stay here again! Myrtle was very responsive. Thanks.

We enjoyed our time here. The interior of the villa was good for the two of us. It would also work for a family since both the queen beds are in the same bedroom, (upstairs.) It appears as though the grounds have not been well maintained. The location was convenient to Sea World, Disney, and Universal.

Place was beautiful and quiet. Owner was prompt with getting back to us with our questions. View was amazing and would definitely rent again!

We loved this place and will definitely try to book the same place next time. This villa was perfect for our family of 3. Full kitchen with appliances. 2 full bathrooms. 2 comfortable beds upstairs, and a washer and dryer! The place was very cleaned and had everything we needed such as extra linens, towels, toilet papers, cutlery, dishes, cups, etc. The location was perfect too. There was a Walmart about a mile away. All the Disney parks were just a few miles away. We felt right at home. Thank you so much!

We really enjoyed our stay at this villa. I would not recommend staying here if you have more than 2 or 3 people as it is a bit smaller than we were expecting but it was very comfortable, quiet and close to all of the Disney attractions. The outside of the complex is in need of some attention and the lizards were everywhere but overall, we were very satisfied in choosing this place as our home away from home.

Property is close to great restaurants and Disney and has a lake view as described and washer and dryer in unit were handy. Clean. Huge bedroom upstairs. Beds are very low, 6'1 husband had a hard time with that. Large cracks in the tile floor. Very small water heater. Needed to wait for the water to reheat so second person could shower. Owners were responsive when we found ants crawling on kitchen wall and only one chair on the patio. They came the next day to resolve both issues. Decorated nicely, but could use some repair and repainting.

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week. Very nice and clean. We loved that it is close to all the activities of Disney world and Universal, Along with a ton of restaurants. The owner was very responsive, and Nice. This property will definitely be our first choice the next time we are in Florida.

My husband and I traveled to Orlando for our daughter's dance team competition with NDA at Orlando Live. The rest of the group stayed at Cabana Bay Resort, we wanted a lesser expensive option and the ability to cook a meal or two if we wanted. We absolutely loved this condo. It was clean, had a nice small space to sit outside and enjoy the weather and have a few cocktails, and it was quiet. It is 15 minutes from wherever you want to go around Disney and is a great option for anyone not wanting to be a part of the big park traffic and crowds. The only thing that was a little disappointing is that there is not a pool, but other than that this is a great place to stay. Not much to look at from the outside, but Myrtle definitely has this place cleaned and well maintained. Oh and beware of the little lizards that are everywhere outside. LOL They are harmless but they jet out of no where! :) Thoroughly enjoyed our visit.

Our family of five loved staying in this Villa. It was centrally located and easy to access all theme parks. It was very nice to come back after a long day at the theme parks to a quite and relaxing atmosphere. It was very clean! The property owner/manager, Myrtle was very pleasant and easy to work with. We will consider staying at this property on our future visits to the area. Thank you for helping us make good family memories on this trip.

Small condo but with a nice layout. With bathrooms downstairs and upstairs it was convenient for multiple people to stay and get ready in the morning. Good kitchen and a great location for all the parks. Very good value.

As a reward for finishing grad school, I treated myself to a quick jaunt to Orlando. I was travelling alone, so I didn’t need to visit the theme parks. I wanted to relax and shop. Period. I chose this condo for a few reasons. The décor made me happy. How can you not relax in a lavender bedroom? How do you not smile when you’re greeted by warm, bright colors as soon as you open the door? For a one bedroom, there was more than enough space. There is a full-bath upstairs and a half bath downstairs. There are two beds upstairs. Be warned that these are platform-type beds, so they sit a little lower. There are a number of pillows of which to make yourself comfortable. The stackable washer/dryer is discreetly housed in the upstairs storage area. There is balcony access from the bedroom. There is a nice lake view from the other direction. The living room/kitchen area was neat and tidy. As pictures indicate, there is a full-size fridge and stove. Most of what I needed was there. If you’re visiting for the theme parks, you are super close. The condo is centrally located to restaurants and shopping. You‘ll need a vehicle to tool around town. From the time of my initial inquiry, the owner was quick to respond. She even sent a message to check in after my arrival. The interior of the condo exceeded the exterior. The lake area was fine, but I was hoping the grounds would be more presentable (i.e. clean walkways, removal of dead leaves). There was work being done two units over, so my opinion is slanted. I could hear them working. This is entirely outside of the control of the owner. Recommendations? If permitted, install a screen over the sliding patio door downstairs. It had been a number of years since I visiting Florida and I forgot about the skittering geckos. Rumor has it that they’re harmless. They are critters that belong outside. Needless to say, I didn’t bother opening the patio door for fear of sharing the dwelling with “guests.” One got in anyway, but “disappeared” after the first day. I also recommend checking the water temperature. Lastly, I would recommend this condo for its location and calming factor. Everyone has their own requirements when looking for rentals. I prefer bright and minimal. This place didn’t disappoint. It’s a good spot for single travelers, couples, or small families.

Clean, centrally located, good value, has everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Places need alittle exterior upkeep and more attention to detail. Value well worth the price.
