Enjoy all Scottsdale has to offer in this spacious, upscale 5 Bedroom vacation home packed with amenities and ideally located in North Scottsdale. Enjoy Arizona outdoor living in the backyard with newly surfaced PebbleTec heated pool, new hot tub, putting green, fire table and mature lush landscaping all around. Relax in one of two living rooms both equipped with a 65-inch Samsung Smart TV. Sleep soundly in one of five well-appointed bedrooms each with a new bed (ten total beds). The double bunk bed room is a huge favorite of kids. Four bedrooms and the bar also each have their own Samsung Smart TV. In total, there are seven TV's and of course free WiFi. Cook meals in the remodeled, open kitchen or KitchenAid BBQ outside. Eat in the formal dining room, breakfast nook, or large outside table on the patio. Don't forget your morning coffee from the Keurig or traditional coffee maker. Play shuffleboard, foosball, pool or practice your golf game on the putting green outside. You can entertain from behind the bar or join the fun for board games and sports on TV in the bar area. If Basketball is your game, the heated pool and front driveway each have a hoop. Our stay was awesome. The house was much bigger than the pictures showed, and it had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend this spot if you are visiting the area!

What a great house. Plenty of room for the 8 of us. Lots of places to hang out and relax. We loved the pool table, the putting green and the spacious kitchen and living room. Rooms were big and plenty big enough for our group. Would definitely stay here again!

Enjoyed house Olympics with all the activities. ( shuffleboard, football, pool and putting green)

This house was great! Tons of room and awesome back yard to hang out in the evening! The location is perfect for a golf trip. It allowed us to have many course options without having to drive far. We would definitely stay here again!

Stayed with 3 other friends and their sons at the Beverly House for an extended trip including golf and a hockey tournament. The house was perfect. Plenty of room and activities to keep both the parents and boys entertained. Played hours of billiards which was a hit with the boys. Hot tub was great and pool was heated to a perfect temp for January. Location was also great. Would definitely recommend.

Had an Amazing time at the property with our large family. Everything went smooth and they were very accommodating with some of our requests. The kids never got bored and spent hours swimming in the heated pool. Definitely plan on recommending to friends and heading back someday.

This was an A+ property from top to bottom. Great location, great size and amenities. Fantastic communication from the host ad check-in/check out was an absolute breeze. The house itself was stunning and the space was amazing. Pool was warm enough so we could swim at night and the hot tub was a loved feature too. If you’re debating between a few places like we were, this one will not disappoint!

and slept 11 of us comfortably. Backyard is beautiful and fun place to hang out. Right in the middle of fantastic golf courses and the downtown Scottsdale area.

We had a lot of fun in this spacious home. There are 2 living rooms and 2 dining areas which accommodated our family of 14. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and putting green outdoors, and the pool table and other games indoors. Beds were comfortable!

We loved every minute of our stay at this property. From meeting the host on location, she was so friendly and helpful, the house was extremely clean, stocked with everything you’d need. There was so much entertainment at the house our group didn’t even leave the entire weekend. It was our own Oasis with the heated pool, hot tub, putt putt course, all the indoor games. We couldn’t have asked for a better time. We had quite a large group but never felt on top of each other at any point. We will for sure use this rental for our annual Scottsdale trip next year as it was the perfect set up!

A full length mirror in each room would have been nice! The front door area was very dark, I think the bulb was burned out or else we could not find a switch. The fire pit propane tank was empty and I have never exchanged one before so I did not do that as I was nervous! Maureen was very accommodating. I would consider renting this property again, great location .

The property is decent but dated. Floors are a bit rough, some of the doors don’t close or lock properly and the master bath has very poor lighting. There were some electrical issues and the outside/pool lighting didn’t work at all. House layout is really nice and the owner/ house manager are fantastic. Towels and linens were rather limited.

Boy Golf Trip
The location of the property is ideal, as it is close to shopping and all the top golf courses we had planned to play. The house was amazing and spacious, as we had a large group of guys (15) which was perfect. The house was extremely clean and in great condition! The neighborhood is very nice, but obviously they do not appreciate rentals, as we got there the first day there were signs on many houses showing their dislike for rentals. A group of our friends told us some neighbors had taken pictures of them as they arrived to the house. We are used to this, as a similar campaign is present in the South Lake Tahoe area. Outside of the initial photo op, we never felt uncomfortable being in the property during our state (5 days).
The property management that assisted us were great, as they were always available when needed. Overall, five-star rating for this property and would stay here again in the future!
