STIRCTLY 1 car can park on the driveway at any time for the entirestay. Failure to adhere to this will result in termination of the rental and forfeiture of the security deposit. PLEASE NOTE: The tenant will be responsible for any violations and fines issued by the City from $2500 up to $5000 in failure to respect designated parking rules and any violations at all from the City.
