About this cottage rental
Nestled in Montauk, this lovely cottage for $425 per night is a great choice for your next break. WALK TO THE BEACH- never deal with limited or restricted beach parking. Ride your bike or walk to the beach throughout the day Cleaned and disinfected to the highest standards. Weekly cleanings are required for any stay longer than one week. Super Cute 2 bedroom cottage that overlooks a nature preserve sleeps 4. Its Just 3 short blocks to the iconic Ditch Plains beach. Features a new modern kitchen that spills out to the front and rear decks and back yard where you can enjoy cooking on a new weber grill and lounge on the outdoor furniture. The deck also has an outdoor shower. Each bedroom features a queen bed (one bed being a tempurpedic) with Egyptian cotton sheets and down pillows. Both bedroom come with ample closet space. There is a Bose bluetooth sound system, Wifi, Cable and Apple TV. Four bicycles are provided for easy cruising to the beach or to town. Beach chairs, beach umbrella and beach wagon are included. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations permitted with a 10% fee plus the amount of any revenue shortfall from a successful re-renting. We strongly encourage renter to purchase travelers insurance as a means of payment protection. EH Reg. 22-483

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome cottage near Ditch Plains. The cottage was super clean and had everything we needed to have a great stay. The location is perfect as it is close enough to walk to Ditch Plains. We look forward to returning next summer!

We had a great week in Montauk. This little house is perfect - its adorable, has everything you need, in a great location, and most importantly it was very clean. Plus, it is pet friendly. Its really hard to find pet friendly rentals that check all those other boxes too! The host was very responsive to messages. I really appreciated the welcome letter with lots of great suggestions, which we referred to often. They have chairs, umbrellas, bikes, boogie boards, everything you need to enjoy the beach. I always appreciate not having to pack linens, so the fact that there were sheets, towels, and beach towels was amazing. I would absolutely rent this property again. We hope to come back soon to experience the off season - it was very crowded the week we were there, with long wait times at most restaurants almost every night. Plan accordingly!
I would just point out to fellow dog owners, the yard is not entirely fenced in. It's mostly fenced, but there are points of egress alongside the house and a small dog can easily go underneath in certain places. There's also lots of wildlife to chase, so we ended up leashing our dog in the yard to be on the safe side. This was not a big deal although it was a little bit of a bummer.

Maybe the place needs a few touch-ups in places, but it's a casual, comfortable, clean, welcoming place to be. Any questions or concerns I had were quickly answered and with friendliness and flexibility. The distance to the beach is more than 3 blocks (it's .4 miles), but it's a flat, easy walk. Thanks.

We have stayed several times at this house because it is just the perfect little beach cottage. It's very neat and clean, has a beautiful back yard, and is a nice short walk to Ditch Plains Beach. A plus is the neighborhood has a quiet and relaxed atmosphere!

This cottage is ideally located for a relaxing Montauk getaway. It's an easy walk to Ditch Plains Beach and just a few minute drive to Montauk Point. The host is super helpful. We enjoyed our stay and plan to return next year,.

Just a short walk to the iconic Ditch Plains Beach Even if you don’t surf, it’s a very scenic view. I choose to ride one of the bikes provided by the house to the beach. This way I could take a speedy ride back to the house when needed. Also, the house was well stocked and the owner is very accessible!

Great beach cottage, wonderful neighborhood
This is the second time we have stayed at this house, and will definitely stay again. The location is perfect, the neighborhood is quiet and the walk to the beach is less than 10 minutes. The house is super clean, it has everything you need to stay for the week. The backyard is so peaceful and relaxing, we loved sitting on the back deck in the late afternoons and evenings. And it is a plus that it is dog friendly! Chris is great about providing all the info needed, and the check in and check out process is contactless and easy. We will definitely be back!

5 min walk to the beach. Quiet, clean and private. Only suggestion i have is a bit of fencing iextension in the back to enclose the yard completely helps to keep dogs safe. An extra blanket or two in the winter would also be nice. Wood stove was great, and kitchen was well stocked with enough pot ware to cook easily. Definitely will stay again!
