About this condo rental
Island Retreat Condo Unit 103 is completely remodeled in 2013 with tile floors, granite countertops, new bathrooms and fenced back patio. The kitchen has new stainless appliances, breakfast bar and is open to the dining and living room areas. The living room features a flat screen tv, and large windows. The Master Bedroom has a king bed with a custom headboard and a flat screen tv. The Master Bath has a walk in shower, granite counter tops and plenty of shelves and space for all your personal items. There are two large guest bedrooms. Back bedroom also has flat screen tv. The Guest Bathroom has a tub/shower combination, granite counter tops, custom tile work on walls and plenty of shelves and storage. There is a safety bar in the tub area. Enjoy this great condo in the Island Retreat complex. Plenty of room for your family. Sleeps 8 people.

We've stayed at a lot of places in Port A and this was probably our favorite! It was a great location, well stocked, and met all of our expectations.

Located right on the beach. Clean and updated. Had all the amenities including washer and dryer. Had all supplies needed to cook family meals. Comfortable and spacious!

Very clean and well kept condo on a well kept property. We appreciated the easy check-in process, condo amenities, the property swimming pools, and very close access to the beach. We'll definitely consider this place on our on next trip to Port A.

Condo layout is perfect for our family of 8. Has a good kitchen, well stocked with dishes, and a dining table that easily seats 4-6 people. Bedroom set up is also perfect with combo of twin beds, double beds and a king. Best part is the condo is a corner unit on the 1st floor.

We have stayed here before and, like last year, we had a wonderful time. The condo is perfect for our family, great location near the beach and pool, nicely updated, and has a very well supplied kitchen. Only suggestion is that it would be nice if a hairdryer could be provided.

The condo was just right and perfect for walking to the beach everyday. The staff was friendly and efficient with check-in and overall keeping tabs on the activity of everyone during a busy weekend. The condo was well-stocked and the location is great for accessing everything in town. There is plenty of space for people to relax and spread out. We would stay here again!

Memorial Weekend-Great Place!

Booking again
Prefect get awhile from home, really close to the beach. My kids had a blast being able to just walk to the little park and pool. I will be booking again next year for sand fest.

It was spacious and had everything we needed(including a blender)! It was just a short walk to the beach. Very nice, and would recommend to anyone!

The property was very clean and updated, it suited our needs.

The ceiling fans need to be dusted, as well. The towels need to be washed using a non chlorine bleach. They, too have a musty smell, but that’s why I always take my own towels. Overall, it’s a great condo, in a great location.

Very nice condo for our beach stay
This condo at IR was perfect for my family. There were 8 of us, and everyone had a bed. The condo is very comfortable, nicely fixed up, and on the first floor which was great for my 89 yr old mother. The furniture was soft and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped for our meals. And the walk to the beach was easy from the pathway nearby. Will definitely look to stay here again next year.
