One in the front of the building and one in the other row. Oversized vehicles will not fit. Entry is on the second floor. Guests will be required to sign a rental agreement with Coastal Wave Properties. Guest Instructions will be sent 7 days prior to arrival provided the agreement is signed and all payments are made. If you need information prior to this we are happy to provide it. We use a booking system called OwnerRez and you will see communication coming through this system. Damage Protection is included with this rental but guests are responsible for damages in excess of the policy. There is a $150 credit card hold for the security deposit. You will be notified if there are any charges and it is released 10 days after you depart. We use email communication to sign our lease and provide guest instructions. Please be sure to provide an email address that you will have access to and that you can check regularly. We also use text messaging to send you the door code and other communication if needed. Please provide a mobile phone number that you will have with you during your stay. We recommend that our guests, for their protection, purchase travel insurance.
