Our place is the perfect hub for your families vacation, conveniently located in the central village all summer or winter activities are only minutes away. Enjoy clean air and easy access to all your favorite activities. OUR CLEAN Two bedroom (both King beds) and two bath fully-furnished tri-level condominium with a balcony, a private master bedroom, en-suite & master deck on its own floor. Full access to the one-car garage. Additional parking just steps from the condo. That is why we offer one of the best condo values in Angel Fire! Sit back and relax with 2 LED flat-screen TVs with Roku for streaming your favorite shows or watch local TV via Antenna. Free high speed WiFi, so bring your electronics. Kids movie TV with built in DVD Player in Loft with lots of family friendly DVD's. Additional steps from the front door. 1st come, 1st serve basis. In the summer, lake fishing at Eagle Nest lake. Monte Verde lake at the Country Club as well as a kid's fishing pond. Stream fishing at Cimarron Canyon state park and the Rio Grande river near Taos. World class bike park with over 60 miles of trails which is the largest in the Rocky Mountain states. ATV's, Jeep rides and scenic hikes to top off your day. The weather in Angel Fire is fabulous! Expect sunshine an average 315 days a year. Temperatures range from 33-79 degrees in the summer, making it a popular summer destination to cool off and exercise, relax and have a great time. In the winter, average snowfall is 140 inches in the valley, 210 inches on the ski mountain. Angel Fire Resort has over 80 ski runs, with 2 high speed quads, 3 doubles, and 2 WonderCarpet lifts for kids tubing . Liberation park for snowboarders has jumps, rails and funboxes. 52% of mountain has snow-making and 85% snow making for kids runs. ⛷🏂🎿 A tiled mud room entrance with a bench and hooks for easy removal and storage of snow gear. My family and I have stayed multiple times in this location and are always extremely satisfied. The views from the deck of the condo are wonderful, the layout of the condo is great, the beds are really comfortable, and the showers have great water pressure, which I love. The icing on the cake is the garage for us because we bring multiple mountain bikes and I can't imagine storing them outside. We will be back.

First Family Spring Break Trip
This condo was absolutely perfect for our family of five. We very much enjoyed our stay. Everything you need is within walking distance including the lifts. The place is spacious and cozy. The view out of the back is pretty as well. Overall, we loved the place and can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay! So many of the comforts of home. Our family of 5 had plenty of space; the multi-levels helped with a bit of privacy when we wanted it. The boys enjoyed the loft upstairs, and my husband and I loved having the primary bedroom and bath to ourselves. The garage and mud room/entry way were HUGE bonuses to keep our ski gear consolidated. We'd sometimes jump on the shuttle from the parking lot to the ski lift, but we were just as likely to walk to/from. It really was equally as easy - and fast. Definitely look forward to staying again!

Loved the condo but was disappointed in the cleanliness. Chair had crumbs on it. Chair was broken. Carpet by the kitchen stained Shower in bathroom was not clean Ledge had soap slim on it. Throw rugs were dirty. I don’t think we should pay the cleaning fee. You need to change the cleaning crew. Cleanliness

We Always Enjoy this Condo
My son and I have stayed here multiple times when we come out to mountain bike. We love that it has a garage which makes bike storage and maintenance super simple.
This is a great condo, at a great price. It is always fully stocked with everything we need, and it's close to the lifts.
The owners are always super responsive to any questions or problems we have. This trip we had a problem getting wifi to work, which was AF Resorts issue, not the property owners, and when I texted the owner, we got a reply within minutes and were provided a wifi alternate that worked great.

We were so looking forward to our stay at Angel Fire. This is where we stay each year and this year was very relaxing. There are so many hummingbirds and deer it’s unreal. Perfect spot in my opinion. I only have one suggestion and that is to have dumpsters for the trash. When you’re on a Harley it’s a little tough to transport all the trash at the end of your stay. We had a great stay and Rachael was prompt in getting us an additional nights stay and we greatly appreciated it. Great place to stay!!

Our Go To Condo 😊
We were so looking forward to our stay at Angel Fire. This is where we stay each year and this year was very relaxing. There are so many hummingbirds and deer it’s unreal. Perfect spot in my opinion. Perfect First Family Ski Trip
This was a great property for my husband and I and our 3 children. We were able to walk to the shuttle for Angel Fire from the condo. We cooked our meals and enjoyed our time together.

This condo worked well for us. You could walk a block and be picked up by shuttle to go skiing. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

A+ lodging and location
This property has it all. Cozy, well stocked, clean, and the location cannot be beat. We loved having the garage. The front entry is perfect for taking off snow boots and jackets. The kitchen is well stocked and everything works. The living area is cozy and has movies, DISH, board games, and even a mini goose ball table that my boys enjoyed. It’s probably a 400m walk from the front door to the base of the mountain. Even closer to the ski rental equipment shop. It was so nice to just walk vs driving or waiting for a shuttle. The heat works great, the water pressure is perfect, and the owners are very responsive. Very spacious for our family of 4. We would definitely rent again for our next visit to Angel Fire.

Great Place - Super Easy access to the ski slopes
We thouroughly enjoyed the property. Amazing location. There are sleds in the garage and a great sledding hill next to the ski shop less than a block away.
The house was well equipped, we really enjoyed being able to do laundry and the selection of movies was great!
I can imagine in the summer, the garage would be a great place to keep your bikes, will definitely be back.

Great family getaway
We were really impressed with the condo. It exceeded our expectations and was perfect for myself, my spouse, and our 4 year old. It was very well kept, spacious, and had everything we needed to feel right at home while on vacation. The condo was incredibly easy to find and very centrally located to everything. They even had some fun games available that my son absolutely loved. While it was walkable to the ski lifts, it was a tough walk uphill with ski gear and a 4 year old. However, were able to drive our gear to the drop off area and my husband easily parked the car and walked back to the lifts without any trouble. Overall, we could definitely see ourselves coming back to this condo next year! We really enjoyed our stay and it was perfect for our needs!

We had a great time and the condo met our needs perfectly! It was well kept, nicely furnished, and provided all the kitchen essentials we needed since we planned to eat there. (Hard to eat out with Covid regulations). We will definitely stay here again in the future!

This place was a great! We especially loved the working gas fireplace! It was so easy to use. This neat tri-level condo had more than enough room for our family of five. We’ve stayed in other condos and felt crowded/cramped, but that was not the case with this place! The use of the small garage was great to hold skis/poles over night. And the small tiled entry way was a perfect place to leave ski boots at the end of the day. The owners were great as well. They were super quick to respond with any questions we had. *note: if traveling with a small trailer (we’ve done so before), please be aware that the parking area is tight. So, though a person wouldn’t be able to park with a trailer at the condo, one could possibly park/unhook trailer at the parking lot that is just across the road. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here & we would certainly do so again!

It’s a nice condo. If you are high maintenance and expect it to be an updated foo foo place it’s not!! We are not so it was great for us! The master bedroom bed was comfortable. And the shower was amazing. Our friends stayed in the loft bedroom. They said the bed was harder then they were use to. And if your looking for privacy that room is a no go. But two adult couples that are not use to sharing space with others is a normal feeling. We like our privacy but they dealt with it by putting blankets up on the railing. The kitchen was very well equipped with everything you needed and more! The master bedroom and living room blinds always fell off and not just 1 or 2 it was way to many. Got really irritating to attach them back every time you wanted to go on the decks or let some light in. Other then small things it was very nice and would love to stay there again!

Awesome Week in Angel Fire
This was the most well equipped condo I've stayed in. My typical experience is that most owners fail to adequately equip their condos with all the necessities, especially when it comes to the kitchen. Not this time! There wasn't one item I needed to cook all of our meals. Additionally, the location was perfect, as my son and I only had a half mile ride to the lifts. The final icing on the cake was having a garage for our bikes and gear. Without hesitation, I would rent here again.
