About this villa rental
Great home base for all the Lowcountry offers! Centrally located just minutes away from historic downtown Charleston and Charleston's beautiful beaches. This renovated villa consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 full baths (4 beds total) with all the conveniences of home and beach chic decor. It has its own private fenced in back yard. Private driveway and screen porch. There are two bedrooms, each room has plenty of light. One bedroom with a double bed. The other has a full size bed and a bunk bed. A renovated kitchen stocked with the essentials; stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, plates, cups, utensils, coffee maker, pots & pans and toaster. A washer, Dryer, Iron, Ironing Board, and Blow Dryer are also provided . Two beach cruiser bikes, and beach chairs. All linens and towels provided. Our home is conveniently located less than a mile from Shem Creek. We have shared our favorite places "Where the locals are" and all things Mt. Pleasant/ Charleston Sights, Bites and Family Fun. Need information on extra bike rentals, water taxi to downtown, all your baby gear, beach gear or even grocery needs that can be delivered let us know. We have all the information. rental was centrally located in mt. pleasant, easy access. convenient remote key access. the rental was clean, kitchen was completely stocked-baking dishes, tupperware, measuring cups, spoons, variety of knives and pots/pans. Shower was nice and hot, and bedding was comfortable. Light bulbs did need to be checked and possibly replaced, a bit dim. Bikes on porch was a bonus for a quick jaunt thru the neighborhood. Owners responded v. quickly w/ any questions. Overall v. pleased.

Booked this place for a bachelorette weekend, and it was perfect! The backyard is amazing! So much space, and it is maintained beautifully. Very short drive to Sullivan’s island or Isle of Palms, and we really appreciated that this house had 3 beach chairs that we could use. It is nice and updated on the inside, and we really enjoyed our stay!

Extraordinary location—safe neighborhood, could walk or use the provided bikes to get to so many great restaurants, stores, attractions AND about a 10-minute drive to the beach (we went to IOP—easy, free parking in the residential area), to downtown, to the stadium/concert venue. We did all the things!
The house—very clean, updated/thoughtful coastal decor, awesome backyard plus outdoor shower, screen porch, comfortable living area and bedrooms (we had two couples in our party), great use of space, well-stocked kitchen w/ cute dishes, everything you need for making a meal at home, really appreciated the sweet touch of the local coffee, rain shower, plenty of extra towels, laundry great for beach towels, dehumidifier, storage, one bathroom worked just fine for us, ***bring bug spray for outdoor activities if you’re prone to mosquito bites

This house was the perfect place to stay while visiting family in the area. It was clean, quiet neighborhood and the perfect size for myself, husband and 2 children.

For our first time in Charleston, we selected this location. Large backyard, comfy setting inside made for a great stay. No issues with checking in. Property manager responds quickly to messages. The location of the house is within walking distance to many restaurants and shoppes.

Located in a quiet neighborhood that is pretty convenient to all you could need, the cottage makes for a great place to stay for a getaway. It was about a 15 min drive to many of the main attractions, such as the old town and one of the beaches, but its easy to get around if you have a car. The house has lots of amenities and small touches to make guests feel welcome and ready to enjoy all Charleston has to offer (beach bikes, maps, restaurant recommendations, etc). It was perfect for two friends traveling together but could easily handle a few more. Besides one very small but confusing communication mix-up with the host company, everything went well - I would definitely stay there again.

My best friend and I settled on this property for a quick weekend getaway and it was great. The location is midway between downtown and Sullivan’s Island, and also walking distance to Shem’s Creek and some other nearby eateries and bars. The property provided bikes but we ended up taking Ubers everywhere. There is only 1 bathroom even though the property description says 2. It was fine for us but I could see that being an issue for a larger group. Check in and check out was seamless. Would definitely recommend!

The property was great! Clean and comfortable! The only complaint we had was that we searched 2 beds 2 baths and this property came up…in the actual description it is noted one bath-we made it work, but it was difficult with 4 adults.

Property was as advertised. Clean and comfortable. It was close to everything in Mount Pleasant. We were able to ride bikes, walk or take the car places. Shem Creek was definitely within walking distance. Would stay again

Great amenities and location
We enjoyed our stay at this house. The bicycles were the best part of the deal and we rode to the beach a number of times. Mt. Pleasant has a lot to offer and the 10 minutes to eat in Charleston was great. My only complaint is that given the price of this rental, I expected much more. The apartment is very small. I live in the northeast and this daily rate in this area would get you a much more spacious rental.

So cozy and cute!
We loved our stay here and will definitely be back! I ran the Cooper River Bridge run and I literally walked to the starting line. We were so close to downtown and Sullivan’s Island. We loved Page’s Okras Grill which is just a few blocks away. The beds were super comfy also!

Wonderful Stay
We really liked the location of this home. Walking distance to some good restaurants and bars. I also loved the idea of it being professionally cleaned. It was spotless when we arrived. It also has everything you need and is super organized. Communication and check in was flawless. I’m in love with the old oak tree and enjoyed coffee on the porch. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a restful stay. We will definitely be back!

I loved that they had a well-stocked kitchen (pots, some Tupperware, a toaster, lots of dishes/utensils, etc), gifted us some local coffee, had great beach towels/chairs we could borrow, and had a nicely clean space. The backyard was a treat. It was so nicely shaded, with a picnic table, outdoor shower, and a hammock. The bonus for us was how simple the check-out process was. All we had to do was load the dishwasher and take out the trash (much simpler than what is typically expected).

Great property! Close to many things including the bridge connecting you to Charleston. Sullivan’s island, isle of palms and Shem Creek are very close driving distance. Walking distance to several restaurants and a Starbucks. This place was great and cute!

We had a great stay at this home. The location was great. Easy to jump on the highway and get to downtown Charleston or other sites like Patriots point, the plantations or the islands. We were greeted with cookies, Charleston coffee and other snacks. The owners were quick to respond. My kids loved the bunkbed and playing in the backyard. The kitchen was well stocked and we felt safe and comfortable during our 12 day stay. One negative was the queen bed was uncomfortable to sleep on. The mattress sunk in the middle and made noise when we moved. But I would stay here again. Thanks
