We loved this property in Pagosa Springs. Its close to the hot springs and close to Wolf Creek. Its situated in a residential neighborhood directly on the San Juan River. We enjoyed cooking in the full kitchen and playing games in the living room. The two bedrooms downstairs were perfect for family to have their own space while wife and I had master to ourselves. Really enjoyed soaking tub in master after a long day on the slopes when too tired to go to springs. Will definitely rent again if available on our next trip.

Great property conviently located in downtown Pagosa Springs. Easily access restaurants and only 30 minutes from Wolfcreek Skiing.

Wonderful stay! Traveled from MA to Pagosa for a friends wedding and was stunned by the beautiful location and views. Condo was perfectly placed to be greeted by deer out the back and a short walk to the River Walk area. Really enjoyed our stay in a wonderfully kept condo. Highly recommend!

Super location to the river for getting out after tubing! Kitchen was well stocked and had spices, baggies, etc available for use. Nights were a bit hot in the lower level but locals indicated the heat was unusual. Would definitely stay here again if coming back to Pagosa Springs.

Property was incredibly comfortable, close to everything in Pagosa Springs. Kitchen has a gas range - loved it! The living and dining room areas are spacious. The entire property is well equipped, very clean. Can’t say enough good things about it.

We had a wonderful stay on this fantastic- clean, large, convenient property. The property owner and manager were great. Very welcoming, helpful, responsive. The property was great for a family. The indoor garage, large living space, full kitchen and large bathtub to soak in after a long day of ski was wonderful. This was our first time at Pagosa Springs and loved the little town. Wolf creek was a great place to ski with lots of fresh snow! Our friends who go every year kept raving about the property and convenient location. Will definitely rent again! Thank you!

Property was great, location was great, the condo was great. The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed.
It was close to restaurants and stores. We just wish we could stay longer! Beautiful time of year to visit. The trees were in full color. The only thing we had an issue with was the Roku TV. We thought it was hard to use and could have used simple instructions. We could not find the answers on the internet link.

This is a beautiful condo! The pictures don't do it justice. It's very nice, very high end. The location couldn't be better. It's half a mile from the Hot Springs Resort, Pagosa Outside, and many restaurants and shops. The river runs right behind it. It has 2 decks and a patio. The master bedroom is huge with a large walk-in closet and a deck. There are two bedrooms downstairs and one bathroom with a shower. All bedrooms have queen-sized beds. Very comfortable. The living room is very nice. The dining room table seats 8 and two at the bar. We didn't do much cooking but the kitchen seemed to have everything you could need. The washing machine does smell like mildew, but we did a load of laundry and our clothes didn't smell like mildew. Also if I was being really picky I could say that the carpet needs to be cleaned. But I highly recommend this as a place to stay. You won't be disappointed.

Wonderful
This is the second time we have stayed at this condo! We love it. It is perfect for our family and an awesome location! It is just far enough from town to be quiet but close enough to get to everything quickly! It is always so clean and well kept and the property manager is great! If you are looking for the perfect vacation spot, look no further, this is it!

Great spot in Pagosa
We had a great stay at this Riverwalk Condo. Clean, nicely furnished, and comfortable place. And a great location, right off the river and an easy walk downtown. My family of 5 had a wonderful time!

All balconies and furniture were covered in thick dirt, furniture covers were tossed around the floor, folding chair dumped in the middle with an empty beer can. Obviously no attempt to wipe down or tidy up. Interior was clean, except for a few carpet areas. Some towels had holes. Air conditioner didn't work in one bedroom. This was not a major issue given it was spring, but should be repaired. Some faucets were not well secured and shifted when turned on/off. Floors were terribly squeaky. We could hear all of the movement from the apartment above and anyone in our downstairs bedrooms could hear every step from main level. It was kind of a joke after a day. Process for check in and comms with property manager were fine. Would not stay here again.

Beautiful condo w/ everything you could ever need right in town!
Our whole party was more than impressed with this rental, it's giant, more than enough space for a larger group, clean, very upkept, and we enjoyed it thoroughly. Just a half mile or so walk to town and the hot springs, quiet, and beautiful views of the stars from any of the THREE balconies/patios. Will keep an eye on this one being available next time we visit Pagosa!

The stairs could be rough for someone with bad legs because the kitchen, living and master are upstairs. The master bath was so relaxing and it was fully stocked with everything we needed. It is literally right on the river and you can watch deer drinking off the balcony off the master bedroom. Don't look any further, Rent this place!

This condo was amazing and we had such a relaxing fun time staying here. The owner has thought to stock of all the little extra items you will need, but don’t think of bringing on a trip. It made out trips to Walmart for supplies way less. It was greatly appreciated.
