Lovely modern home and yoga studio. Located in picturesque Georgetown, just a few miles from Kentucky Horse Park. We were greeted by the resident dog, Sandy, a quiet and friendly labradoodle. The proprietor, Jane, went out of her way to make us feel welcome. Comfortable bed, excellent shower, all the amenities. We will gladly return whenever we visit the area again.

The owner is a really great host and thinks about every single detail of her guests. Beautiful home & property, plenty of space, extremely clean, and comfortable bed.

This was our 4th stay. Jane’s place is absolutely beautiful. She has thought of every detail to make her guests comfortable. It’s a stunning property, quiet, comfortable beds & immaculately clean.

This was my 2nd time staying here and it just keeps getting better and better.. as soon as I walk in the door I find myself feeling instantly relaxed due to the cozy and serene nature of the home! And the bed is just the icing on the cake. The beds are super super comfortable which is so important to me.. Do yourself a favor and choose to stay at the Bleubird Suites!

Great Place And All Brand New. Great Little Town Near To Wineries And The Bourbon Trail. Horse Back Riding Within 20 min. Beer To Keenland Horse Track. Jane (and Sandy) her Golden Doodle Were Great Hosts.

My daughter and I had the best time at The Bluebird!! Jane goes above and and beyond to make sure your stay is wonderful! Everything is clean, new, comfortable. The house couldn’t be more beautiful!! And Sandy made our stay complete!!!

I used this stay as a bridal suite for my bridal party. The rooms were clean and the venue was beautiful. There was a yoga class the next morning that looked lovely and relaxing. Would have loved to have gone to it but was unfortunately too busy. The owner provided breakfast which was lovely.

Beautiful home. Well equipped. so many personal and thoughtful touches, comfy bed / bedding. Walkable to Restaurants. short distance to the Kentucky horse farm. just a lovely visit.

The room was exceptionally clean and the on-site owner had MANY thoughtful touches we really appreciated. Small things like bottled water, hand soap, and other small things that most rentals don’t have for you. There is a shared porch between the two rental rooms that was just perfect for sitting, with really nice furniture. We had plans and didn’t spend much time here other than the evenings, but wish we could have enjoyed the quiet space more.

My daughter and I were heading to Lexington to shop for a horse at Kentucky Horse Park and we booked this property at the last minute. It was the best decision ever and we can’t wait to stay again. Jane is an amazing host and knows exactly what you need and has it there for you. Her dog Sandy is adorable as well. The house was absolutely beautiful and extremely clean. My daughter and I felt so comfortable. The house is beautiful and brand new and it has a cute art gallery on the first floor and a yoga studio as well. I did not have a chance to try the yoga class but we ended up purchasing a few jewelry pieces from the art gallery and really nice local home made soaps. The property is also located down the block from downtown Georgetown which is very cute. Close proximity to restaurants and shops. I highly recommend staying here! We will definitely be back!

The bluebird studio is gorgeous!!! Loved all the artwork inside. Upstairs where we stayed was so welcoming, clean, and cozy. We had the best night's sleep! Jane was a wonderful host and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to come back if we are ever in Georgetown again!

We had a wonderful stay at Bleubird. The home is gorgeous inside & out down to every last detail of the decor. Jane the home owner and her sweet pup Sandy were very welcoming. It was our first time staying in the area and first time staying with VRBO. Very pleased with the whole experience. We awoke to hot croissants one morning and Apple turnovers another morning. The fridge was stocked with juice , water , and wine. The art gallery is beautiful & the soap is a must buy. Wonderful location, close to everything. We look forward to our next stay. Highly recommend staying at the Bleubird on your next trip to Georgetown, KY.
