Bed and breakfast, not so much.
The "Distillers room" was spacious and clean with a large tv. The bed was a California king and comfortable. Plenty of room to relax and for clothes to be stored or hung. Lots of windows and interior lighting. The kitchen area was large, clean and well stocked for breakfast
The bathroom was barely comfortable for one person. It had a pedestal sink that had no room for storage. The small shower had no bath mat. If you wanted anything for breakfast, you cooked or made it yourself including the coffee. The entrance in the rear from the parking lot was difficult and tricky to navigate on a dark and rainy night because the motion detector light did not work.

Exceptional
The carriage house was beautiful, clean and comfortable. Just 1.5 miles from the Jack Daniels Distillery. Tierra was wonderful to work with. We booked at the last minute and she was very accommodating. We'll stay again if we're ever in the area again.

Quite place to rest
Beautiful place very clean and modern. Also left a lot of great food and snack and drinks very homie. Love the bathroom. Just love the area.
Outside seating not clean had to ask person that met us to sweep off porch. Wet leaves every where slippery. Did not show us how tv worked. Very confused. Also no tv in bedroom would be nice. Electric Fire place would be great. Just a thought Leave some information about what to see and places to eat. That helps.

Poor
Historical significance within the community
Where do we begin... it’s advertised as a bed and breakfast with breakfast being served. We received a text that said you can eat anything in the kitchen... so we were provided a choice of captain crunch, raising bran or Honey Nut Cheerios to go Style boxes of cereal and spoiled milk in the refrigerator. There were bagels but no cream cheese and raisin bread and old butter. The cans of soda were old and tasted horrible. They had a Keurig but also a standard coffee maker but in the coffee container provided was instant coffee. The home was freezing the first night as the fireplace in our room was not functioning, part of the reason we chose that room. The furnace never went on all night. The next morning it was 58 degrees inside but thankfully there was a ceiling heater vent combination in the bathroom! We did discover that the thermostat in the home was set on ac not heat. In a community with limited dining choices a box of cereal and spoiled milk just don’t cut it. The city streets basically roll up at 6:00 pm. We enjoyed a cocktail on the patio but looked down and found that we were surrounded spiders. The TV in our room had three remotes... one for the dish but the other two didn’t work so turning the volume up and down had to be done by finding the tiny black button on the back of the black shell. There was only an overhead light in the room so reading in bed or just having soft lighting in the room was also not an option. There were two dresser/desks but no outlets so charging your phone required that you use a window sill or just lay it on the floor. Inconvenience when it’s also your alarm clock. We so love the area and have visited several times and will return but we would rather stay at the tiny hotel in town and eat their fresh continental breakfast and save ourselves $200 a night than stay there again. It could be an amazing place but the hospitality factor is seriously lacking, especially for the outrageous pricing.

Affordable, very clean perfect weekend!!
Courtney is amazing and she made our stay perfect!! The Tolley house is beautiful! Reasonably priced. At the end of our day we enjoyed sitting on the front porch and taking in the beauty. We will defiantly go back.
I can't think of anything we didn't like about our stay at the Tolley house.
