My stay was wonderful, enhanced by great communication and thoughtfulness demonstrated by the owners. The unit is attractive, clean, and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed. The washer and dryer made packing light for a longer trip much easier. Consider this listing a top choice if you're looking to enjoy all of the amenities of Andersonville in a comfortable home away from home.

This apartment was the perfect place to stay for our first trip to Chicago. Everything was clean, the area had lots to do and the train was a short walk away. Communication was easy and instructions for check-in and check-out were easy to follow.

This location was ideal for being able to walk to our event down the street which was the reason for our stay in Chicago. The unit was exactly as described. Although a parking spot was provided, we actually didn’t have a car and were able to walk to get groceries, eat at restaurants and do a little shopping. I had just a couple of issues upon check-in but my email was responded to within minutes and the items were addressed within hours. I would have given a 5 star rating if everything had been perfect upon check-in but I appreciate the speed with which things were taken care of!

We were very happy we chose Andersonville for our home while we explored Chicago. We did so many great things: hiked the 606, art museums, the beach, BAR ROMA!!, kayaking, the river walk, etc. This was a lovely neighborhood and great food nearby. The accommodations were very nice. The sleeper sofa, however wasn't as great as prior reviews stated. Could use an updated mattress and it sagged quite a bit. All in all, we were so happy we stayed in Andersonville.

Everything was fine. My only knit pick was tv. No news services were offered. You could stream Amazon Prime if you were a member. Net,net there was tv with limitations.

My husband and I spent a week at this property and it was perfect. Clean and well appointed. The furniture is comfortable, and we loved that there’s a washer and dryer, we don’t have to unpack dirty clothes when we get home. Parking can be difficult in the Chicago area so the fact that this place has a designated parking spot is glorious. Walking distance to everything we wanted, including the L which we took quite a few times to go into town. We would definitely book this one again if we find ourselves going to Chicago.

Great location with easy access to local shops and a wide selection of good restaurants, all within walking distance My teenage daughter and I spent the week there with no vehicle and did not miss it one bit because so much was close by. The unit itself was in very good condition and well stocked with supplies. Had just enough character too. My only concern for someone would be that, if using the sleeper sofa, the AC is pretty loud and the living room gets pretty loud in the mornings due to noise outside and in the halls since it is a first floor unit. Wasn’t a problem for us but I could see it being one for some. Over great place and great experience with responsive property managers that completely met our needs.

We had a great time in Chicago! Andersonville is such a fun neighborhood. Easy walk to tons of restaurants and shops, easy bus ride to Wrigley Field, and an easy drive downtown. This was a great home base for us. We really appreciated having a parking space because finding a spot on the street is really challenging.
