About this condo rental
Deschutes County Tax Property DCCA #1079. THE RIDGE AT SUNRIVER UNIT 20. A short walk or bike ride to Sunriver Village and right next door to the SHARC water and sledding park (passes not included), this 2nd floor Condo at The Ridge is a spacious 1,346 sq.ft. and sleeps six. This condo features vaulted ceilings, skylights, lots of windows with private woodland views, a large master suite with king bed, Jacuzzi bathtub and bathroom, plus a comfortable guest bedroom with twin beds, full guest bathroom, a large fully-equipped and newly-remodeled kitchen with all new sink, counters, floor and appliances, including full size refrigerator with ice maker, microwave and dishwasher, and a spacious great room with new gas fireplace insert and dining area. This condo comes complete with two large screen TV's, Cable, Sony surround sound, free high-speed Internet access and Wi-Fi, full size washer and dryer, and a gas Weber BBQ grill outside on the private sun deck. In addition, the unit includes a new sleeper sofa and comes with four bikes to enjoy the over 20 miles of paved scenic bike trails. The Ridge's private pool, hot tub, community room, tennis and pickleball court are a few steps from the front door. Sunriver Village is a pleasant one mile stroll past the SHARC on a wooded trail. The Village features a grocery store, several coffee shops, two bike shops, a bakery, the popular Goody's old-fashioned ice cream parlor, several good restaurants and pubs, book store, game store, tackle shop, and a variety of other shops. Sunriver Lodge is only 2 miles away with fine dining, more shopping, and a highly-rated golf course, driving range and 9-hole putting course. The SHARC is Sunriver's popular water park which is located right next door to The Ridge, a short walk away (passes not included). The SHARC features water slides, a lazy floating river, and several indoor and outdoor pools for all ages. The SHARC also features an outdoor disc golf course, year-round sledding hill, basketball court, bocci ball, and amphitheater for Summer concerts. SHARC passes are not included with rental. Our stay at Mark’s condo was fantastic! The condo was impeccably clean and comfortable. The check-in/out process was very smooth, making the whole experience seamless and stress free -AND the amenities truly exceeded our expectations! It was evident, that every detail, was thoughtfully considered to ensure a memorable stay for guests. Overall, we cannot recommend Mark’s place enough for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun getaway; -SO much to do there; a GREAT spot in beautiful Sunriver; thank you Mark!!!

Our family of four had a great stay. Really enjoyed riding the bikes provided with the condo around the miles of wooded trails. Good amenities close by and downtown Bend was just a short drive.

Nice condo, clean, and as described. There was soap and sponge for the sink, dishwasher pods, and detergent for laundry. The only complaint would be the washer capacity was smaller than expected.

This is the perfect spot for a family vacation. The biking trail is right outside along with a nice quiet pool right across the parking lot. The condo is a nice floor plan with 2 bedrooms and a full kitchen including a bbq.

We really enjoyed this condo. It was a great location -- close to the Village, and we also loved having a tennis/pickleball court on site, as well as a pool that's never too crowded. The condo is a spacious two bedroom, very clean and updated. Great place to stay!

Ridge 20 was everything we expected. It was clean and welcoming and the check-in was quick and easy. The pool, hot tub, and tennis courts were right across the street...one minute walk. Very close to Sharc and convenient to the village. The fireplace was really easy to use with lots of dry wood right by the front door and handy fire starters. The kitchen is quite functional. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again with our size group.

We had the best time at this cozy Sunriver condo. We've stayed in a a few different places in Sunriver and this was our favorite. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed. The location is perfect, splitting the distance between the Village and Fort Rock park. The SCARC is right around the corner.
The condo is clean, cozy and well-kept. There was more than enough room for the 5 of us. The beds were comfortable and THE JACUZZI TUB! AMAZING! The kitchen is beautiful and I have to admit that my one requirement for a 5 star rating is GOOD KNIVES! You know how rentals can be. The knives were more than sufficient. :)
We loved this place and will absolutely hope to stay there again. Thank you so much!

Everything in the house was exactly as listed. The house COMFORTABLY sleeps 6. The pull out couch is high-end, not your ordinary springy garbage.
We came for a wedding and didn’t get to use all the amenities but can’t wait to come back.
Location is excellent, host is a great communicator, condo property is quiet and the staff is helpful.
We will definitely be back. This is the perfect place to stay.

The only reason we gave three star for cleanliness was the dirty carpet and cobwebs behind the headboard. Great location to everything and such a beautiful setting. The owner was also very responsive.

The condo was spacious, the owner was top notch and great at communicating with us throughout the stay to see how things were going, location was excellent and the pool / Hot tub area was an added bonus. Thank you for hosting us!

We had a wonderful time at the condo! The listing was accurate and it actually was better then we imagined! Great location, right across from the pool/sauna and tennis courts and easy access to walking paths. The beds were comfortable and the condo was very clean. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay! We had 6 people and we all slept comfortably in very nice beds (even the pullout couch sleeper was brand new!) and we had plenty of room to play games, gather to eat, and relax with the entertainment system. The jacuzzi tub in the place was an added bonus to the master room. The kitchen had all the tools needed to make multiple meals. Check in was easy, even after hours, and the owner sent messages to welcome us and be sure we had all we needed, multiple times during our stay. The shared jacuzzi for the building is also super nice. You can't beat Sunriver's bike and walking paths right out the door and this condo is super near the SHARQ and Village one way, and the park the other. 10/10 rating for this place, we will be back! This was a great place to stay! We had an amazing time! The place was amazing and the location was amazing too! The whole family had an unforgettable time, playing in the snow and walking on the path. Walking distance to the Sharc facility and very close to the Village center. I recommend this to a family or a couple retreat!

Love the location of this property. Enjoyed being on the second floor looking out at the bike path and the pines. A nice walk to the Village. Very comfortable king bed in the master. Open floor plan with kitchen, dining, living. Very comfortable stay.

The unit was very nice, comfortable, and close to the village shops and restaurants. Already looking forward to our next trip to Sunriver.

Enjoyed our Sunriver VRBO. Owner helpful and easy to communicate with. Love the area with lots of activities. The only thing we would suggest is having charging stations in the unit like a clock with plugins.

This condo was the perfect choice for our family vacation! Plenty of room for our family of 5, very clean. Great paths for walking, biking, scooters and running. The kids loved the tennis and pickleball courts. We would definitely stay here again!

The only drawback was no air conditioning, but we happened to be there on a very hot week. It cools down nicely though in the evening. The swimming pool was great. Everyone was friendly. The unit was clean, nice and comfortable. Very easy check in and out. The owner was very attentive with messages. We will definitely be back.

Residence was clean and well kept. Unfortunately the sleeping situation was a bit needy. The sleeping capacity was listed for 6 which we didn't need all of, but the twin beds were very hard, almost as if the mattress was missing and a person had to sleep on the box spring. The property manager was kind enough to provide some foam pads and extra blankets which we were able to utilize for extra padding. The hide-a-bed was even worse. The "mattress" was about 3-4 inches thick and felt like only springs covered with a single layer of fabric. Not a go. Good thing we brought an extra air-mattress. We needed it. I would feel badly for those who came relying on the "sleeps 6 comfortably" comment in the advertisement. They would be in a world of hurt. Other than that, I would most certainly come again. The space of the home was nice, and the local was perfect for our needs.
