Make sure you follow all city and house rules regarding fire pits & douse with water when done. -Grill (shared): we try to provide propane but in the instance it is empty and you have to refill we will reimburse (partial) cost as long as the tank is not empty when you leave. -Shared HOT TUB: guest agrees to follow hot tub rules detailed in the rules, guide book, posted signs. -Laundry room is shared between this unit and adjoining apartments. There is a dedicated w/d for this unit but there are restricted hours for use posted. -Parking in back or in front: take all valuables out of car, we are not responsible for any damage to vehicles while parked on the premises.
