Amazing Beachfront Balcony Condo - COMPLETELY UPGRADED UNIT. NEW KIng Size Serta Bed - Tiled all throughout - NO CARPETS - 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath. We have completely unobstructed views of the sandy white beach from our balcony and the living room/dining room/kitchen ... Amazing view ... our balcony is 20 feet long and 8 ft wide...you will not be disappointed. Watch the beautiful sunsets from your balcony or on the beach. We are directly on the beach, never cross a road to get to the beach. The master bedroom has a joining shower tub with granite countertops and drawer cabinetry bathroom. Master bedroom has a King size bed and the 2nd bedroom has 2 full beds. We have a 50 INCH TV in the living room for your entertainment with over 250 channels!!! The Beachside Pool is Especially Nice and Newly refurbished with Lots of Chairs and Gazebos for Shade. You Can Choose to Spend Your Days Exploring the White Sand Beach or Lounging by the Pool. If You Prefer Fishing or Boating, There is a Private Fishing Pier and Boat Dock Across the Street. Lots to do!: The complex also has out door grills, picnic area, plenty of lounge chairs & shuffle board or you can take nice long strolls up and down your beautiful beach and see the dolphins splashing or lounge by pool and listen to soothing sounds of the Gulf at your feet!! Dania is a great host. She was upfront with us about the building being renovated while we were there. It was no problem at all & did not affect our vacation at all. She was easy to contact when I had a question about the checkout process & responded right away. The condo is beautiful & has everything that you need to enjoy your time at the beach. It is also close to everything that you could possibly want to see or do. Just like in the description, we saw lots of dolphins from the patio & from the beach. We also were able to watch a group of a dozen manatee swim through when we were in the water. We highly recommend this vacation property.

The location could not have been more perfect! The beach was absolutely amazing! My teens loved the pool.
The condo had everything that we needed. The beds were amazingly comfortable.
We found lots of great food nearby. We spent a day on Shell Key, took short drives to explore Pier 60 Clearwater, John’s Pass, St Pete Pier, Dunedin and Tarpon Springs.
We can’t wait to return!

Freshly updated and sparkling clean condo. And Dania was very helpful and responsive to our questions. Unfortunately maintenance workers were sandblasting the decks in our stack during our stay so that made for a lot of unpleasant daytime noise. If the work was not going on it would have been wonderful.

Condo is lovely with great beach and water views and easy access to pool and beach! We were surprised by the move of designated parking spot to across the street. Construction on building exterior made our stay less than perfect.

It was more than we expected and we were all totally amazed. We did a lot of cooking for Christmas and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the windows is spectacular and we couldn't believe it when we woke up every morning to see the Gulf right there in front of us ! (We all agreed we felt like we were on a boat !) The shower and bed in master bedroom is luxurious! We can't wait to come back !

The place was just like you see on the picture, great view and great location. But one problem was waiting for us , right next to our building, they were redoing the entire facade and the work started at 7:30 am and stop by 5 pm , no chance to enjoy the deck on the morning, need to wait late in the day to enjoy dinner on the deck, I think when I rented the appointment they should have tell me about the work to the building, good luck to the next renter, the work will probably go on for weeks!!

Our family had such a great time at this condo! It was super clean and we were excited to see beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, and toys supplied in the closet on the balcony. Beautiful views from the balcony and easy check-in process. We will be back again.

We spent three nights here early enjoyed it. Very comfortable well equipped condo. Nice patio with great ocean view. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. We ate lunch at restaurants nearby. That’s in a mile away there is a fresh seafood store where are they yet the seafood right off their own boats behind the shop. They will steam delicious peel and eat shrimp for you which makes a wonderful meal on the patio watching the sunset. Beach is excellent little while.

Short staycation for my husband, me and our three 20-something’s children. Just wanted a relaxing time to hang out together and this spot checked every box. God granted great weather and we had a fantastic time just hanging on the beach. (Never went to pool). Ate in 2 nights and kitchen had everything we needed. Was pleasantly surprised to see beach chairs, umbrella, float, etc as I thought another review said those were lacking. Had one minor incident upon check-in but Dania was quick to remedy the situation. We would definitely go back here!

This property was ideal! It’s very clean, nicely decorated, well appointed, right on the beach, and very convenient to shops and restaurants. Also, Dania was very responsive and a pleasure to work with!

Our week was e joyable from start to finish! The condo is beautiful and stocked well! The view is unbeatable. We greatly appreciated the use of the beach chairs and everything else in the balcony closet. An in unit washer & dryer is the only thing that would make this place even better. Thank you, we all had an incredible time!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property. All of the other guests were very friendly. The property manager in the office was great as well. We will stay here again.

Great location
This really is a great location. Right on the beach and the pool at the complex is very large, clean and well maintained. It was also quiet.
The loss of stars is due mostly to the linens. They were very worn with visible stains. The property manager did replace them for us quickly when we got there but the new ones were also stained. The pillows were absolutely gross and need to be replaced. This may not be the owners fault, the cleaning company may just not be very good.
The small bedroom also doesn’t have air conditioning. There’s a vent…but it’s not connected! With four of us in there we really didn’t sleep well because it was very hot even with the door open and fan on.
The kitchen was pretty well equipped and we spent most of our time on the outside balcony which had a wonderful breeze and great view. Loved watching the dolphins in the mornings. The beach here is perfect for kids as it tends to be clean and calm.

Wonderful Week Spectacular View!!!
Had an absolutely fabulous week! Beautiful condo with everything that you would need to have a great beach vacation. Kitchen stocked with everything needed and then some to prepare meals in condo. Huge lanai to enjoy the sunsets and listen to the waves roll in and beachfront pool. We did not need to contact our host with any questions as everything was perfect! So sad we had to leave!

Beach Lovers
The owner was absolutely great to work with! She answered our calls/texts immediately and was most willing to accommodate us in all matters. There was a mechanical issue, elevator, that was quite disruptive but was in no way the owners fault.
The only issue we had with the condo was the lack of quality regarding all linens, towels, pillows etc. The sofa & chair was extremely uncomfortable and very difficult to even sit on.
The location of this condo, the beach/pool, beautiful sunsets & the ease of dealing with the owner were indeed excellent, however the inside furnishings would
keep us from returning to this unit.

Our stay was very nice. The beach was nice. The pool was warm and deep. The condo had good fairly new kitchen appliances. We had a problem with 2 differant things and our contact person took care of them promptly.
