This house is in the perfect location to enjoy Disney World. Convenient to a Walmart and super easy drive to parks. House is stocked with everything you need to have a magical vacation.

It was the perfect place to stay for our families doing Disney and Universal. The pictures did not do it justice and the layout of the house is perfect! 10 minute drive to Disney and 20 minute drive to Universal. Walmart was right around the corner and lots of close by souvenir shops. There were 4 adults in our group and 5 kids ranging from 5-11. The kids loooved the pool.. heating was definitely worth the extra fee. They also had lots of kids cups/plates/utensils/ toys/pack and play/high chair etc for littler ones. The neighborhood was very safe and nice for walking/jogging. For the price and convenience it is definitely 10/10 and if we ever plan another trip we will be 100% stay there again!

We loved the house it had everything we needed during our stay. The kids loved the pool that was very nice to have to cool off. Only real downside was the temp was a little warmer than we prefer in the home. Other than that it was a great stay.

We loved our stay at this villa!!! There was plenty of room for just my husband, daughter, and myself. The pool area was so nice and relaxing to come back to after busy days at the parks!! It was a very short ride to the Disney parks, Universal, and Sea World. The owner always communicated immediately and was so pleasant. We will most definitely stay here again in the future if we are in that area!!!!☺️

The property manager was very helpful and always quick to respond which I appreciate.

Really great for the price. David was quick to respond to any questions. Average of 30 to 45 min to get to the parks we wanted. Nice clean home.

This home is exactly as described and great for families and children. It has everything you need to make traveling with small children a breeze! The pool was also a huge plus!! The only minor complaint would be the A/C can’t be set below 73 and the home did feel warm and humid at times to us. Other than that, we had a great time and would stay in this home again!

Exactly as listed. Very clean. Well stocked. Close proximity to Disney.

Only recommendation is for pillow topper on befs. Otherwise ideal! Well stocked. Perfect for adults and children!

Close to parks. Clean rooms. Nice set up. We didn’t spend much time at location. Vacation was for park visits. The pool looked nice and hot tub was there also but we didn’t even use it. Stayed late at each park. For a party of six adults you need to alternate showers day and night to keep water hot. Washer and dryer was nice to have so you could keep suitcases to a minimum. Great place.

This house was a place to stay, but there was nothing special about it. It was clean and had enough room for a larger family. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the convenience of having strollers just to push our cooler around in Disney. There were a couple things that will prevent me from renting this when we return to the Orlando area next year. First, I paid to heat the pool and hot tub, but the hot tub never got hot enough to enjoy as a hot tub (prob high 80's). Additionally, the hot tub is like a shallow kiddy pool, there are no seats in it. One particularly annoying aspect is that the A/C in the house was locked at 73 degrees. I understand conserving utilities, however, I believe heating the hot tub and cooling the house to the appropriate levels is a cost of doing business.

We had the most amazing time at this house! It was so clean, the rooms are well laid out where my parents were able to have their own wing. with their room and bathroom as the master, the kids had their own nook with two rooms and bath and my husband and I had our own room and bathroom. The pool, the lanai, the hot tub – they were all fantastic and well-maintained! David was great to communicate with, and was very attentive to our needs! As advertised, lots of great activities, and games for the kids and the foosball and pool table were a big hit! The double stroller worked perfectly in Disney, it already had a rain cover from a previous tenant so that was great! The pack and play worked well for our two year old and having the sound machines and black out curtains were an absolute plus! it took us 17 minutes maximum to get to the park and that was in the high peak of the morning. We could see the fireworks from the front yard and the grill worked great for burgers and hotdogs at the house! Plenty of pool Floaties and toys made for an extra great time! We would definitely stay here again, anytime we come back to Florida!

When first walking into the house we were taken back by how much bigger and nicer the house looks compared to the listing but it didnt take long to see that this property has so many things that are wrong with it and definetly somethings that should have been in the description of the house that were not. First we paid for the pool (and hottub) to be heated, the pool stayed cold the whole time. I did mention it to David who then felt the cold pool and assured me the pool was 85 degrees but that he would turn it up to 88 and if we wanted the pool hotter that we had to let the water from the hot tub (which actually did get hot) flow into the pool, the pool never got warm. Second there were little ants EVERYWHERE. They didnt bother us much but they are everywhere. There is mold on the bottom of the shower curtains, chairs in kitchens have TONS of stains on them and when looking for a toy my son lost we found trash under couches and beds and YOU CAN NOT SEE THE DISNEY FIREWORKS FROM THE FRONT YARD. Lastly, which was the BIGGEST problem for us and i cant stress enough how HORRIBLE it was but the A/C! They have a little sign next to the A/C that says the A/C is permanetly on 73, you CAN NOT adjust it. Not only does the house NOT stay 73, at one point the house got into the 80s. I had a 4 month old baby with me who was SWEATING. I called David who than told me if we leave any door or window open for more than 5 min that the A/C automatically shuts off and will not turn back on untill said door or window is closed for 20 min and if you reopen the door or window any time within the 20 min the timer starts over again. For a family vacation home with a pool this is absolutly ridiculous. We complained about the A/c multiple times because my baby was sweating and david just told us it was our fault for leaving doors open and that there was nothing he can do about it and than blamed the FL governmant that "they control the A/C" which is completly a lie. Even when we had the doors closed and when we were gone all day the house never really got down to 73 it stayed around 75 Which is so hot. There were points where it was cooler outside and i wanted to open a door to let the cool air come in but i didnt want to get punished by having the A/C turned off on me. David eventually just started ignoring my A/C complaints and we just had to deal with the heat. I paid way to much on this house to be sweating inside. I will never stay at this house again.

We booked this property after a last minute change of plans while on vacation. It was perfect for us. The kitchen was well equipped, complete with a few plastic containers for leftovers. The house had board games, and various toys. We especially loved all the pool toys that were there to use in the pool. There are restaurants and groceries stores within a 10 minute drive. I was really impressed with how many little details were thought of. There was even a luggage scale for weighing bags before leaving for your flight home!

This property is as advertised. Very close to Disney but also close to Universal. Close to a variety of stores and a variety of other entertainment venues. The kids enjoyed the pool and pool table.

Ideal location for visiting Disney. Rooms were clean and spacious. Plenty of room around the pool. There were many floats and toys to keep everyone occupied. We left a few of our floats behind as well due to the cases being full on the return home. Had all we needed as listed. Massive tv, PS2, pool table if you get bored but that shouldn’t happen in this part of the world. Used the tennis court which is a 2min walk. If travelling from the UK and you have iPhones, you only need the charger wire not the UK plug as well. We took ours but didn’t need them as there are plenty of charging ports in each room where you plug your wire straight in. No issues with the Wi-Fi in the property. This Villa is a 2min drive to a big Walmart, other shops, takeaways/restaurants etc. Easily accessible but not too close which is another box ticked. Property is in a big, but peaceful, cul-de-sac. Great location to chill out after a hectic day at the parks. If there was one tiny thing which needs to be done I would change the pool cover as it is worn and needs replacing. Despite this I’d still give 5 stars. Strongly recommend this Villa and would visit again. Note to drivers, we drove to the property from Melbourne airport. If you do the same either avoid the toll roads (change the map settings on your phone) or make sure you have coins to drop, not notes or cards, as sometimes there isn’t any one at the toll booth to accept payment via notes. You need to drop coins in the bucket instead.

I read ALLLL the reviews, I rely on reviews to help me make decisions but I usually stink at remembering to leave my own reviews; so here it goes! The house actually felt larger to me than what the pictures depict. There have also been a few upgrades that are not shown in the pictures. I stayed in the "Princess room" with my daughter. She loved the princess theme and enjoyed sleeping on the top bunk. The mattresses and pillows weren't overly comfortable - I actually was going to purchase another pillow when we went to Walmart, but I forgot. The room had plenty of space and included a large closet to put your luggage. I used the provided pack n' play and put my younger daughter in the "Mickey room" with the 2 sets of bunk beds. The pack n' play fit between the 2 beds, but with no room to spare. That specific room is smaller and would be quite a squeeze if you had 4 kids/people (you'd have to put the luggage in another room). The "princess room" and "mickey room" share a bathroom which is located between the two rooms. The plastic shower liner did have mold/mildew on it, which really creeps me out haha - but... it's a plastic shower curtain.. these things happen. The other two rooms were both larger, with their own bathroom. (I was not in either of these rooms but the people that were said they were nice) There are a few indoor toys provided, which my youngsters enjoyed. There is a large tv with streaming apps; including Disney+. There were some pool toys and floats available as well, which we also appreciated. In the garage you will find a couple different strollers including the City Mini GT and the Citi Mini GT double stroller. These strollers did not include the snack tray but I did order one from Amazon and left it behind. Strollers were VERY appreciated (and was actually one of the large reasons I picked this house) We didn't use the kitchen often; but when we did, everything we needed was there. There is also a pantry area that had a few extra items like umbrellas, etc. We appreciated these extras! Our crew ranged from 73 years old to 1 year old and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. The location was great, with shopping and restaurants near by. All of the parks were also close by (according to google, there were all approx 15 mins away). The pool was nice, the house was clean and communication with the manager was a breeze. If we go again next year, I will be checking to see if this house is available again!

It was good except first few days it was like 74 & 75 in the house but I finally got hold of someone & it got fixed quickly :)

I got covid ,so only my son and his wife went. They loved the pool.
