our room was not cleaned properly. I am very upset. There was dirty undergarments in the towel in the restroom. I’ve never had this issue with another holiday inn.

Location was good.

Asked for top floor room. Was placed on first floor couldn't sleep due to people coming in and out of the side door and making noise all night. People above stomping on floor and loud. Breakfast wasn't kept up with food. So basically if you weren't there first thing in the am you didn't get a good choice. I worked hotels and know that the person that makes breakfast needs to keep up with the food and make more when needed.

staff not helpful at all with the toilet stopping up did fix it the next day and we had to go outside of room to use the facilities

The beds are huge and so comfortable. We scored a ground level room. The hotel is 5 minutes from family.

The room was right next to a busy side entrance and the door slammed a lot.. Not enough parking on the front side.

Please insure that clothes washers and dryers are functioning. Guests are paying much more in rates than just a year ago. Laundry services in house are a “perc” of convenience because we still pay 5-10$ to do it ourselves, but the machines should work.

Location was ideal for our trip.

Room was bot ready for 3pm check in, room was not clean upon arrival and I had to sanitize the restroom myself. Daily maid services never removed trash from room, just hung towels and one day didnt do beds, just towels. The beds were not comfortable. We had a loud neighbor that banged all night and into tue morning. Will not return.

First room we were assigned to television didn't work however the front desk quickly resolved the issue.
