Steps away from the Emerald Coast and the World's Most Beautiful Beaches, our community of Carillon Beach is a wonderful, private and secluded community in the heart of the Florida Panhandle. Our cottage features a an open floor-plan with fully stocked kitchen, relaxing living room and dining area all within close proximity to all the Panhandle life has to offer. One bedroom features a king bed and full bathroom and the 2nd bedroom is for the kids with 2 twin beds and a full bathroom. A perfect cottage just a minute's walk to a cross over to the beach and a community pool, our place is ideal for a small family, couple's retreat or romantic getaway.

We love Carillon and this our 2nd time staying at this house and we love it. Everything was fabulous including the weather!! See ya next year!

The house was great and very clean. We had an issue with the thermostat due to a thunderstorm and we contacted the owner and they sent someone out to fix the problem immediately. It was a wonderful experience.

We loved our Carillon vacation! We have been coming to Carillon for 21 years and it never disappoints! This time it was just my husband and I and my daughter and her friend. This house was just big enough for us and a very short walk to the beach. Nicely decorated with comfortable beds and couches.
Spence was great to correspond with and was quick to respond.
The washer and dryer was in the 2nd bedroom which was an odd place but it wasn’t a big deal.
We have stayed in quite a few different houses and little things like having salt/pepper and a few spices and enough trash bags for your stay, as well as having beach chairs (beach toys) included is always a nice added bonus which this house did not have…with that said we would still highly recommend this cozy beach house!

Loved our week at this home. It was the perfect location (very short walk to the beach) and the beach area itself wasn’t overly crowded.
The home was great - clean, well stocked, etc and as advertised.
We enjoyed the coffee shop and the pizza at the local/Carillon community…a 4 min walk.
The owner was always good at communicating with us and answering our questions prior to the trip.
We’ll be back.

We had a pleasure staying at this house! We love visiting Carillon Beach every year and this was a last minute trip that we were able to squeeze in to our summer plans. The House was really cute and location was perfect!

Carillon Beach is so nice, not crowded, quite...this house is 80 yards for the boardwalk to the beach, was very easy to carry your stuff, did not need a cart. House was perfect fit for a family of 4, any more, it would have been tight. The screened porch was awesome! we spent most of our time out there. Check in and out were super easy as well... Great place to spend a week.

We’ve been coming to Carrillon Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in several homes there. Sunnyside is definitely one of the best experiences we’ve had. Our host Spence was very easy to work with and quite accommodating. The house is steps for the overwalk to the beach and comes equipped with everything we needed for the week we were there. It’s very comfortable for 4 people. One great feature is the large, furnished screened in porch. We enjoyed breakfast and evenings there often.

We love Carillon Beach and have stayed in several homes there, but this is by far our favorite. The one-story layout, the large screened in front porch, the proximity to the beach and pools, and homey touches (you can tell this is a home and not a company-owned property).

We loved this cottage and the pictures did not do it justice! It was much better in person.
The online description was accurate. The cottage was steps from the beach and the pools were walking distance as well. The only negative remark I would have is the communication with the owner could have been better. Maybe an informational sheet letting us know where the pools were located how to get the codes would have been helpful. There is a really cute downtown area that would have been helpful to know when we arrived. They had the best pizza. I also was not aware that we needed to provide extra toilet paper and paper towels for the week. These things didn’t change our experience we were still very good and would recommend the property and the area.

Our family of four (kids ages 12 & 15) loved our stay here! Easy walk to the beach, kitchen had what we needed to cook, our son loves playing basketball at the court, and I love mornings sitting on the porch. We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay! This house is the perfect beach cottage in the perfect community! The house appears to be small. However, the high ceilings throughout, makes this house perfect for a party of 4! The beach is steps away!
We found the house impeccably clean and ready for us when we arrived. Grocery stores are very close!
We did have to rent our own beach chairs for the week and we brought our own beach towels. We never did find any beach towels in the house.
I would definitely come back to this perfect beach cottage! We spent our mornings and evenings on the amazing screened in porch! Don’t pass this house up!

The house is exactly as pictured. It is perfectly located right near the entrance to the beach and is a very short walking distance to the beach pool. The house was exceptionally clean when we arrived and all of the beds were very comfortable. We already booked another trip to come back to the house again becuase we enjoyed it so much. Thank you!

The cottage is perfect for our family of four and we will definitely be back. 3 houses from the beach walkover and quick walk to the village and the beach pool makes the location ideal. King bed in master is so comfortable. Love the decor and cleanliness! Love Love Love!
