Great property with well inventoried kitchen for big group. View was awesome and fire pit a bonus. Note that TV is a smart tv with no cable package. Be prepared to stream.

We enjoyed our stay. The location and view were fantastic. There were several items that I reviewed with Taylor Made to include broken furniture and recreation equipment. Also, no instructions on the alarm or how to operate the TV. Throw rugs were a hazard for our group. They need rubber backing. In spite of these issues the property is beautiful and we had a great time.

Nine of us stayed here for a bachelorette party weekend. The property was clean, and the owners were easy to work with. We had plenty of space for our group with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. We enjoyed the kitchen and living areas on the main floor. The hot tub was a great addition to our weekend.

Family vacation that included grandparent, 3 adult children with their children ranging in ages 11-22. Was a great place for family to congregate who had to travel from distant locations.

Dirty dishes in dishwasher when bc we arrived Sunday.
Hot tub was not hot. Repair guy came to fix and I asked him to fix floor boards on deck. Hot tub was usable on Tue. Two floor boards curled and my husband tripped over one.
Internet issues - fixed Wed afternoon. Could not use TVs until Wed evening. (We were trying to get to the house on Sunday in time to watch college lacrosse games). Ended up hooking up laptop to watch the games.
No water for about an hour Mon night and 8 hours on Wed morning. We went out to buy bottled water and coffee since we had no water. Toilets could not be flushed without water.

No fitness center membership shared with us even tho we were told we had access. I had to call to learn how we access the fitness center and pool which we were looking to use. Learned that on Wednesday.
No hammock, but the hammock frame was on the deck.
Dirty flower pots and leaves at door entrance.
Dirty deck furniture. Needs to be power washed.
Email exchanges prior to stay - was told there was a Keurig so brought pods - no Keurig and only a coffee pot. Was told there was no crock pot so we brought one - there was one there. I called in January to ask if it was steep outdoor property and told it was not. Told slight elevation. It was super steep! Management team was responsive but felt like home was not ready/inspected for us to come. Lakefront was beautiful but probably not stay here again. Disappointing.

We really enjoyed our stay. The backyard is full of wildlife with constant hummingbird activity on the deck. Great views of the water and sunset over Memorial Day weekend.

The home was immaculately clean. Kitchen was well stocked with all kinds of utensils. The view of the lake was breathtaking. Nicely decorated. The only thing I would change is:
1.) Lighting- Outside stairs need adequate lighting. Easy to trip and fall. Super dark. Solar lights presently in place are indequate.
2.) Need to consider a firepit for the backyard
3.) Need a non-slip kitchen carpet. The one in place is slip/fall hazard

Overall our experience was good but there were some cleaning issues. We found a dirty pair of underwear under a rug in the bathroom shortly after our arrival. A dirty sock was also found under a bed. Two of the toilets had issues. Maintenance and housekeeping quickly took care of the problems but a cleaning fee should not have been charged as it was not clean upon arrival. We were also short on towels — but again, housekeeping quickly came over to bring us more. So thankfully, the response was quick but the dirty surprises were still disturbing.

The house location and backyard is fantastic. The view is amazing. The house is spacious enough for several families. However, upon arrival the floors were disgusting. Food crumbs, dirt, hair and dust covered the floors, carpets, and rugs. My daughter and I spent the first hour vacuuming and sweeping before our family arrived. After reading the house booklet, I called the rental office to let them know. They offered no apology and said they’d let housekeeping know. The basement had lots of crickets and bugs. All adults agreed the beda are not comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed the stay. The kitchen and dining room had tons of space and had everything we needed.

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location on Deep Creek Lake. The kitchen was well stocked with all of the implements that you might need for a visit (not always the case from our prior experiences) and the bedrooms are comfortable and well decorated. Lots of light and great lake views; swimming from the dock and hot tub were great, and close to everything you'd like. Two issues kept this from being a 5 star review. 1) Something that's easy to fix is that the cleaning crew quite obviously cleaned all of the surfaces and floor spaces that you might directly step on, but didn't go the necessary extra step to move things around to ensure that everything was really clean. Thus, we found food under the couch, leftover clothes in a drawer, dirt in the showers, etc. This wasn't the owners fault and can and should be fixed with better cleaning service. 2) More problematically, the downstairs area where the pool table was smelled of mold. While this wasn't a huge part of the house and we rarely had need to go into it, a larger party that might want to make more use of the downstairs might find it a problem. The main floor and upstairs were very nice and we really enjoyed the house overall; but it might be prudent to clean the downstairs. If the mold issue was fixed, we'd stay again and recommend without hesitation.

We had a great time at the lake, and the location of the house was fantastic. Probably our best house that we have rented yet. There were a few minor issues with the drains/tubs, the ice maker, some light bulbs, and some other misc. items that needed attention, but that is to be expected. The dock and water access was amazing, and the kids had a great time swimming off the dock. Overall we had a great time at a very nice house.

Our group of college friends stayed at Changes In Attitude for a long weekend. The 14 of us graduated seven years ago and we were so happy the house was large enough to all be together again! It was so nice to have a big, private dock that we could hang out on and dock the boat we rented for a day. Taylor-Made was very helpful when our door code did not work, and we hope to use them to book another vacation in the future!

The dock was not in the water and in the description it talks about the dock but says nothing that it may not be in the water. It was weeks after fishing season started that we stayed so you would think the dock would be in the water. When you book it and they send the contract it states that docks may not be in the water under the discretion of the owner. That still does not state whether it will be in or out for the weekend we booked our stay. It blocked us being able to walk up to the waters edge. That was disappointing. There was mold in the shower stalls, the door to the trash cans in the kitchen was broken. I understand the owners were just there the weekend before us. The home was beautiful though and very easy to get to and convenient to hiking and restaurants. It was compatible for 10 of us. The view was amazing. We enjoyed lunch at both Ace's and Honi Honi. We would go back but would make sure to ask about the dock.

This house was absolutely perfect for our family get together for our parents' 50th wedding anniversary. The pictures were true to what we found, and it was a very quiet setting. We ate all our meals in and found the kitchen was extremely well stocked with everything we could need in the way of small appliances, dishes, cutlery and utensils, etc. The beds had nice firm mattresses and the rooms were spacious. The comfy couches and warm fireplace made for a cozy feel each morning. The house had many family games available as well. We would definitely recommend this place for a family gathering. As a side note - those of us who had AT & T, had no reception, but those who had Verizon did. The internet worked well, though, and was sufficient for what we needed.
