Quaint & Cozy wonderful home for your family. It is professionally cleaned using the most up to date cleaning guidelines. This property is great for 1 to 6 persons. It is Quaint and Cozy with all the Charm of the Lakewood neighborhood. It is close to White Rock Lake, Santa Fe Trial, Downtown, or just 25 minutes to the Cowboy/Ranger Stadiums in Arlington, TX. SLEEPS 1- 6, in 3 bedrooms. There are 2 king beds and one queen. DallasVacationRental #2 is a 1927 Tudor home close to everything in Dallas. It is close to restaurants and dining, great views, family-friendly activities, and nightlife. You’ll love it because of the location, the views, the outdoors space, the ambiance. It is great for couples, business travelers, families (with or without kids), and small groups. The main house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This part of the house sleeps 6. A separate quarters may be rented separately by you or it may be rented by someone else. The studio apartment sleeps up to 4. It has 2 Full sized beds with 1 full bathroom. The apartment renter may walk up or down the drive way to reach their car parked in front of the house. These rentals are managed by Deb's 1st Class Digs & Arthouse. NO Parties or Gatherings Please.

The location was great for being close to downtown and still feeling like you are in a safe neighborhood. The parks surrounding us were beautiful. Debbie was wonderful about making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! 5 stars for the owners!

We appreciated how our hosts went above and beyond to help us out when we were evacuated from our own nearby home after a storm. The house is exactly as pictured and in a wonderful, accessible part of town. I strongly recommend.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Debbie’s Lakewood home. The house was clean and very comfortable and everything we needed was provided for, which was much appreciated. The neighborhood is beautiful and central to many things, and communicating with Debbie was easy and prompt. We highly recommend staying in this lovely home!

Debbie gave me a warm greeting, and I loved the house - quiet, spacious, great beds. Appreciated being able to jog down to the lake in one direction, and make a 3-minute run to Whole Foods in the other. Lovely neighborhood - it was perfect for a visit to see family nearby at the CC Young Senior Living community.

Property manager was very accommodating. The winter severe winter storm that came through Dallas delayed our travel to that city, but the manager worked with us. My sisters and I had a nice visit and we’re very cozy.

Reminiscent of English countryside and US ‘30s cottages (probably because it is) this home is impeccable! Owner/manager a delight. We’ll be back.

Deb’s house was spacious for 6 adults and 2 kiddos. Kids loved being in the garage apt, it was very fun and comfortable for them.

Really liked the house and all the included extras at the house. Communication and follow-up with the owner were outstanding. She was a very inviting host. Would definitely come back again. It was a small family gathering visiting more family in the area. Travel crib and high chair was much appreciated.

Charming Lakewood Tudor
Cute dog-friendly Tudor home conveniently located in a beautiful Lakewood neighborhood. My family and I had a lovely staycation while our suburban house was being worked on.

Peaceful and Perfect
Our family enjoyed a weekend in Dallas for the Irish music festival. The house was a charming respite from the busy festival, and our hostess was super flexible and very helpful. It was a great time for all! Scott

From the first to the last interaction with Debbie to the last she was very easy to work with and very informative. We had a group of 8 adults and we had plenty of space the house had everything we needed and more. Would highly recommend this property!

Weekend of football
This is beautiful well kept home in a very nice neighborhood. It has easy access to SMU and the major roads to get to AT&T stadium and just about anywhere else in Dallas. The owner is very responsive and helpful. Our group of 8, which included a teenager and college age person liked the fact that the 6 adults were able to stay in the main house and send the two younger folks in our group out to the guest quarters above the garage at bedtime. I would stay here again!

Very nice!
This house is spotless! It worked perfectly for our family during Thanksgiving and we really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen is! All of the "little things" are covered--even handmade soaps. The sheets are dreamy on the comfortable beds. The hosts are very friendly and available. Debra even checked on us after the first night to see if we needed anything. Thank you for a great stay.
