Each unit---3 bedroom/2 bath, sleeps 7-8, private deck, and 3 on site parking spaces Watch the sunrise from your bedroom or living room. Sunbathe on the soft white sand, surf or swim in the ocean right in front of your house. Enjoy a drink and listen to the soothing sea sounds. The condo was just what we needed for a weekend getaway at the beach! Rosemary was very easy to communicate with. The location could not have been better! Across the street from the beach with beautiful views!

Family and significant other, all enjoyed.
Location was great, amenities were good, supplies good and grill and other needs met.
Little decline in cleanliness, but host did respond well and had available tools to clean. Was responsive.
So would go back if things work out.

This was our second time in this house and we love it so much that we are planning to make it an annual tradition. The house is right across from the beach, comfortably furnished, clean and well maintained.

Wonderful place, clean, roomy, most necessities. Location amazing. Recommend couple minor things, games, sealable storage containers, and the biggest was pictures need updated as you do not see the beAch from upstairs unit. Owner was very responsive!

My family loved our weeklong trip. The house is in a perfect location right by the showers coming off the beach. It was nearby lots of great restaurants, coffee shops and bakery’s. The house was very clean and updated. My favorite part was sitting on the deck or inside in the living room and looking out right onto the ocean. I would definitely recommend!

Start of Summer Getaway
Close to beach, boardwalk and Acme grocery. Steps from beautiful Ortley Beach. We had everything we needed. Might want to bring games for a rainy day and foil.

Beach is close by! Both times we were there we did have trouble with access directly across the street from the house because of beach washout/rebuilding but it was a quick walk or drive just down the street to an open beach! Beautiful views right off the porch to see the ocean and sunset!

Three good sized bedrooms, a large eat in kitchen, good AC, steps from the beach and a great view. Having three parking spots is a plus if you have guests and location is walkable to both Lavalette and Seaside boardwalks, though the place itself is situated in a quiet part of Ortley. The proprietor (Rosemary) is extremely responsive - only good things to say about the full experience.

The view can't be beat. There are quite a few stairs so if you have difficulty walking on stairs that can be an issue. I got good needed exercise. The location was awesome. The host was responsive. I do recommend this place. Remember to bring your own linnens.

Amazing View

This place was perfect for our family of 5. Our kids are 7 and 10 and shared the bunk room my husband and I had a room and Grandma had a room to herself as well. Everyone was comfortable.
The only tiny complaint I had about the place was that there is nothing to darken the windows in the morning so I was up at 5:30 am with the sun. I would recommend bringing a sleep mask if you are used to a darker room.
The kitchen was well stocked and everything was very clean. The outdoor shower was so awesome for cleaning up our kids after the beach.
The terrace was wonderful for hanging out. The beach was not crowded and was just across the street. We also had a very nice time visiting both the Casino Pier/Breakwater beach waterpark (5 min drive) and the pier and aquarium up in Pt. Pleasant (20 min drive).
We enjoyed several wonderful meals at nearby restaurants and got takeout a couple times as well.
Definitely 5 stars, we really enjoyed our week!

Wonderful location and home
We had a great time and I would give the location more stars if I could. Loved the Ocean view and listening to the waves from the home. Seaside boardwalk was walking distance. House was clean and well kept. Can’t wait to go back!

Wonderful vacation
I had stayed here 2 weeks previously with my daughter’s family so I packed lighter this time. Rosemary has all the basics covered (hand soaps, garbage bags, dishwashing detergents, etc). It is the perfect location, comfortable beds!, and 2 full baths. Will be back!

Wonderful family beach getaway
We were extremely lucky to find this house. It was right across from the beach with unobstructed views. All the basic necessities were provided. Grocery stores and a local farm store were very close by. It was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely go again next summer.
