1 QUEEN, 1 TWIN SLEEPER SOFA PET FRIENDLY UP TO 50 LBS. The guest house to Greenpeace, this absolutely adorable one bedroom, one and a half bath beach cottage is in the heart of Seaside and just steps to Seaside town center. This charming cottage is a favorite with couples and small families. Easy beach access, only a few steps down the path with a white picket fence to the gulf front walkover. Downstairs has a sleeper sofa that converts to a twin-size bed, perfect if you need an extra sleeping area. Dining for two and a well-equipped kitchen with washer and dryer as well as a 1/2 bath. Both the living area and upstairs bedroom have flat-screen TVs with built-in DVD players. Upstairs you will find the queen bedroom with a private balcony to enjoy the ocean breeze and a full bath with tub/shower combination. Bamboo flooring throughout. The home also has a hot and cold outdoor shower. * A $275 pet cleaning supplement will be included in your booking fee. * 3-night minimum Spring, Spring Break, Summer, and Fall; 2-night minimum Winter. Must be 25 years of age to rent and sign registration. We stayed in Greenback for 10 days. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would recommend Greenback to others. It was pet-friendly, which was a big plus for us. It was clean, although it appears to be a bit dated due to the amount of rust on bathroom fixtures, vents, etc. The location is great and beach access is very convenient. The only hang-up was parking confusion with guests staying in the main house, Greenpeace, as they said they were told they could park in spot on the street, leaving us without a parking space. The signs on the fence seem to be clear but we're just not sure if the folks who stayed in Greenpeace were clear on where they could park their 2 vehicles.

This place is awesome, this is our first time staying at Sea Side FL and the location is perfect and it was just the right size and was very clean and was pet friendly so our Cavapoo also got to enjoy the trip this time , enjoyed everything about this place

Location is awesome, close to everything. Beach access & town center steps away. Fairly quiet and private, tucked away. Very clean. We had an issue first night with tree limbs scraping metal roof and making noise. We called and next morning entire property was trimmed up! We had another minor issue but that also was handled quickly. We highly recommend this property to couples with small dog, plenty of room. We will probably book it again. Being so close we enjoyed restaurants, coffee & of course Modica Market. Weather was perfect so we pretty much just stayed on beach.

We had a fabulous time at Greenpeace. The staff at Homeowner's Collection were SO helpful, before and during our stay. They sent all the check in information well ahead of our arrival, had gifts for us (a cool beach bag, towels, coffee, wine) and even brought cookies the next day as they checked to see if we were settled in. The house was very clean and well organized for us and a perfect location in Seaside (steps to the beach and the town).

My husband and I love going to Seaside just before the weather cools. This is our second year staying in the Greenback, and this stay was just as wonderful as the first. The Homeowner's Collection does a fantastic job of welcoming you and ensuring your visit is nothing less than perfect. If you are wondering, the Greenback is located steps away from the beach, square, and great restaurants. I plan to return very soon and look forward to staying in the Greenback.

Greenback Cottage is in a good location for beach access and restaurants. The cottage is very small, does not have a full size couch and is not comfortable. The mattress was very uncomfortable and for the price to rent for 6 days, and especially in such a tiny space, a comfortable and quality mattress should be provided.

The staff was very helpful. The floor of the property seemed to have some water damage and was very uneven. We have stayed at Greenback three times and each time have tripped on the decking outside. You can not tell where it drops off the the lower part of the deck.

this was our first time visiting Seaside. the cottage rentals were a new experience for us since we usually stay in hotels. Greenback was a perfect location and a bit smaller than anticipated. it served our purpose for the short stay. An update to the kitchen dishes (some were cracked)and coffee pot(did not work properly nor did the ancient Keurig and cooking pots and pans ( burned and very old!!) should be considered by the owner. For the prices charged this should be in pristine condition . It was not.

The Greenback was perfect for a weekend getaway. It was a nice size for a couple (me and my husband). We were looking for a place to enjoy some relaxation, and the Greenback delivered. This is the second time we booked through The Home Owners Collection, and it did not disappoint. The home was nicely decorated, with all the essentials, including a washer and dryer. We had everything we needed, and the location was excellent!
