We make sure our villa is in top shape, well equipped and well supplied; our objective is to provide you with a home away from home. As we are using it regularly, we take good care for you and us to really enjoy. We decorated the Adventure Villa to really enhance your vacation and the thematic approach will certainly make your stay a memorable one. You will find smart 4K HD TV in the living room, smart HD TV's in the master bedrooms, high speed internet, Wi-Fi access, and free long distance calls to USA and Canada. The villa offers a west facing private pool and has a covered area with colored comfortable patio furniture. If you are looking for an incredible value, a super well equipped villa, fully renovated, in a prime, Disney / Golf / Shopping location that will accommodate, up to 8 guests, stop looking, you just found it !! *Further details down listing* Villa layout details: The kitchen is very well equipped and has new stainless steel appliances. The dining room is open on the living room, making an outstanding common area to maximize the family interactions. There is enough space for all guests to dine together. There are 4 bedrooms; Africa Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, King size bed. Harry Potter bedroom with ensuite bathroom, Queen size bed. Star Wars bedroom with full size bunk beds . Choose your own layout for children bedroom, Pirate or Princess Frozen, twin size beds. The villa offer a west facing private pool, to maximize the sun exposure, after all Florida is the sunshine state. As well there is a covered area with patio furniture, so you can take a break from the sun, organize a meal outside or still enjoy the warm weather on the occasional rainy days. Villa location and surroundings: Our Adventure Vacation Villa is located in the peaceful Rolling Hills subdivision and located close to all Disney attractions and theme parks, only 3.5 miles (5km) from Disney main gate. We are surrounded with beautiful golf courses; in fact we are neighbors to the beautiful Mystic Dunes golf club. We know that you will enjoy your stay at the Adventure villa... We spent 4 days at Disney. Was nice to have a private home to come to where we all had separate rooms, but could make breakfast and dinner. 2 miles to Disney, very close. Beautifully decorated home.

Wonderful, fun house full of every amenity you might need. Convinently located 12-15 min to the Disney parks and 5 min away from a walmart which is very convenient. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a theme for everyone. Absolutely recommend

This was a very nice place to stay while we visited Disney on our family vacation! It was very clean, the owners were super nice and I had no problem when I emailed them, they email right back! Overall just a great place in a great neighborhood. I would stay here again!

Our family loved this house it was amazing and the property owners were both easy to get a hold of with questions and very accommodating for our stay I have stayed in a lot of different rentals this was by far my favorite it was home away from home very warm and inviting lots of stuff for the kids and very clean and well kept beds were comfy and rooms were super cute

Property is as listed. Enjoyed our stay and will stay here again in November. Close to the parks, enjoyed the pool!! Beds are comfy. Ownership was responsive and friendly. Was able to accommodate us checkin in a day early!!

The house was just as fabulously decorated as listed! The kids ran from room to room exclaiming over each item they saw! I'm not convinced we found everything over the course of our stay! The pool was fabulous, as was the play room! The location was perfect to get to the parks too! Such an excellent stay! We had never rented a house in Orlando but we expected some staples in the kitchen (coffee, ketchup, etc) that was not the case so bring your own.

We had an amazing time because we stayed at this absolutely beautiful house. Everything was exactly as shown and even better than the pictures. The house is very well located to all attractions. Found the premises clean and inviting. Yard and pool were well taken care of. The kids also enjoyed the game room immensely. Host stayed in contact with us to follow up and make sure everything was satisfactory with us. Highly recommend.

This house was the perfect vacation house. Quiet neighborhood in a great location. The communication before/during was great. Our son really enjoyed the theming in the house, the pool and we had a lot of fun as a family in the game room.
We had everything we needed an more. Excellent stay.

The property is well maintained, affordable, and kid friendly. It was well stocked with towels and dishes. The game room was a plus, the decor was beautiful, and the pool was a huge plus for the kids. Will definitely be booking with you all again!

Our family, consisting of Grandma and Grandpa, Mom and Dad and 3 granddaughters aged 9 months, 4 years and 6 years, stayed at this amazing house for a week. Everything about it was just perfect, from the pool to the game room to the decorations. The neighborhood was super quiet and close to both Disney World and retail and restaurants. Even though the weather was in the 80's during the day, we paid to heat the pool and I would highly recommend doing that. It made it so enjoyable for the little ones. While we were there we spent a day at Animal Kingdom, a day at Magic Kingdom, and a day at Cocoa Beach (we REALLY appreciated the chairs, cooler, umbrella and sand toys provided) and the other days we just did little side trips such as mini golf and Disney Springs, and then spent the rest of those days in the pool at the house. My granddaughters probably enjoyed the pool time as much as, if not more than, the days at Disney! (And, it was a heck of a lot cheaper than Disney, lol!) We also enjoyed the game room. The girls had never played air hockey before and loved it, and my husband and son spent the week competing to see who could get the highest score in Galaga. All in all, it was a week to remember, and I would highly recommend this home. You will love it!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay at this home. The location was perfect for Disney and Universal. Many places to shop and eat and they were right around the corner and very convient. The management team was extremely responsive to any of our needs and the decor was perfect for our young family. Overall Great Place to stay.

This was the perfect property for our family. In fact, I think our 4 year old enjoyed the pool and game room more then she did going to the parks. The property is clean and the owners were great to communicate with. I really enjoyed dealing with them directly rather then a management company.

The house was just as advertised. The location was okay, about 20 mins to Magic Kingdom and around 25 minutes to Universal Studios. Next time I'd like to be a little closer, but not bad. The pool was tolerable with the heater on, but it's December in an outdoor pool, so we knew what to expect. Overall not bad, I would stay here again.

The property was the perfect spot for our family Disney trip. It was it a great location to easily get to all 4 parks. The decor was great and the pool and game room was an added bonus! Nice to have a private area after spending busy days at Disney!

Our family vacation was complete with this rental. The decorations and themes in all the rooms was perfect and got us even more excited to go to the parks, whether Universal or Disney. From the swimming pool to the pool table, it kept the kids entertained when away from the theme parks. A great home away from home.

This is an amazing house to stay in for a family vacation. The house was very clean and decorated beautifully. Located very close to Disney and Universal. The hosts were great and very responsive when we had questions. We stayed their during hurricane Ian and we were very safe and the hosts were very helpful with helping us prepare. I would definitely stay here again!

Lucie was quick to respond to texts and messages. She also took care of some issues that came up to make sure our group was not inconvenienced during our stay.
The house was very clean.
One item I did not bring up to her was the entire oven was covered in foil which made baking anything difficult. We chose to not use it after the first attempt rather than remove the foil.

We had the best time at this house! It has a wonderful pool and game room, that kept the kids entertained for hours, as well as, a ton of living room seating for movie night. Our two littlest loved all of the themed decorations, felt like we were staying in a Disney house. It was only about 15 or 20 minutes from WDW, which was so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

Great theming and kids really enjoyed the pool. A few minor hiccups, but the owner was extremely responsive and maintenance was out to address the issues very promptly. No time to enjoy the game room, but hopefully we’ll be back in the future.

This house was perfect for our stay. It stormed many night there, but with the game rooms the kids still had a place to hang out, then they could go back out swimming Al when the storms past. It was a perfect place for my 81 year old mom to hang out when it was too hot for her at the parks.
