Welcome to this wonderful, full of positive energy and relaxing resort! The condo is a great place to relax, explore and rejuvenate! 1 bedroom, a sleeper sofa in the living room and fully equipped kitchen make enough room for 4 guests. The condo is located on the first floor of the Harbor building at the Landmark Resort- only a short walk to the nearest restaurant, town center, and a short drive to numerous Door County attractions! The resort itself is a great place to enjoy- 1 indoor pool, exercise room and a game room located in the main building, hot tub, and sauna in each building, 3 outdoor pools, tennis court, playground, a trail located in the back of the property. 2 computers and a printer available in the main building, right by the coffee lounge and the pool.

We had a great time. Nice and quiet in the winter which is exactly what we were looking for.

With freezing cold temps outside, the Happy Place was the perfect getaway. The unit had everything we needed to comfortably enjoy our stay, including a well stocked kitchen and a lot of tv/streaming options when we wanted to stay snugged in! We took advantage of the whirlpool and fitness center - great indoor options. Beautiful location - can’t wait to return!

Stayed for a few days to celebrate a birthday. Nice property, with great amenities on-site, and a relaxing place to spend our time. Would love to check it out again in the summer.

Great family stay. Lots of activities. Pull out couch was fine for a few nights. Great location to explore DC. Indoor and out door pools were both wonderful. The little trail on property was also nice to explore.

The Happy Place condo at the Landmark Resort was a cozy and quiet spot we enjoyed over a long holiday weekend. The resort property has many amenities to enjoy, and the town of Egg Harbor has a lot more to offer. **You must see the sun set across the bay—a magnificent sight that brought applause from the many who watched each evening.**

Resort was very nice, especially the salt water pool. Bike trip to peninsula park was a highlight too.
The condo is small, I can’t imagine more than 2 people staying there.

My family loved our stay here! The condo was well-kept, up to date and very clean. We appreciated having a kitchen stocked with the various things we needed to cook for four.
The resort is beautiful and has some amazing amenities. Very short drive to the beach and Egg Harbor. Thanks for a great stay!

We loved the on-site pools and hot tubs, not to mention the view. The condo was a little tight, but very functional for the space. Loved everything about it!

Good experience overall- especially love the amenities of the Landmark. The only problem we had was the lack of TV service. Host took care of contacting maintenance but the first technician couldn’t solve the problem and was going to bring in a second technician. I then asked them to come back after we checked out the next morning since I didn’t want to take any more of our time waiting for them. Not sure if it got resolved before the next group checked in.

Negative Temperatures for a Positively Great Stay
We went up to Door County from Chicago for a long weekend getaway. The weather was freezing (-10) for most of the weekend but Monika's listing made for a perfect cozy trip! The place was so clean when we got in, easy to get to, and the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Egg Harbor was the perfect location for exploring both Sister Bay and Sturgeon Bay. Highly recommend!!

Winter wonderland
We enjoyed our time. The property is accurately described. Very clean and comfortable furnishings. Resort was nice too. The winter storm knocked out power and water to our room/resort for most of Saturday- but we still had a great time in Door County and will definitely be back! 😀

We were very happy with the Landmark Resort. Great property with lake views, grounds, walking trail, amenities and close proximity to the other small towns to visit in Door County.
The "happy place" is a very nicely decorated condo and equipped with everything you would need!
