About this condo rental

Situated in Crescent Beach, this lovely condo for $362 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This stylish four-bedroom, four-bathroom oceanfront condo sleeps 14 and features stunning views from almost every angle. The living room has updated flooring and magnificent ocean views from the cozy sofas that look out the large sliding glass door to the balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has updated cabinets and granite countertops with seating around the raised bar as well as at the dining table. The master bedroom has the same hard flooring as the living area and another entry to the balcony as well as a king-sized bed and attached bathroom. Two guest rooms have two queen beds and the third room has one. Crescent Shores offers an indoor pool, a large outdoor pool and lazy river, and two outdoor hot tubs, all just footsteps from the ocean. A fitness center is also on the premises. Located in the Crescent Beach section on historic Ocean Boulevard, Crescent Shores is within minutes from all the action on Main Street to the north, and renowned shopping and dining at Barefoot Landing to the south. The resort is also walking distance to an Irish pub that offers a unique oceanfront dining experience, as well as an ice cream shop to cure any beachgoer's sweet tooth. The beach at Crescent Shores offers the more adventurous guest seasonal parasailing and banana boat rides, something exclusive to the Crescent Beach area. - Outdoor Pool, Lazy River, & Hot Tub - Kiddie Pool - Fitness Room - Sun Deck - Parking Garage MINIMAL CONTACT CHECK-IN On your day of arrival, you will receive a text message notifying you that your unit is ready for check-in. Simply walk up to our outdoor check-in location and we will hand you your packet and you will be on your way! No lines or waiting in a crowded lobby – this process is quick, easy and safe! ______________________________ DEPARTURE MAID SERVICE & LINENS For your convenience and vacation enjoyment, linens and towels are INCLUDED in our rates and your beds will be made for your arrival. All rates also include departure maid service. There is no daily maid service or daily linen/towel service. ______________________________ COMMON AREAS, POOLS & AMENITIES All resort common areas will be frequently cleaned throughout each day using COVID-19 specific EPA cleaning solutions by the resort staff. This includes elevators, lobbies, pool amenities, handrails, lounge chairs, public bathrooms, fitness centers and more. Where possible, chairs will be spaced 6 feet apart to promote social distancing.

Good family friendly property that is budget friendly with updated appliances. Cleanliness of the unit was sub-par. We did some cleaning upon arrival to make the unit livable for a week. Mattresses were plastic which made sleeping challenging and uncomfortable for all. Would not recommend sleeping here if pregnant or with young children.

We had a great time! However gave it a 4 because The floors at first look clean but after walking on it in bare feet, our feet were black on the bottom. We had a matchbox car go under the couch and floor under there was very dirty. Couches were sun faded. No soap in any of the bathrooms, no drain plugs either. The light in one of the bathrooms was burnt out. We did not call the property manager about any of this because we did not want to have to stay at the condo for someone to come address them. They were not that important and did not keep us from having a great time !
