the house was old but in good condition; however, the maintenance was poor. When you charge 900.00/night there should not be any maintenance issues. Mice in the house, glass shower door about to fall off, toilets that keep running, doors that don't close properly ( both interior and exterior), kitchen faucet loose and installed incorrectly, dishwasher starts to come out when you load dishes because it has not been anchored to the cabinet housing and lastly, no lighting going up the roof
