You can have under 55 years old visit and even stay. Only 1 guest has to be 55+. So much to do and see in AZ!!! Golf, Swim, Bingo, Pickle ball... you name it, they've got it! Only a $3.50 daily fee for any activities in Sun City West. This condo comes with newly furnished King size bed, linens, sofa, recliners, 55" inch TV, TV in bedroom as well, plus patio and garage parking! Don't Miss out!

The property was perfect for us, great location near our family and they were able to come over and visit. Loved the private outdoor area! Linda was extremely accommodating. Great stay!

We were moving from Oregon to Buckeye and needed a place to stay until our home was available. This cute condo was perfect and a great price. Location couldn't have been better. Close to everything. The owner, Linda, was quick to respond whenever I text her. She was very helpful as we were newbies to the area and was trying to get our bearings. I highly recommend this condo!!!

I stayed in this condo in a 55 plus neighborhood. It was clean, quiet, and had all the conveniences of home. Plus the location was fantastic. Close to everything, some within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again if I get the chance!

Perfect location for us. We were surprised that we couldn’t lower the air below 78. Luckily we found a fan in the closet. Very quiet. And the use of a garage was very nice!

Communication was quick and accurate. House was clean, had everything we needed, was in a very quiet neighborhood that was close to where we needed to be. Convenient to have garage with opener!

Property served us well, with comfortable surroundings. Some days, fighter jet flyovers were too noisy, but outside of owners control!

Large 1 bedroom
Everything you need, nothing you don't. Even has a Keurig coffeemaker. The bed was bliss, as was the peacefulness. Few places in the area could be that quiet--outstanding. Exemplary communications from owner Linda. It took too long to get the deposit back, a full two weeks. Unless it's out of the owner's control there is no need for return of deposit to take that long.

Our stay here was very good. It was close to where we wanted to be and located in a beautiful part of Sun City West, close to stores. The property is well kept and clean.
