The location was great. Our walk to the shops and restaurants was very easy.
10.0
The property was clean, modern, and the space was very well laid out. The location is within reasonable walking distance to many Gatlinburg attractions and only a 5 min walk to a trolley stop. Would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised. Comfortable place. Very convenient to downtown. We added a nice skillet to the kitchen collection for future guests.

This property was neat, and clean'with all amenities. Full kitchen, Cable TVs, and a nice washer/Dryer combo. The only issue is that the bedrooms are on three levels. We are elders (us), took the bedroom on the first floor. My adult children, and their families took the two other bedrooms on the second, and up a spiral metal staircase, on the third floor. Depending on the seriousness of your handicap, walking the stairs to the second floor. could be challenging. The kitchen and living room is on the second floor, as is a bedroom with a full bath. I have an ankle fusion, and, although difficult, the stairs were manageable,
There would be no way for a wheelchair bound person to easily get to the second floor. The internet and cable TV, (with Firesticks), were fairly fast.
It is 1/4 to 1/2 mile, downhill, to downtown, but you will have to hike back up hill to the Condo, on uneven sidewalks. You could drive downtown, and hope for parking (at $15 to $20 day).
We explore Sevierville, Pigeon Forge, and the National Park. the property is super nice except for the aforementioned issues.

Loved by all. Children and adults, room to be together and time to yourself.

This was the perfect little condo for my family. The location is absolutely perfect for walking down to the strip! I would stay here again and again and again!

Great location to walk around Gatlinburg. I loved the layout of the house. Good amenities. If planning on cooking here bring your own non stick skillet and condiments/spices. The biggest thing is that the carpet in the loft and on the stairs could use either an intense deep clean or just needs to be replaced.

Great location, well maintained property. We would absolutely and hope to stay at the property again in the future.

We usually stay in top dollar rentals, but we were meeting family and wanted to stay close. This condo, for the price, was really nice. It had evidently been upgraded recently. The things I didn't like, which were no fault of the owner or the condo management, was the exterior door instead of an elevator to an inside door. Also, every bedroom was on a different level, which was no problem to us but could be if someone had trouble with stairs. The only other thing that was negative is the upstairs bed was not comfortable and squeeked whenever you moved. The positives were the location was a short walk to the main strip. Make sure you go down by the Subway restaurant and not the other way, which was much longer and much more of a hill. It was decorated very cute. I liked the screened in porch. I liked that each level could control their own air temperature. All in all, I would recommend.

Absolutely love the proximity to town! You could walk or take the trolley. Checking in was easy and the condo was as expected.

We absolutely loved the unit we stayed in. Beds are extremely comfortable and it literally is 5-8 minute walk from the strip. Only issue we had is we couldn’t find a broom to sweep (have a little one that likes to drop food) the vacuum we found didn’t really help or get anything up. Other than that it was perfect. Very quiet neighborhood. We even had a couple bears run beside our unit.

Great location near downtown Gatlinburg with all the amenities.
A couple of small things would truly elevate this property: taking a magic eraser or paint touch-up to numerous spots and scratches on the white walls, cleaning the carpet stairs or removing it, and replacing the downstairs shower caddy and curtain liner.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and would stay again.
5.0
We had a group o 6 adults and one baby stay at the property. Each couple enjoyed their own private room especially since the rooms each had their own bathroom. We also like how the property was close enough to the shops, restaurants, and entertainment to walk to. The property was very clean and well maintained.

I enjoyed my stay and the ease of access to my son’s wedding venues. The condo was clean and easy accessible for my husband who is disabled. The only disappointment was he couldn’t get to the kitchen and living space due to the staircase. Overall I would recommend the condo to anyone looking for a secure place to stay In Gatlinburg

We really enjoyed our stay here. The property location cannot be beat. So convenient and close to all the Gatlinburg attractions. It was clean & the check in process was a breeze. We would highly recommend this townhouse to anyone & would love to stay again.

We had two families stay with small children. The condo was wonderful! It is decorated so well and has such a cozy feel. Location is perfect. We had one small issue, but we were easily able to contact someone and get it worked out easily! Hoping to stay again!

Took a girls trip and this was the perfect unit for 4 people. We all had our privacy with rooms on each 3 floors. Very clean, super easy check in and check out. Easy walk to downtown! Will definitely book it again.

Great location, easy access to the downtown area plenty of room, overall very nice. Needs some small repairs but nothing that prohibits you from staying there and enjoying the area.

This has nothing to do with the property owner. We had someone in the middle of the night, who had mixed up their reservation address with ours. She was banging at the door and trying to punch in code at 1:30am. Scared my entire family. Apparently, this happens her time to time because of people messing up the addresses. Very unnerving for my kids who were terrified that someone was trying to break in. Also, very limited on amenities. Like there was only tall toilet paper rolls per bathroom. Two paper towel rolls. Two garbage bags. Like very stringent on amenities. Limited cups. No salt out pepper for cooking. I’m assuming many people don’t cook when staying there. Just considering the amount of money we spent you would think there would be more amenities. Also, only a few wipes to clean up after using the kitchen. No cleaning essentials. Besides all of these things. We had a great time in Gatlinburg.

We arrived at the property and had a minor issue. I sent the host a message and he quickly took care of it. The location was great away from the crowd but close to walk to the restaurants and attractions. The property is decent maintained. I would stay here again when we come back to Gatlinburg.

Very convenient to all things to do on the parkway. Place was clean but the kitchen is lacking essentials if you like to cook.

The property rooms were spacious and well situated for privacy; onen room each on the 1st and 2nd level, and another loft room. Excellent location and quiet; within a short 5-7 minutewalk to Gatlinburg main roadway. Note: when water is turned on in an upstairs bathroom, there is a sound of dripping water (may be plumbing pipes in the wall) in the 1st floor bedroom/bathroom; also the doorknob on the 1st floor bedroom is loose and needed replacing. Overall, great townhome; I would rent again.

This was the perfect condo for our annual Father's Day weekend celebration. We loved that each of the bedrooms was on a different floor. The location was so convenient for walking to Downtown Gatlinburg. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This was our first trip to Gatlinburg and we loved the location of the condo. An easy walk to the downtown attractions was a big plus for us. My adult children also loved having their on space and bathroom. This will definitely become a new vacation spot for us.

Close to the downtown convention center

Just a quick 2-night stay while traveling home from a wedding in S.C. My 2 adult children were thrilled to each get their own bathroom and everyone was on their own floor which helped keep the peace!! Location was fantastic as we were able to walk to most places in downtown Gatlinburg and save on parking.

Wonderful rental property! The interior is beautifully decorated and well maintained. Had everything you would need for a perfect getaway. Definitely would recommend again

We stayed four nights, three of which it rained all day, so we had to stay in. We were so thankful for a place to stay that we could all talk and play games-plenty of room for that. We would have had to get a few rooms-more expensive, had it been in a motel and then no place to gather. Everything was very nice and clean with comfortable beds. The host was great. Anytime we called, before and once after, he was readily available and very helpful. Thanks so much.

We couldn’t have been happier with the cleanliness of the condo and having three full baths, one on each level, was wonderful. About a 10 minute walk to Downtown. Would definitely recommend!

This property is in a great location if you’re looking for walkability around Gatlinburg! We didn’t have to pay for parking to take advantage of the attractions! So close to GSMNP (which is extremely crowded during spring break FYI). The property had plenty of room for me, my husband and 3 kids. We used the kitchen a lot. The screened in patio was very nice. Overall, would recommend.

This property was great for 3 adult couples! It was very clean and easy to check in. Close to the main attractions of Gatlinburg, but would be a little bit of a walk with kiddos. We would stay again!

Wonderful property! Three bathrooms were a plus. Very well maintained. Within walking distance to the parkway. We will hopefully stay here again.

We had a great time! Great location! Very clean! The only thing I would suggest would be more wine glasses. There were only 2 and one of them was cracked. Other than that was perfect!

Place was very clean and every bed was extremely comfortable. Got a good chuckle when we arrived in March and Christmas decorations were still up.
Garbage trucks at 2:30am are very noisy.(of course no fault of owner).
Every bedroom had its own bath and that was very nice.
Very close to main part of town, well within walking distance.
Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.

We stayed here for a weekend getaway! Location was very convenient to Gatlinburg, but still quiet enough to sleep peacefully! Our weather was yucky, but this would be a great place to stay in warmer weather! Host was super easy to reach!
