Fabulous location with the beach,, restaurants and shops around the corner. Rob was the grounds keeper, did an outstanding job and was so friendly. He went out of his way to return a couple of items we left behind. We were so grateful to him. He is an asset.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location was perfect! No need for a car even. Grocery store near by as well. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk. We would love to stay here again!

The location was perfect for our trip. Very close to the beach and restaurants. We walked everywhere! The area is quaint and offers many options for dining out.

Great location! This is a very small unit, and will not fit 2 adults and 3 teens, but Wayne helped up make it work. He and Rob are very kind and helpful.

Wayne was great literally talked us into lot. Which is my only problem, the parking lot. Twice my husband had to crawl thru to the back hatch to get out. The spaces are small and a few of the people there had driven large trucks. So take a small car if possible. Rob was EXTREMELY helpful the 8 nights we stayed. Beach is a block away and all restaurants are a short block away. Will stay again.

This little apartment was perfect for our vacation. One block from the beach. Shopping, dining and happy hour within the block. Small town atmosphere. Off street parking was tight.

If you never been to fort Lauderdale by the beach it's a perfect place to go there it's a little small spa by the sea perfect quiet community you won't hardly hear anything the The owner and attended Rob made sure we had a nice place attended to our needs make sure anything goes wrong they took care of it immediately it's a perfect place to stay when you want to get away from everything from the real world.

small,not enough silverware, tv didn't work, stove broken 6 days had to use outside grill to cook husband had to fixs toilet seat and buy his own plunger to fix clogged toilet had to buy a broom and pan as there was none. the location was great walk to beach restaurants and shops

Before our arrival, we were supposed to have received check-in information by email as to how we could get into our rental. That email was never sent. The day we were supposed to check-in I tried sending messages to the owner using the VRBO mailbox. I also left voicemail using the contact phone number (it went straight to voicemail, no live person). Granted we arrived in Ft. Lauderdale an hour or two before check-in time. We got into town earlier than we expected. Checking-in at 4pm would not have been an issue but thunderstorms were expected to arrive within the hour and we had hoped we could get in the place early to avoid the storms. Since we could not make contact with the owner, we tried calling VRBO customer service. They also tried contacting the owner but with no results. They said they could not do anything until 4pm when the official check-in was supposed to begin. My wife and I decided to take a risk and bought groceries to kill time until check-in. We arrived back at the rental shortly after 4pm. We still had not received any messages as to how we could check-in and get into our place. I went looking around and found a guy painting the fence. I asked him if he knew where the owner was. He said he could help us get into the place. He gave us the access code to get into the rental. He was told by the owner that we were expected to come that day. However, my wife and I were not told any of this. We did not know who to contact or how to contact them. All it would have taken was a simple email. Or, at least have a note taped to the door telling us who to contact and how. After we got the code and finally got in the rental, we were very disappointed. The place did not live up as to how it was advertised on the website. My wife and I are non-smokers. The website stated that this was a non-smoking facility. However when we walked in, there was a residual smell of old cigarettes. After we aired out the place, it got better. However if we closed up the place for the day, the smell of old cigarettes began to come back. The website also advertised large flat-screen TV's inside the apartment. Instead what we found was a small monitor-style TV over the refrigerator. The second bedroom also had a very small TV. The only large flat-screen TV in the apartment was inside the master bedroom. Again, emails to the owner to discuss these and other issues went unanswered. Customer service was very poor during our rental period.

Had an amazing time in Fort Lauderdale and a great deal of that is thanks to the location of this condo! We were so close to the beach, restaurants, and only 15 min from the lively downtown area for bars and nightclubs. I recommend this stay for any group of 4 or less, that’s not interested in condo beach views. (The best views are from the beach, not a bedroom! Everything In unit was updated and clean, and provided complementary beach items such as chairs and an umbrella which came in handy! Thank you again Wayne I would definitely visit again!

Absolutely fantastic location. About a block from all th restaurants and the beach! It was wonderful to be able to walk to everything and be able to go back and forth! I didn’t like that place smells like cigarette smoke (from the neighbors I think) and the ally next to the main bedroom can get loud at night (from people walking and the bars). However, Wayne was very attentive whenever we had issues and we definitely enjoyed our stay!

This house never like on the pictures. When we came they didn't clean after previous tenants. We didn't know what to do. Call to the owner he apologized and promised to exclude the first night from payment, but unfortunately this is not happened. Very old, noisy and smelly appartment. Don't spoil your vacation.

Overall the place is nice but a few things that need to be addressed. Light bulb out in the bathroom, shower valve is backwards hot is cold, cold is hot. No exhaust fan in the bathroom.
