Located in Ketchum, this lovely condo for $254 per night is a great choice for your next trip. This darling remodeled single-level condominium is the perfect Sun Valley retreat! This unit is situated on the first level of the Custer Building, as you enter you will find the bedroom with a King bed and a small TV with DVD, plenty of closet space. The kitchen was remodeled complete with granite countertops, newer appliances and finishes. The living room includes a gas fireplace, a comfy sofa that is also a Queen sofa sleeper for extra guests and a 32' TV with DVD and cable. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and kitchen and seats 6 comfortably. There is a small nook in the living room with a built in desk should you need a workspace while here. There is a large deck off of the living room for the summer months. Wireless internet is offered in this condo as well. Your full size bathroom is adjacent to the bedroom. A stackable washer/dryer is located in hall for your convenience. There are lockers at the base of the mountain for ski and boot storage so you can hop on the free shuttle in front of the complex or you can just take a stroll over to the River Run side of Baldy. The bike path runs north for 10 miles and south for 16 miles along the Big Wood River with wonderful scenery to enjoy as you walk or bike. The path is groomed for Nordic Skiing in the winter and provides access to ski to the lifts. All you need to bring for your vacation with us is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap.

This very clean, cozy condo is perfect for two with easy access to Sun Valley trails and bike paths that we really enjoyed. We also spent a lot of time on the deck…..very peaceful. All of the appliances worked which is always a plus. Probably the best asset is the host, Casey, who was always available when we had questions. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

I opted to ski at Sun Valley as my wife no longer skis and Ketchum had plenty for her to see and do. Casey's condo is super convenient for a wide range of activities. Check in after a long drive was easy. A great place to relax in after a long day. Well equipped kitchen. Walk to the Sun Valley lodge, ice rink, pavilion, or stables. Or it's a 5 minute walk to bus stops that can take you to the ski lodges or all over Ketchum. It was a wonderful place to stay.

My daughter and I stayed at this condo, for 10 days and it was perfect! It had lots of room, was very clean and great kitchen! Our check in and out was so easy, Casey was in contact with us prior to our check in, and everything was perfect, and we didn't need to contact him for anything. My daughter was there for a figure skating competition, so the location was great, we walked to the rink and Sun Valley resort center multiple times a day. I would highly recommend this fabulous condo.

The condo was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The kitchen as well had all of the utensils and pots needed. Not a complaint because we did not cook while there but if you plan on cooking, there are no spices or staples, you should plan on bringing whatever you need. I would definitely recommend this place and would stay again.

Perfectly sized, easily accessible, well-equipped kitchen for longer stays, incredibly easy walk to the Sun Valley Lodge. Parking was also easy once I figured out that I wasn't supposed to use the garage matching the unit number (wish the instructions had been a little more clear).

Location, hospitality, price, this gem of a spot has it all! We were in SV for a ski weekend/wedding, and you can’t beat this cozy spot for a place to stay that won’t break the bank! The view from the living room looked out to banks of snow and beautiful trees, and we enjoyed the comfy couch sipping hot cocoa and relaxing after a day on the slopes. The master bedroom has a really comfortable bed and large closet, and the kitchen has everything you need to cook if you can tear yourself away from the amazing local restaurants and cafes. Unlike other condo complexes, this one is really quiet and feels spacious, with a ski closet even! The property manager gave us all the info we needed for check-in, and was super helpful during and after our stay. We wanted to stay all week, and are already scheming about how to get back up to Sun Valley & book this place for a longer stay!

Didn’t spend much time in the condo because I was visiting family and needed only a bed to sleep in. While the condo is quite dated in its decor, it was comfortable, clean, quiet, well-equipped, and it met my needs. Casey was great. The grounds are lovely.

First off, let's set expectations. This is not a 5-star hotel. This condo is dated and it shows. But it's clean and the noticeable age somewhat adds to the charm. Our goal was to arrive and pretty much park our car and not drive it again until we had to leave, biking pretty much everywhere. We only got in our car once during our stay which tells you how easy it is to get around from this location. The Lodge, ice rink, and pavillion are right across the street. Ketchum is a 10 min bike ride away. The streams and grassy areas in front provide hours of entertainment for the kids. Sun Valley can't be beat and staying here makes it really easy to just enjoy your time.
