With a hip design, this home sets the stage for your Oregon beach getaway. Featuring 2 large bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, Hip Nautic is the perfect choice for those preferring some privacy. Just a short walk to the Nye Beach access, you will enjoy dipping your toes in the waves or playing on the sandy beach. ~Miles of Sandy Beach ~Hot Tub ~Free Wifi & Premium Cable Channels ~Gas Grill ~Large Kitchen ~Fireplace ~Hip Decor ~Dog Friendly ~Washer & Dryer Sleeps up to 6 - 2 Bedrooms, 2 Kings (Both Kings can be separated into 2 Twin beds -- with 72 hour prior notice), 1 Queen Sofa Sleeper, 2.5 baths. Vehicles: Licensed for 2 (strictly enforced) Standard: 2 night minimum; Summer & Holidays: 3-4 night minimum. *Each home is individually owned. Amenities and furnishings are subject to change at any time. Please contact our office with any questions. Age Requirement: The primary registered guest must be at least 26 years of age. The majority of guests must be over 25, or children under adult supervision. This home does not allow cat guests or other non-human, non-canine visitors. Dogs are welcome at this home but must be registered in advance and paid prior to arrival. This home has a 2-dog maximum occupancy! Pet Guests: One time $35+tax fee per dog. Pet fees are not included in the original reservation.

Wife and I drove from Newport WA to Newport Or to crab a few day and fish. We had a great time and cute 420 High St made it even better.

This property was a perfect meeting place for our family & friend. 2 of our guests staying are commercial fishermen from Newport 1 Arizona, 1 California. Have been to Newport a number of times but have always opted for Hotels. Couldn’t have been happier with our decision on this property. Location was perfect, space of the property perfect. Decor was very eclectic and fun. Extremely comfortable and very well stocked with everything we needed. Had a very small issue with a couple of drains, property mngt responded immediately and took care of the issue. BBQ on the deck, hot tub in the yard, plenty of room for our corn hole set. Walking distance to all shops, restaurants and the beach. Would highly recommend this property for any future guests and will definitely stay here on our next visit to Newport/Nye. This is absolutely a first rate property! Only three blocks from the beach and a small restaurant/retail district. The house is perfect for two couples as there are two master suites. The kitchen is big and well supplied with all the basics to cook your own meals. There is plenty of towels including some for the hot tub in the back yard. A large washer/dryer is available to use also.

The house was perfect for what we were looking for and super close the beach and everything we were doing in Newport. The property manager was super responsive on the items I had questions on, which was greatly appreciated. We will definitely be looking to stay here again next time we are headed to Newport.

Loved the property inside and out! Loved they were pet friendly and location to the beach and local shops. We loved the fireplace and hot tub. Would've liked more kitchen items to be available but overall had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great little house, in a great neighborhood close to the beach. Well maintained.
There are a few minor issues. One, the shower curtain in the downstairs bathroom is way too long and a tripping hazard when taking a shower. Also the tub is very slippery and could use a anti-slip mat or something.
Also the stairs on both the front and back porches are serious tripping hazards. The bottom steps are higher than the others and if you're not careful or if you have wonky joints, you could easily fall. I had to be very, very careful each and every time going up or down.

Stunning 2 level rental with an amazing view. Within quick walking distance of shops and ocean front. Grab a pint down the street or relax on the front porch with a glass of wine. This property was everything we wanted and more

Short walk to the beach, some views of the ocean from the porch and upstairs, quiet neighborhood. Not a large place but we, as two couples, had some privacy from one another. House is comfortable and in good condition with some minor dings. The hot tub on a cool night after a day of beaching was awesome.

House was extremely clean. Was surprised that there weren’t more cooking items supplied and couldn’t make the upstairs shower work( maybe it wasn’t supposed to?, not sure on that) but everything else was perfect. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Close to NYE BEACH
Nice property, close walk to NYE Beach. Close drive to downtown Newport. Very little privacy while in hot tub, neighbors watching from their balcony’s. We cleaned up after our dog, but the lawn was SO TALL (needs to be mowed), broken door on BBQ grill and it’s, obvious, it hasn’t been cleaned in awhile, it was filthy. When using stove top/oven every single time the smoke detectors went off ( even while using fan and during preheat when nothing was in oven yet).

Great house. Excellent management.
A buddy and I had a great stay in the house for 3 nights on a fishing trip. Everything worked properly. Beds were comfy. There was plenty of room. This place would work great for two couples based on the beds available. Very close to restaurants and maybe two blocks to the beach.
The only thing we would have liked was a smart TV in the main room. There were lots of channels, but we could not find a way to access Netflix, etc. Wished we had brought an HDMI cable and iPad adapter.
The really impressive part of the property was the management. All details were very clear. We got a call the day of arrival to let us know the place was available earlier for check-in. Upon arrival, we used our unique code to get in the front door. Then we used a small tablet that had some check-in questions, wifi info, and other pieces of info useful during a stay. Super modern and professional. I cannot recall a place that appears to be better managed. Thank you!

The house was great and located very close to Nye Beach Center. Rooms were very spacious and the kitchen was huge for family dinners. A nice back yard for your pets. Very high walking score for beach and Nye Beach business community.

The price was misleading because of the $480 owner’s fee. Some of the items were missing in the drawer such as hair dryer, flashlight and the barbecue would not lite.

I'll find a different place next visit!

Great spot in Newport
We rented this house so we would have some extra space for a couple days near the beach. The house is just as described actually it’s a little bigger than what the pictures look. The rooms and bathroom are a great size! Unfortunately the Oregon area was in a bad drought so we couldn’t use the hot tub but we were notified in advance. The location is awesome just a block from Nye Beach downtown. There are a lot of restaurants and bars within walking distance.

This house is in a great location for walking right down to Nye beach and the shops and restaurants there. Clean and comfortable, this rental worked great for our family of 4 plus small dog. Highly recommended.
