Vanderbilt, Lipscomb, Belmont University area Only 3 miles to downtown Nashville 2 King beds 1bath tub/ shower fully furnished from linens to toilet paper Washer/ Dryer Cable TV and WiFi Private parking for 2 cars, Everything you need for kitchen activity. Very comfortable and private Once you discover this property, it will be on your return list!! Uber and Lyft are great to use as transportation when staying at this property too! ***Please note that ALL surfaces, key box and keys, light switches, lamp switches and doorknobs are sanitized. All bedding, towels and linens are washed in hot water and all whites are washed in hot water and bleach. Please be mindful of handwashing when entering back into the house.

The check-in procedure was easy. Communication was beyond expectation, decor, and cleanliness of the property was well above expectation. The host took care of all the little things. There was not one thing that we needed that wasn’t provided. Provided us with firewood for the fire pit, and turn on the lights when we returned after dark. we will definitely stay here again thank you

This adorable home is so well decorated and filled with useful, easy to use directions and information. The beds are very comfortable.
The location is perfect for a fun time in Nashville and the neighborhood is unique and interesting.

We stayed at this property for our Vanderbilt Reunion. It was super convenient for all activities. And it was a cozy place for us to sit and chat between events. Everything was as described in the listing. Would definitely recommend.

We spent 4 days in Nashville enjoying local activities and attractions. This property is in the perfect location. It has all of the expected ammenities plus much more. The personal attention to our comfort and needs was the most amazing we have expereienced when staying at a short term rental. Southern hospitality at it's finest!

The owner went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed! This home is two large bedrooms and is charming, cute and clean! It was a few miles from downtown Nashville and easy to find! We enjoyed our stay and will stay here again!

This trip was for my husbands retirement. It was myself, my husband, my sister and her husband. The Rosewood Bungalow was EVERYTHING we could have hoped for and more. We felt like we were in our own home. Beth's attention to detail and all the amenities that she provided was above and beyond. She was so warm and welcoming and we loved chatting with her out on the front patio. We would recommend it to anyone who was going to Nashville and will only travel back on times that we can have Beth's Bungalow to stay at. It is so conveniently located, just a quick Uber ride and you are in the heart of everything!! And the Beds.... awesome!! Thank you Beth.

The bungalow is a hidden gem. It’s conveniently located to downtown for museums, shows, games, and nightlife. If you don’t want to deal with hectic parking situations, it’s a quick and easy Uber/Lyft ride. Yet, it’s quietly tucked away, so at the end of each day, you’re able to relax without disruption.
However! If you prefer a more hybrid trip with some trips to the city but also want to see Nashville’s surrounding areas, then the bungalow is perfect. Fast access to highways without having to deal with annoying city traffic. It made escaping to parks and other adventures a breeze.
I would have loved this place for location alone, but Beth, the host, has made it an oasis. She is accommodating and thoughtful. She anticipates every conceivable need. So grateful to her and everything she does to make the bungalow a true treasure.

We really enjoyed the house. It was super cute and very quiet. The kitchen was fully stocked and very easy to find what you need. We recommend drinking coffee in the morning outside.

Spotless, cozy, comfortable, quiet/safe neighborhood, hostess thought of every little detail to make this property the perfect rental. Great communication both via text with the host and notes all over the house. Check-in and -out were a breeze, and especially appreciated the earlier check-in and later check-out than most listed properties. Short walk to all the 12South activity, short drive to literally everything else we wanted to do. This will be the first place I look to rent when we return to the area!

Located close to the city and short walking distance to fabulous cafes it was a convenient location and lots of fun. Home is beautifully styled with everything you could ever need. This quaint two-bedroom cottage was a perfect spot near Belmont University where we stayed for our daughter's graduation. It is just a short drive or Uber ride from downtown. Everything needed was readily available and at our disposal. Beth was a wonderful hostess and I was lucky enough to bump into her a few times during our visit. I would highly recommend looking at her place as an option. when traveling to Nashville.

We absolutely adored staying at Beth’s property. We were in town for the Taylor Swift concert and Beth made our stay so enjoyable. The location is perfect— very walkable to the universities and to 12 south and a short ride to downtown.

Beth and Brian couldn’t have been more accommodating and friendly to us. Perfect quaint home in close proximity to all Nashville amenities but also far enough away to relax at the end of the day. If I could have given them ten stars I would have. Definitely plan on returning!

This house is great for a small family that wants to spend time in Nashville. It is in a great location. The house was very clean and was very easy to find. Walking distance to great shops and restaurants. We were comfortable with the four of us. The house would be a little too small for a large family. I would definitely recommend.

Stayed for a long weekend to check out Nashville. The bungalow was exceptionally clean an beautifully appointed. The location was in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, but still very convenient to everything Nashville has to offer. Hosts are very nice people and we’re responsive to any requests or concerns. Loved it and will definitely look them up when back in Nashville. They also remembered that it was a birthday trip for my wife and daughter which the two of them thought was really cool. Would highly recommend.

I can’t say enough about this little bungalow or the host, Beth! It was easily one of my best VRBO experiences. It was exactly how described, and yet so much more. It is located close enough to the city that we spent $20 to Uber downtown and avoid the hassle of traffic and the fees for parking. There are helpful notes throughout the home and I feel like Beth would have taken care of anything we needed, but we didn’t need anything. Her starter supplies were more than generous. As older homes are torn down for new and modern, this bungalow has a quiet feel that new construction just can’t deliver. I highly recommend it and hope to return someday!

This place had 99% of everything I would have ever needed for travel, more than a hotel. supermarkets are 4 min away. Downtown Nashville is about 10 minutes with traffic. We got a giftcard for the noise from street construction, which wasn't even an issue on the weekend we were there. backyard is awesome, neighborhood seemed friendly, i.e. no riff raff. parking was on premises with personal drive way. Owner does have a dog but never really barked other than 3-4 times once we got there. Clean up was all on owner, we only had to take care of trash. Definitely worth the stay if you're going to Nashville.

We picked this location as we have friends nearby, and we could not have been happier with the neighborhood. Super convenient to get downtown, but far enough away to be quiet and calm. The house is just as charming as it looks, with lots of space and an adorable outdoor patio with a fire pit. Beth & Brian were just the nicest hosts, and have truly thought of everything you might need when visiting. Comfy beds, nice linens, well stocked kitchen with snacks, coffee, and all the necessities if you plan to cook in. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit Nashville!

Our stay at the Rosewood Bungalow was perfect! The bungalow was all the space we needed, rooms all decorated perfectly and every space was utilized to the fullest. We did not enjoy the outside due to the weather but it was very appealing. Will definitely stay again if given the opportunity to travel back to Nashville!
