Situated in Sun Valley, this charming condo for $532 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. First Bedroom - King Second Bedroom - King Third Bedroom - Two Twins Fourth Bedroom - Two Twins Loft - Double Futon This 4-bedroom/3-bath penthouse condo sleeps 9 and has 2,800 square feet of living space. This two-level unit has a third-floor entry accessed via an elevator from the underground parking garage. There is a spacious kitchen and dining room that seats 6 with additional seating for 2 at the breakfast bar. The living area has a gas fireplace and a large deck area with great views of the surrounding mountains. The living room has a 39-inch flat-screen TV and DVD player and wireless internet. There is a loft open to the living room below with a double futon, a game table, and bookshelves. The condo does not have a telephone and does not have A/C. The master bedroom has a king bed, a 28-inch flat-screen TV, a gas fireplace, and a private door leading to the deck. The en-suite master bathroom features stone tiled countertops and floor, a jetted tub, a separate walk-in shower, and a sauna. The second bedroom located just down the hall has another king bed. Next to this bedroom is a hallway bath with a stone-tiled walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms each have two twin beds. There is one more hall bath located between the third and fourth bedrooms with another tiled shower. A laundry room with a full-size washer/dryer is located on the main level just to the right of the entryway and includes a place to store skis. Elkhorn Amenities: One amenities pass is required for each guest (even babies) using the pool, golf, or tennis. Please let us know all guest names so passes can be printed before your arrival. Winter Amenities: Village Facility hot tub, sauna, steam room open end of November to mid-April. Summer Amenities: Harker Pool is open from early June through Labor Day. Village Pool is open from July through September. Tennis and golf are open from May through October (weather permitting). Complex Features: Summit Condominiums are located beside the Elkhorn Plaza and within walking distance of the free shuttle. There is a community hot tub on site. Elkhorn Resort amenities include swimming pools (summer only), hot tubs, saunas, and tennis at both the Elkhorn Village and the Harker Center. Guests also have access to the semi-private Elkhorn Golf Course designed by Robert Trent Jones. Please note: We will make every effort to ensure that you get the exact property you request. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the open feel of this condo. All bedrooms, kitchen, living room and dining are on one level. Very clean. Living room couches were very comfortable. Chief complaint: all the beds were very firm and uncomfortable. There was no padding in the bedding to help. I think the mattresses are old. There was no ability to access Netflix, Amazon Prime etc. It would be nice if the TV access was updated.( living room TV is not a smart TV) The kitchen was large and had plenty of what we needed. A new toaster would be good, current one is "vintage"With the exception of the two things mentioned, it is a nice condo. The photos are accurate. The fireplaces were great. We enjoyed having gas ones, easy to use.

The location is great, we used the hot tub in the community and we cooked. The sauna was a great addition but the bath tub was not very functional.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Hot tub was cold. House was great! Lost the key, they charged us 85.00 for letting us in. Tried to call and talk to them about the charge, terrible customer service. They didn’t care about the hot tub temperature they said it was someone’s responsibility and they didn’t care about the charge for the key even though we found it. Overall it was good but we were dissatisfied with the customer service, and the fee for the key because we paid over 1500 to stay here. Very disappointed the hot tub was cold, we chose this place because of the hot tub and sauna. It would’ve been a perfect stay if better customer service on handling the fee and did something to fix the situation with the hot tub. We paid a lot of money for this place and we did because we wanted the amenities.

Very clean. Well equipped kitchen. Quiet all the time. We had a few small glitches, but maintenance can in under an hour and all were fixed. I’d stay there again with my family.

This condo was very spacious for family of five. It had all basic amenities . We all truly enjoyed the sauna . I do feel that the linens (example , blankets, quality of pillows) needs a refresh. And an addition of a small tv in loft would have made this perfect. That being said I would revisit this condo again.

We had a great time staying at this property. The living room, kitchen, dining room, and bathrooms were all great. Updated, spacious, and well stocked. The view from the balcony is very pretty. We also enjoyed that there is immediate access to the walking path that surrounds Ketchum. My only small criticism is that the bedrooms could use updating. The carpet and furnishings are a bit old, and one of the twin beds was unstable.

The rental process was easy and accurately described the property and amenities. It was very clean and well maintained. We had a couple of issues that management took care of rather quickly and made things right. I would highly recommend this place.

This unit is in a shared building with a parking garage. Even though there are other units in the building, you'll never hear other people. The condo is very nice inside with huge ceilings, a highly functional kitchen, big table for games, and a master bath with a sauna a jacuzzi. This place is just all around great for the price and can VERY comfortably sleep 7 in beds without any bed-sharing. The hot tub is shared with the facility, but you'll still probably never see anybody else. Note that you do have to drive a few minutes to downhill skiing from this location.
