About this condo rental
Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed and queen sleep sofa in the living room. Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo. Updated in 2014 with laminate flooring, furniture, beds, paint, and two 39' flat screen TV's. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun. There is a view of the canal from the balcony. Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer. Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit. Close to shopping, movies and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge. WiFi is included.

Well kept condos. Property had heated pool and hot tub. Unit was clean and had everything there we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with grocery store close by. Bed was comfortable along with soft sheets.

This condo is located about a five minute walk from the beach in a very quiet condo complex. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect for our needs, just the right amount of space for two people and a pug. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Aransas. The check-in process was easy. We truly enjoyed this rental and wished we could have stayed longer.

What a great place! For just the 2 of us and our dog, it was everything we needed (might be a little tight if there are more people but the sofa is a pull-out bed). Very comfortable and easily within walking distance to the beach and a short drive to several good restaurants. We'll definitely want to stay here again next year!

Everything was very well maintained!! The only small thing was on the bed the flat sheet was under the fitted sheet. We did not realize this until we removed the sheets from the bed during the checkout process. Other than that, everything was awesome!

So close to main entrance which made it easy to find and really close to amenities complex has to offer. Will definitely recommend to others and definitely will stay again. Perfect condo!

My family of 4 stayed for 4 nights. It’s a little small with all of our belongings, and with the kids sleeping in the living room, but it worked well for us. Big closet to put suitcases/ice chests in. Walking distance to beach. Pool was great. There were a lot of stickers in the grass on the property, but after the first day we learned to avoid walking in the grass and it was fine. Would stay here again.

Check in and out was simple. The condo was clean and complete with many kitchen items and utensils. The only negative was the sand burrs in the rugs. They are almost impossible to get rid of. We were already aware of the location and enjoyed a couple of days at the beach.

Unfortunately my wife and I had to cancel last minute due to unforeseen circumstance, but the host. Tommie, was very prompt in offering another credited stay. Truly appreciate the prompt communication and willingness to accommodate us on a future stay.

The property was nice. Loved the swimming pool and the hot tub. Was a very nice and friendly family environment. Our state was so close to the beach and all the local shopping. I had a great time and look forward to a future stay!!

We loved our stay! The condo was clean very nice with just a walk to the beach! We love the Beach Club so much! Our check in process was very simple as well as the check out! The owners of this condo are very nice, professional, family based. They make you feel like your at your beach home! I would stay there again in a heart beat!

Highly recommend this place. My husband I were very happy here for our short time here. My husband had an health emergency and we had to cancel our remaining trip. Ms. Murray has been so very helpful during our difficult health issues. Rent this place you will not be disappointed.

The location of this condo is absolutely perfect. Just a couple minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Walk for miles on the firm beach sand. We had everything we needed in the condo and enjoyed the pool in October! We would stay again!

Convenient & Cozy
Rented for convenience to the beach. It’s a short walk even though we drove. The rental was cozy for my small fam of 4. It had everything we needed AND beach toys!

Got the job done
Small and overall clean with a few small issues: Extra towels were damp, patio door wouldn’t open, living room blu ray didn’t work, and when our parking spot was taken there was not a solution since it was after office hours. We didn’t spend much time here so it got the job done and it was fine overall.

Surf camp
We live just over an hour away, in Orange Grove, Texas. Our son was attending surf camp and this was the perfect location to minimize our daily drive, just 2 minutes from the seawall parking lot. The condo we stayed in was conveniently located, just across the parking lot from the pool and fitness room. It had everything we needed, including a full kitchen with cookware, dishes, an ice maker, etc. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is very nice and close to the beach! I loved being only a block from whitecap beach it was very convenient. The pool and hot-tub are also a bonus spot to relax if you’re tired if the sand. Highly recommend!
